I love purchasing all my shoes from Soul Plug. The store owner, Dani is the best! Im so happy with my shoes.Although I loved their store front in Upper Buena Vista, I saw their website was still active. I was very happy to know Dani is still around with the best sneakers in town.

I searched more than 30 websites before finally deciding what website would be best to buy a real yeezy pair. Decided on soul-plug.com and I COULD NOT BE MORE HAPPY!! My Yeezy Cinder just arrived today and let me tell you people, they are legit as it gets. Spending $300+ on a sneaker is a big deal for me, so I wanted to be sure. The only downside was, that they shipped my pair after 10 days of placing my order. Other than that, THANK YOU SOUL PLUG!

I am rating them 2 stars because the owner was respectful even throughout our frustrating exchanges and the shoes I eventually received are high quality. Other than that, do not let the good reviews fool you, they are obviously from the business or their friends. You either see 5 stars or 1 star, nothing in between.I ordered a pair of shoes and they took forever to ship them to me, even for COVID standards(1 month to be exact). When they came in, they were the wrong shoes. SoulPlug was very unwilling to exchange for the right shoes but after constant back and forth, they reluctantly agreed.They took another week to send me a return label when they promised they would send it the next day. During that week, I messaged them and they ignored me. When I filed a dispute that’s when they answered. I got the shipping label eventually. I sent the wrong shoes as soon as I received the shipping label. When they received it, they took 9 days to drop off my shoes at USPS. We went on a back and forth once again, with many unanswered messages. Finally after 3 months of disputing with them, I finally received the shoes.For the love of everything you know, do not buy shoes from them and avoid the headache. It was the worst experience with a store ever. They’ve done the very same thing to a lot of my friends.

Purchased on August 16 for a pair of Yeezy Boosts. A couple days after my purchase I messaged the owner regarding my in-store pickup. He stated that there was no in-store pickup available and that he would message me back regarding shipping. I gave him 2 weeks considering covid and possible delays whatever. 3 and a half weeks later I still have yet to receive my product AND I messaged through instagram, e-mail, tried calling the number, and I ended up having to message through PayPal asking for a refund. Currently still waiting for a response via PayPal but at this point I doubt I will get a response.UPDATE: I did receive my product 6 days after this review. The owner did contact me apologizing for the inconvenience and accommodated as well. I think an update on my purchase was long overdue. And I thank the owner for personally reaching out to me and contacting me via Instagram. Other than that my shoes came and I do love them.

The most trustworthy and honest consignment store I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Seeing a lot of hate on here from customers that seem to get annoyed at other con-signers prices when that has nothing to do with Soul Plug. Their inventory is always reasonably priced and the amount of steals posted any given day is insane. Never had a problem with customer service, as the staff are truly passionate about sneakers/clothing and appreciate their customers that share that same love. Truly a cornerstone in the Miami sneaker culture, and whoever posting fake 1 star reviews are trolls!ALL LOVE

I cosigned with these guys it was going good then they decided to stop paying me. They have my stuff wont send it back and wont pay me out. From a consigners perspective these guys are bad for business. The rest is in Storage. After I contacted the owner about getting paid and the rest of the items in Storage he told me he has me on camera Violently taking my stuff back. These people suck . Customer service was terrible nobody welcomed us to the store, nobody asked if we needed help, other then a blonde sizing me up the 10 minutes I was there. That was the only contact we had . It was about 5-6 of them bunched up in a corner on two computers and nobody opened there mouth . Me being a local to the area I wouldnt recommend my WORST ENEMY to them. There’s not really a variety of shoes either your better off going to flight club down the street .

Hours say open at 12. On a Friday I was there from 12-12:30 still wasnt open so left. Next day was there at 12 and called and they said the would open later at 1 and asked what I wanted and he said okay see you at 1...1 rolls around nobody is there. Finally 1:30 he arrives and I walked in and asked to see what I just got off the phone with him about and he said we sold out of all those yesterday.
