Six years since my last eye exam, so I scheduled a new one with their optometrist, Michael Molino. He was excellent. If youre tempted to do the quick, cheap Warby Parker exam using your iPhone, as I was, dont. Dr. Molinos exam was a real exam and he can check and see things no online doctor is able to.

Normally vision works are my go to for prescriptions. Heres my experience at this location: So due to police activity on biscayne on the day of my appointment I was going to be late. At the moment I saw this I tried calling, 13 times and no one picks up the phone. I arrive 15 mins after my appointment to be told unfortunately theres a 5 to 10 minute cancelation window. I advise the rep. that Ive been trying to call and no one answers, she then explains that theyve been having issues with their phone and that IT is aware. I ask are there any provisions that can be made considering I tried calling on numerous occasions. She casually tells me theres nothing they can do because Im late. Instead of getting into into a back and forth and arguing, I decided to just leave as I saw that that particular rep was more interested in using her phone than helping, to which Ill say this hir reflects so poorly of vision worksNow, being in hospitality and just being an adult I do understand how all of this works and tried to do do what I could to advise them, but the casual nature of dismissing a client and not even trying to find a solution is beyond me. I guess when youre guaranteed to have business you could care less about the odd client being pushed to the side.

Give this store 10 stars!! Came here for contact lense emergency. Fritz was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly eventhough he was manning the store solo. Highly recommend.

Walked in not really sure of what frames to get & their welcoming staff really helped me out. Due to Covid it’s understandable that the amount of frames I could try on was limited & I noticed employees meticulously cleaning up after every patient. It gave me peace of mind knowing I was in a clean environment. Kat enthusiastically helped me find the perfect fit & I’m extremely happy w/ the result. Will definitely make sure to come back w/ my family to get them fitted.

I took my daughter for an exam specially to see if she was ready for contacts lenses. Since it was the last appointment on a Friday they rushed us out of there and said they did not have time to teach her how to use the lenses and We arrived 15 min before the appointment time. Really bad service. I can’t believe it is more important to go enjoy your Friday than to take care of your patients.

Came here today as a walk in, I needed an emergency pair of contacts to get me through the weekend. I was seen right away. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The doctor was very helpful and informative. I left the office with a new prescription and contacts to get me through the week until my new ones arrive. The visit was also very affordable. I highly recommend this office. I will continue being a patient here.

I took my daughter for an eye exam and she saw there is was blood in the eye but she couldn’t tell me why this was happening. She took a Picture of what she was seeing and asked her colleagues. Her response was that she have not seen anything like this in her textbook. She referrer us to Bascom Palmer because she couldn’t explain what was going on.

The doctor was thorough, and complete. She listened to my concerns, and made some recommendations. Apparently its possible to use computers too much. Who knew? Regardless, Dr.Martinez is a professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This place and the team working here was exceptionally awesome, from the greeter all the way to the optometrist, customer service was great. Very knowledgeable and attentive staff. This has been the worst experience ive ever had. Been dealing with this ppl for almost a month to have my contacts prescription rechecked because i cant read with the one given and the doctor refuses to do so, simply for not admitting that maybe there was a mistake when completing the exam. Now i was given a refund for my exam and kicked out of there while being told: “contacts are not for everyone” I have been very patient and respectful but today, i felt disrespected, neglected, abused. This has to stop. There are many other locations where you can go and receive the care you deserve. Word of advise, stay away!

Jael was amazing! She attended to me over the phone since I had a busy day. I recently loved to Midtown so she had to make various phone calls to my old Visionworks to transfer my information and order. She literally called the other store, my insurance, a different store who had the frame I was ordering, and the lab all in one sitting to ensure that my info could be processed and I could place the order yesterday within the same day. She even helped me get the order rushed because I needed them within 9 days. I am so grateful for Jaels help! Im definitely satisfied with my new Visionworks location. Recommend :)

SUPER EXPERIENCE, thank you Dr. Veronika!! I called on a Saturday last minute to see if I could come in as I was passed due to update contact lens script. Reception advised if I could get there by 2:45pm I would be seen. I arrived at 2:30pm, only took a few moments to fill out form and was taken right in for exam w/Dr. Veronika. She actually gave me a new script with one eye different than the other to make for easy reading as I am near sighted, wish other doctors had done the same in the past. She fit me with trial pair B&L Ultra (Bpa free) and LOVE THEM! Visionworks accepts VSP, which also a plus and I was out the door happy in 45min. Thank you!!!

Amazing experience at this location. Was greeted at the door by Kat to take my temperature for safety protocals,was then directed to the eye exam checkin with jaylin who did my pre tests before checking in with the doctor. Very quick and easy! Dr Molino was very informative with my exam and helped me update my current prescriptions to the right fit. I felt very comfortable and safe at this location. I have VSP as insurance and I was told Visionworks gives us members better deals and I was correct!! Harvey helped me choose some raybans and I cant wait to get them back. Over all my experience with this appointment and Visionworks was fantastic

I’ve been needing to get a vision exam done and was walking by Visionworks when I decided to see if they did them there. Not only do they have a doctor there who can do the exams, but they were able to get me in to see her right away. Dr. K was very kind and helpful and explained everything really well. All in all a very easy process with excellent service!

Dr K is just the kind of doctor that makes you feel comfortable. This was my first visit and from the reception I got walking in to the time I left was awesome. This store offered me so bad service, I ordered my glasses and they make with a different prescription. They supposed to be ready on 10 days and it dosent happened.Definitely, I do not recommend you this store.In Miami there are many optical stores!

Great staff and vision clinic staff aside from sales associate Kat. Literally told me to try to not touch so many frames... As I shopped for frames. This was my third time in the store in the past 2 weeks and have interacted with her before- equally as rude. Just to be clear it was because the store was closing- nothing to do with Covid. There was a pile of frames from earlier in the day that needed to be cleaned that I inconveniently added to it. Her manager that was also in the store at the same time was more than happy to help me. My understanding was that the store was still open, the door not locked- I ended up buying a pair so please disregard the fake review that conveniently popped up after this one. I knew what i needed just needed a second opinion on some that I had identified earlier in the week so brought someone with me, had I been asked for help this would have been understood. Removing another star for poor business practices on Visonworks behalf, such a shame. Wanted to support a local biz during covid but I guess next time ill go mainstream.

Great practice! I went to get an eye exam and try contacts on for the first time and everyone was super nice! Lily taught me how to put the contacts on and she had a lot of patience while I tried for 20 minutes. Dr. K is also super nice. Unfortunately I wasnt able to adapt completely to the contacts they gave me but they are ordering a new brand for me to try out, which is pretty great on their part.

Vision Works has such an excellent staff starting with Ana Maria who is always there to help. Their service is like no other. My boss knows me as the girl with the trendiest and coolest glasses. He asks where I get such amazing designer frames and my reply is always, why Vision Works of course. Your staff was ready for me to leave stating that I had no coverage with Medicare. Wrong. They did not even know how to handle it.I called Medicare, I spoke with the rep. The Medicare rep then spoke to you staff member. She provided the information . Your Staff asked the Medicare rep a question and was told that she was supposed to do it.Staff did not even know that you accept Medicare, unless it had a plan name. My medicare is red white and blue.When I left the store my frames were chosen and eyes measured. I did not know when leaving if Visionworks would accept my insurance and honor the order. I was told that visionworks would call me on Friday to confirm. Visionworks did not, and I had to call. I now question whether they can even make the glasses correctly that Bascom Palmer provided the script for.Review Summation. Terrible experience. Staff ignorant, I did most of rhe work. They are not worth going to. Like to many service people if something is a little different they are worthless in figuring it out. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

Everyone in this office was friendly, cordial and knowledgeable. The team work displayed in this practice was impressive and reassuring. Everyone worked in tandem to make sure it was done right. My attendant was a young nursing school student. She was not afraid to ask her superiors for help in order to guarantee my glasses where perfect and priced right. Dr Ali Khoshnevis is an amazing Doctor!! Personable, Professional, Detailed and compassionate. You could tell from the genuine happy feeling.he portrayed when he told me my eyes were healthy. So... getting older, and this was my first trip to get my eyes checked after decades of 20/20 vision. The doctor took my bruised sensibilities into account and eased my concerns.Now, I have a great pair of reading glasses.

First they tell you they take your insurance just to make you go all the way there, then they tell you it’s out of network and if you have to pay from your pocket. They made me a pair of glasses that were super thick after I paid for the thinner lens. They came back and I was not satisfied with the way I was seeing through them. Things were a little blurry. I got them remade. They came back 50% thinner, with crystal clear vision. I said thanks for making them thinner and the technician seemed as if it wasnt on purpose. Maybe they scam people. Also, they just hand them to you like theyre a fast food order at McDonalds. Some people pay a lot for their glasses, please handle them nicely with at least a small microfiber cloth inside!
