We had a problem with one of our deli cases not working properly. In addition our regular tech guy who services our equipment is on an extended vacation. I called Marc Refrigeration and spoke to Jeff. I explained in detail what the problem was and he walked me through some of the settings in order to figure out what was wrong. He diagnosed it and determined that we needed a new controller. It was diagnosed and the part ordered on a Friday and arrived promptly on Monday. He gave me instructions on how to replace the defective part with the new one. Followed instructions and its now working like new again! Excellent service!

I manage a sub shop in Missouri. Had an issue with our Meat Case which is manufactured by Marc Refrigeration. Contacted the company by phone to see about setting up a service call for a warranty repair immediately. I can’t afford to have my meat case out of service even for a day. The gentleman I spoke with asked me to describe what my issue was. I gave him a run down and he told me he knew exactly what the issue was and would walk me through the repair over the phone step by step. Less than 10 minutes later, my meat case was back up and running utilizing a simple bypass. He let me know what part I needed to get to replace it and sent me an email with the part number while I was on the phone with him. This company handled itself extremely professionally and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received today. We will continue to do business with Marc Refrigeration as long as they are around! Top notch!!

The deli case in my cake shop recently went out and I had to order a quick replacement for it. On recommendation from a friend, I placed my order with Marc Refrigeration. They understood my predicament and sent the refrigerator on time. They are an amazing service. I definitely recommend them.
