Every time I’ve happened to walk into this particular Tom Thumb. With this particular assistant manager working. I feel targeted and as though she doesn’t want me coming into her store. She’s very rude and not understanding at all. Very pleased and satisfied with the transaction that happen today

I went to this place for gas and I my credit card was charged twice for the same amount, be aware of this place.

For the most part is a decent station. Employees are fantastic. The manager. She needs to work on her customer service skills. Always has a bad attitude and you can tell sh3 does not have customer service training. I still go there all the time the employees are great.Daniel

Very rude manager. The other cashiers are great except one lady. She said my Florida ID was fake when I was trying to buy some beer. I just have gotten it the week before. She sucks. They should take costumer services a priority. They should hire experienced people to get the job done.

For Gas:They take NFC (Apple Pay, Android Pay) at the pump, and the gas is always cheaper than most places nearby.Yeah, the convenience store clerks arent exactly welcoming, but I wouldnt say theyre rude just not particularly friendly.

Not really a bad place imo, if I come here expecting world class premium service... uh its okay if they do and okay if they dont (its a gas station...), either way thank you for the service!

WOST PLACE EVER ! Got my wallet stolen and none of the people that work there wanted to help me! DO NOT GO THERE! I hope nothing like this happens to The people that work there specially that very RUDE manager they have ! That woman should not be running a place where you have to deal with the public on a daily basis ! Very bad service and dangerous place ! They get a NEGATIVE start as raiting !

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I bought a “tequeño” that was OLD, but the worst part was the cashier!!! She had an attitude and got angry because I asked her for a “colada” and she wanted me to wait until every person in the store had left and people kept om coming in. I would’ve waited if it hadn’t been for her VERY RUDE response and attitude. Stay away if you can.

I just called to find out how much is the gallon of REC 90 fuel and the person answering the phone doesnt have a clue of what Im talking about. First I asked her in English then in Spanish she still had no clue of what I was talking about. Im sure a lot of you reading this comment dont have a clue either.Hahahahaha

Dont go inside of you see a Spanish lady with blonde, brownish hair. This lady is VERY RUDE, ROLLS HER EYES, AND DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. Ive been coming here for years, and DONT KNOW HOW SHES STILL WORKING THERE. Every time I come here she gives me a attitude. She never fails to make u feel bad, or roll her eyes at you. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. 5am you just started you shift, how can you be so miserable, And rude to your customers. 😔

Been going for years for food around 6 AM and never had a problem, thank God...safe, quick, and great coffee coladas :)

The manager Carina should be fired . I just looked at multiple reviews and everyone has the same feelings. I come here often because its so close but i now go to other gas stations due to poor service. Rudeness and lack of respect for people who visit every day. I will be in contact with corporate until this lady is removed.

Bad place don’t go

They had a malfunctioning credit card reader at one of the pumps, so I went inside to pre-pay and advise the attendant. Her answer was: There is a sign to pre-pay inside. I had to tell her that I could see that ALL the pumps have a Pre-pay inside sign but the other pumps had credit card readers that appeared to be functional (the screens were operational, unlike the one I tried). What the attendant should have said is: Thank you for letting us know. Later, she should have placed a Card reader out of service sign on the card reader to prevent people from inserting a credit card in it. What if the credit card reader was non-functional because it had been disabled by a device inserted in it to read credit/debit cards and allow thieves to steal the card information to produce fake/fraudulent cards? Update: the pump did have a skimmer and my credit/debit card info was stolen. I had to report the card stolen after fraudulent charges appeared soon after.

Slowest pumps I’ve ever seen! No time for this.

I work for a car rental company and whenever our cars have been filled here the gas pump would kick-back before it reached a full tank and continued until it was actually filled. When I made a complaint, they said it was my car. I explained to them it happens to all the cars that come here. They still tried to say it was the car. I now refer our customers to different locations.

Horrible service, and no English spoken there. So many better gas stations in the area, there is no reason to get gas at this dump.

2.30 is a great price when your filling up .

Cheap gas, crude people

In the morning the attention of the girls, Hispanics and Afro-Americans is 5 stars… .But in the afternoons and at night there is a white Cuban Mr. who attends the stops… ..He is probably the owner. He is always alone… .Thats how it will be heavy !!!!
