This is what the experience is like walking into this 7-Eleven. All. The. Time. It’s convenient, and clean inside, but I seriously hope they address this issue, otherwise avoid unless you want to be harassed on your way in and out.

Member ID 3161 was a real one. I didnt get his name but he fought for my boyfriend and I. Were not from here we live in vegas and this is our first time in the area. We needed to use the bathroom and we did buy things but two workers wanted to hide thw key and not allow customers to use it because they didnt want to have to CLEAN the bathroom. Mind you it didnt even have soap and also the women working used it before us and saw we needed to use it. And BTW the place didnt have soap so clearly the women didnt wash her hands. Whomever the worker 3161 is he deserves a raise and the man and the women working should be fired.

Let me clear the Air. Several Months ago, I filled a very nasty complaint with Corporate in Reference to Store #36662 workers. The Large Dark skin lady working as Cashier and Manager, is very rude and she attemp to influence the younger employees. She is a Liar about the Restrooms and her Managerial Ethics is Despicable. I return back to the Brickell area two weeks ago and I am happy to say Markellis and Archie restored my faith in 7 Eleven. Thank you for the Great Service Ladies!!! This place is just like most 7-Elevens you’ve been to.It has beer and snacks.Open all night and day.

We stayed at the condos above this place and it was CLUTCH had almost everything we needed when we were up late or just walking around . Good food and prices . Some of the workers are rude and some are great . I was there 5 days and had mostly good experience with ppl behind counter . There was a lady who worked 3/6/21 very late going into 3/7/21 morning . It was like 2 am and she seemed to be having a bad day at work. But other than that it met my needs

1/3 employees wear masks in the store. ITS STILL THE LAW!!! Rude and wouldn’t pick up there mask when i asked them to to talk instead they kick me out. Unsafe and terribly run. Should be shut down by police and staff should be fired. I live next door to this establishment and for 6 months they haven’t been following policy. The owner of the store should be sued for this or lose his franchise.

Eh whats up with all the dry burnt grilled items tonight?? Normally its good looking. Got the one thing I thought wasnt dry looking, Wrong!! Burnt on the outside pink meat on the inside! Who ever made the lastest batch of grill items needs to taste how tough and tasteless they are. Thats lost product revenue. And count your change if paying in cash. I didnt make my way to Brickell by not paying attention to my money. You think they wouldnt put someone on a register just guessing your change back. 🙄🤔🧐 Not cool, Im disappointed.

This is my go to place for an inexpensive lunch when Im at work. Its not fancy but its good and you cant beat the prices. I like their burgers, wings and pizza. I also like their coffee.The store is always clean and Ive never had any problems with the employees.

Really tine place, but I love the pastries there. I always get a donut or a pizza. Pretty good stuff! and you can go to the bay area after getting what you need.

STAFF ABSOLUTELY SUCKS !!! They wont greet you when walking in. Dont ever ask to use the restroom its been out of order for 2 months now. I asked when it would be fixed and was told no time soon... its a pain cleaning it anyway. Guess its up to the customers to call corporate to see about getting it fixed 👎👎👎

I live in this building and always go toTHIS 7eleven. First, this is brickell second this is a good condo building were most of its residents go and grab and go. During the day i have mostly seen nice staff, i dont expect great service as its a go out store but today i was SHOCKED; i walked in and the girl working there had a stereo on herself with loud music, we kept calling her and she kept ignoring us (maybe because the loud speaker she had was too loud), then she stepped out to grab the trash and throw it OUT, Then she came back in and i ask her for hotdog breads (because there was non) and after she had grabbed the trash, she went ahead and touch the bread with her hands to put it in the tray. (This can make people sick) After another customer came in and tried asking her a question in which she did not reply after being ask multiple times, so the customer left. I actually recorded her and truly dont want to make it public but there is a limit in bad service. I know its late but its like they brought a homeless to work for the night and THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

Really time to change these two ignorant employees behind the counter! Lack of education and very bad service!

Definitely one of the cleaner 7 elevens you can go to in Miami. Staff is very nice and they always have fresh hispanic pastries in the morning.

This store needs to be cleaner. When you walk in the ventilation has the whole store with a smell. The clerks are not friendly at all. It needs a complete renovation.

Horrible, the tacos are old, hard and do not have any flavor, they also have the offers of 5 products for 4 dollars and in the end the cashiers in addition to disrespecting you, they charge you badly without wanting to rectify so as not to return your money

Me robaron en esa tienda! Fui a las 9:30 pm del día 9 de noviembre y compre unas pizzas por un valor de 3 dólares aproximadamente y luego quise comprar un hotdog y una bebida y pagué con mi tarjeta de débito y resulta que el cajero me hizo dos cobros a mi tarjeta por $100 dólares cada uno! Me robaron $200 dólares qué en pesos mexicanos son poco más de 4 mil pesos, me pude dar cuenta al revisar mi saldo ese mismo día, reporté la situación en el banco y llamé a la tienda a reportarlo y me atendió al parecer la misma persona que me robó y me colgó, tengo foto del cargo qué me realizaron qué obvio no hice y que se puede apreciar en sus cámaras qué eso fue lo único que compré, cuidado con ese LADRÓN, era un afroamericano de unos 28-30 años y se ve que ya tiene su trampa bien montada en ese lugar ya qué me la hizo dos veces como si nada
