Don Pittsley a Chief Executive Officer of Atlantic Coast, Dade Coolers & Therma-Tek Range is grossly incompetent, very greedy and unbelievably rude!

I had a horrible experience with this company in respects to their service manager and sister company Atlantic Refrigeration. Contracted them to repair and replace parts on 2 coolers in a small restaurant we manage and outside of 1 lady that works in the office everything else was a nightmare. There were parts that I ordered and paid for that were not installed. A new gasket was put on the doors and it was peeling off and falling down within hours. The service manager was almost impossible to get answers from or to even get to return my calls and inquiries. The refrigeration system was started up but nothing was repaired. After I complained to the office about my experience I was asked to forward all my comments in an email that was then forwarded to the service manager and his supervisor. I received no response from either. After repeated follow ups I finally got a call from the service manager and he wouldnt acknowledge any errors and acted as if my concerns and complaints really didnt matter to him. We manage several large commercial properties throughout South Florida and you can bet that I will, without hesitation, make sure that all the property owners we represent are made aware of the unprofessional way this company represented itself. The only positive in my entire experience was Joanne in the office.

Definitely, it is the ONE STOP SHOP, excellent products, and service. Great staff, they know what they are talking about. Highly recommended!
