Had my first appointment with them and it was very quick and painless. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful (especially when it came to choosing which glasses frames to get). The production of my glasses was originally for a few days after my appointment, but they were finished the next day! They also helped me adjust them properly to fit onto my face and provided a cleaning kit as well. Very good place and would definitely recommend to a friend!

I am absolutely astonished with the hospitality of all the workers here and how quick they got me my glasses. I called this morning to make an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in, they then helped me pick out glasses and got me into my appointment in a very timely manner. I had an excellent conversation with my doctor and she educated me on the condition of my eyes. I picked my frame.. AND THEY WERE AVAILABLE IN THIRTY MINUTES. I have never seen that in my life before. Love this place and its workers!

EXCELLENT service at LOW prices! They were able to give me several options to resolve a damaged temple that needed replacement, providing a cheap solution to a costly problem. A problem solved for a price 4.7 times cheaper than Lenscrafters.They were very nice, professional, and quick. Will definitely be heading back for new frames next year.

Everyone who works here is so helpful!! The ophthalmologist was very detailed and I like that they explain everything so you understand. Antonio is very kind and also makes sure to explain everything to you about how the glasses work. Joeelis was sooo helpful when picking out the frames and was very honest about what looked good and what didn’t which I appreciate! Overall a good experience. Even if it is a little expensive all of it was worth it for the quality of service and the quality of the product. Glasses were ready the next day!

Quick, efficient, professional. I highly recommend them, ESPECIALLY if you are an FIU student. They measured my eyes in less than an hour and perfectly taught me how to put on contacts, which I had never done before. Then they helped me pick out a good frame for my glasses.Reasonable price, minimal wait time, friendly people. Ive been coming here for years and the service both from Dr. Lee and staff is exceptional. With eye emergencies such as a stye they are quick to get you an appointment and treatment plan. Despite being inside of FIU, they are easy to get in and out of.

I love it here. I’ve been coming for about 3 years since I was an FIU student. The doctor is very sweet and makes sure you have all yo needs taken care of. I can see clearly because of her haha. They also have a wonderful optician that has saved my glasses when I thought they were goners. He fitted them perfectly to my head and is always a pleasure to talk to.

Check the glass popping out of the frame in first two photos. I took it in to have it fixed and the optician heated the frame and bent it instead of fixing the oversized glass. If you care to wear a glass for long time, dont get it here. The 1* is for friendly reception, who being nice has nothing to do with your vision.

I had an appointment at this location today. The receptionist and the doctor were very kind and helpful, so I hate to leave a review of this nature, but the way I was treated by the male in the facility is just something that I cant get over.There is a male that works in this facility with glasses that have one lense that is circle shaped and one is a square. He is extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with.Im a firm believer that its not what you say its how you say it, and this fellow has clearly not learned how to speak to customers in a respectful, professional, and appropriate manner.I dont know if hes this rude to all customers, or just the customers from my racial background, but his behavior is unacceptable.I came once last year and had such a horrible experience in the way I was treated by him I ended up leaving. I was honestly skeptical to come back because I didnt want to deal with him again, but due to the convenience of the location since I work at FIU, I decided to give it another chance.Despite the professionalism of the doctor and other facility staff, you have lost a customer for good. I dont take kindly to being mistreated in establishments where Im paying for service.Someone really needs to teach him how to talk to customers.

I work at FIU, so this was a convenient place for me to get my glasses; however, my experiences have been so amazing that I would recommend this place to family and friends and will stay with them for life! The professionalism and kindness of the staff is only rivaled by Dr. Lees knowledge, patience, and thoroughness. I went in for a simply eye exam, to check what I thought was a floater and Dr. Lee caught a retinal tear. She immediately set-up an appointment with the retinal specialist, and I was having my laser surgery at Baptist in the morning. Thank you, Dr. Lee!

Ive gotten my glasses twice at this location and have loved them. The range of glasses they have is great and they are very attentive to your needs. The eye exams are also cheaper than what you usually find at a larger optical. Not to mention the front desk girl named Natalie is as beautiful as she is helpful.

Best optical I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to plenty) only down side is that they aren’t open weekends but other than that, dr. Lee is fantastic and the support staff is excellent!

Had been without glass for a while now and was happy to find a very convenient optical place. Had got my glasses in the fall and still happy about them now. I wear them so frequently because sit so well on my face that I forget to take them off when Im about to go to sleep. I highly recommend this place.

Wow, I have so many good things to say about Dr. Lee!Let me start by saying that I actually got seen at my appointment time ( which at other places is not the norm)Wow, Ive never felt so comfortable at an eye doctor like this before. I love that she was extremely patient with me and actually listened to all my concerns. She took her time, didnt rush me out of there and made sure that I could actually see with the choices I made.Initially, I just came for an eye exam since they have AMAZING prices, but I have to say this is my new favorite place and.... I will be coming here from now on. Everyone here is so friendly, professional and well informed.Now to buy that pair of Dolce and Gabbana optical I saw the other day

Do not come here. They made me come back for a follow up exam without explaining to me I would be charged an additional fee for it. From a patient prospective this is unprofessional and feels like a way for them to charge me more for services because they can. What is the point of me paying monthly for eye insurance for me to pay even more money out of pocket? I will not be returning here and will suggest against others I know getting services from here.

This place is horrible!! They have horrible costumer service! I waited there for like hours to get an eye exam and I just left because they keep on calling other people in... I even miss class cause of them. And ugh their glasses selection are horrible too. Never again! I rather pay more money and go to Vision Works or For Eyes. This is what happens when a college takes over business-.-

Such a great optical center! Dr. Claire Lee’s eye exam was very thorough and precise, the team at the front desk was very knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming, and the technician that adjusted my lens’ upon pick up provided the same exceptional level of service as the rest of the staff! I can’t say enough positive things about this place, when compared to my other experiences with optical offices they are by far the best.I’ve previously been to two other optimologists (one at a Costco vision center and another at a private office located in Coconut Creek,FL) and neither of them provided the level of quality in service that I experienced at college optical. The Dr.’s exam was exceptional: she actually discovered that, as opposed to what I was previously recommended at my last exam just a year ago, I only needed a stronger prescription and not bifocals! It was also my first time getting contacts so she gave me a sample pair at the office and after her exam had one of the girls from the front desk sit down with me to give me some pointers and help me to take them in and out a few times. The two girls at the front desk were excellent too. They not only helped me to pick out a second frame but called another location to order a frame in a different color! They also were very accomodating to my scedule, I was a walk in and they worked to fit me in that same day and got me out in time for my next class. I was seen on a Friday and following that same weekend I received a text to pick up my glasses. When I picked them up the technician adjusted them to sit perfectly on my face. Great experience, will definetly continue going there!

The eye exams are very in depth, the facility is beautiful, great choices on glasses for any price range, the staff is extremely friendly and informative. ive used them for my entire time at FIU and ill continue to use them
