The amount of packaging used here is horrific. Each specialty donut comes in its own cardboard box and my coffee was inexplicably double cupped even though it was only what I would consider “very warm.” I got the plain glazed and the pumpkin spiced cookie butter donuts. The plain glazed was noticeably fresher than the pumpkin spiced cookie butter. Surprisingly, the pumpkin spice and cookie butter flavors don’t really compliment each other, but instead cancel each other out. Service was quick and staff was nice.

This is the best donut shop in the world not even in Miami or the US. It is always fresh. Never come here late because you wont be able to get these nice cute colorful ones. Since they make them fresh, once they are sold out that is it. You need to come back the following day for the one you love. There is always a line sometimes long and sometimes really short. I always bring my guests here and they always leave with smiley face 😀

Finally had a chance to try their donuts and they do not disappoint. We tried the tiramisu and guava/cheese and they were delicious. The gluten free blueberry pancake was pretty good too but taste more like cake than donut. Its interesting that all 3 donuts were on the cold side but they still tasted fresh. Would love to try other flavors...

These by far were some of the BEST doughnuts 🍩 I have EVER tasted. And let’s not even talk about the SERVICE 👏👏 I stopped at the one on Lincoln in South Beach. I liked the basic one better than all of them. My little cousin tried one too and thought it was delicious 🤤 The complimentary mineral water was a plus also! These are a MUST try!!! You have to try them! Absolutely DELICIOUS 🤤! I’m going to have to drive back just for these!

Honestly these donuts are so good. The flavors really compliment each other and work so well. I got a variety of flavors and let me tell you, they were DELICIOUS!!!. One of the best that I’ve had. These are a bit pricey but of course you get what you pay for and these are definitely worth it. If you ever wanted something sweet you should definitely check them out.

First time trying it. Really liked the white chocolate. The sweet cream on top of it was a bit much if you are not into too much cream. Or like the donut could be bigger 😅. Idk gotta try again and will update review. But the service was pretty good.

Just wow, the assortment of donuts are amazing. So many flavors to choose from. And the quality is fantastic. Definitely filling, but so good even if youre full you have to finish it all.

These doughnuts are out of this world. I cant decide which one is my favorite but the French toast one they made for National Donut Day is still on my mind about 2 weeks later. Their coffee with oat milk is also delicious. Love coming here.

I was not happy with my order of half a dozen donuts from Salty. This is my second visit to this location in Wynwood and after being very pleased with my first visit when I purchased 2 dozen at that time. I thought that I would get the same great fresh quality, especially after spending over $35.00 on 6 donuts. I was totally disappointed because they were not good at all, they were not fresh but stale😞and to think that I planned this visit to Salty for 2 weeks. I could have gone to DDs and get more for less and it would have been fresh. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Small cute little dessert place. Apparently very famous and was suggested so tried a donut here. The options are pretty less but they are fancy. Ate the rose champagne strawberry donut. It was yummy but could have done with lesser strawberry jam as it was bit sweet. Champagne cream was amazing. Lines outside store.

Stellar donuts, must try! Their yeast donut are fluffy, rich and delightful. Their sweetness is balanced and the texture is delicate. It reminded me of the quality you typically get in japan.Their creative donuts are oftentimes too sweet and unbalanced, so I go for the basic one, but if you like passion fruit, chocolate and other flavors, you might enjoy their upscaled versions.

Great donuts- the dough is so good!

Oof! So, first off I was super excited to try this place out. I finally decided on the Guava & Cheese Donut, but was let down a bit because the filling was minimal and way off centered (like only in a small bite in the corner). I think it possibly missed QA, but was still a pretty decent donut. Im pretty sure it was a fluke, but it was a bit of a bummer.Anyways, their donuts all look super gorg! Really aesthetic and pretty. They have a good assortment of flavors with some classic and seasonal offerings. They are also currently only doing orders from the counter for to-go only, but you can eat it on the streets.Oh, and the packaging is super fun too! Really enjoyed and admired it for sure!Nonetheless, Ill be back to try again and will hopefully get a properly filled donut!

We where at the Salty Donut Wynwood, to cool down and for a coffee. When we saw the donut we where not able to resist. They look sweet and delicious. We opted for the white chocolate and the hazelnut chocolate one. Taste is as they look sweet, delicious and you know you should not eat so much sugar but you just have to.The salted caramel latte with almond is also very tasty whether hot or cold.The donuts could be handed out on a plate and not in a carton if you decide to eat in the cafe. Would reduce the amount of waste.The staff/service is friendly and you can get your ordered donuts and beverages quickly.Awesome place in Wynwood area.

My brother, that lives in Miami, recommended us to visit The Salty Donut. We ordered Tres Leches, Strawberry Shortcake, Guava Cheese, Brown Butter, and Hazelnut donuts. It was so delicious and soft!! Our favorites were the Tres Leches, Hazelnut, and Guava Cheese, we 100% recommend these ones if you can only try a few but all of them are delicious!

I have eaten here like 4 times. Every time I eat here it’s the same experience. The donuts are beautiful and delicious. But with in 30 minutes I get a sugar crash then I get bloated. I never eat sugar so I guess I’m in the minority here.

Couldn’t ask for a better way to start the day. The location is perfect being right in the heart of Wynwood walking distance to some very cool spots around town. The service was friendly and fast. I ended up grabbing the cookies + cream which was a great blend of sweet, moist and lightly salted. If you’re a fan of good, not good but amazing donuts drop into this place it was all around one of the best donuts I’ve had and that’s saying a lot living in San Francisco. As you know from past reviews, I have a bit of a sweet tooth. We’ve always heard great things about The Salty Donut and we had some extra time on Sunday afternoon so we decided to give this trendy sugar shop a try. Sadly, the 30+ minutes wait on Feb. 9, 2020 was very off putting, but we stuck it out. I ordered the original glaze, and a guava and cheese donut. The donuts were very good, but I would not wait that long ever again. The long wait was more memorable than the good taste of the donuts, not good. I think the inside of the establishment could us a design change to accommodate for a little less seating and at least one additional register to improve the line flow. I would recommend this place, perhaps when the wait is minimal.

Soooo I broke down - relapsed into sugary drugs. I finally tried this place after fighting the cravings for the past couple of weeks being that I’m on a diet “quarantine 15” is a real thing 🥴 anyways since I knew I was going to find the pounds I lost for the summer I wanted this “cheat snack” to be worth it. The donuts are big. That’s a huge plus but so are their price tags. I don’t know how to feel about that. The German chocolate was a bit dried out however the Mini Orange Creamsicle 🔥💯🤦🏾‍♂️🤳🏾😩 OMG to die for! My favorite color is orange so that helps too! The others I haven’t tried but so far I don’t regret the $21 price tag for only 6 donuts 🥵 stay safe... now I have to start my SUMMERBODY journey all over again! Lol

This place is terrible! The wynwood location. I ordered the white chocolate and dislike barley even touched it and the manager Brandon decided he will not honor me to switch the donut and made me pay for another one. not good customer service all they care about is making money and not the customer service experience. Definitely will not back to this place I will also let my friends and family know not to come here.

Being a donut lover, I had to check out this place in Miami that everyone talks about.Covid-19: you order from the walk up window and wait outside for your donuts.They have 8-10 donuts to choose from. They have both cake and yeast donuts. I am not a fan of cake donuts (if I wanted cake, I would eat a slice of cake), so that took out about half of the options.We tried the White Chocolate Tres Leches Donut and the Guava + Cheese Donut. Both of them were great. I think the Tres Leches was my favorite. It was so unique because it was actually moist just like a tres leches cake would be.I will say, Ive gone to a lot of donut places through my travels and I think this one is a bit over hyped. The donuts are delicous though and it is worth a stop!

This is a must in Wynwood. Every time we come to wynwood this is our first stop. There is always a line - come prepared. But the donuts are amazing. Out of 4-5 occasions we have come here, we did encounter a sell out (everything except for maple bacon) before 5pm on a Saturday so keep that in mind. I really don’t need to be adding more to the line but I don’t want the world to miss out on amazing creative donuts either. Also these are fancy donuts - might seem a little pricey, but how many donuts do you need/eat? It’s a treat - come prepared shell out $4+ for a donut and you’ll be happy!

After being there so many times. Their donuts are good (not awesome but good) however their prices are very hight for donuts. Today I had 2 donuts and 2 small coffees. That was over $17 after each coffee was $3,50 their charged $1,25 extra for cream (which they even didnt put enough of it) after being a big supporter of local business and start up. A place that charges $3,50 for a coffee and then dares to take an extra $1,25 making my coffee a total of $4,75 before tax and tip.... not sure. I think i am going to supporter a new business. This one lost respect for their clients.

The best donuts in all of Miami. this place is located near dewynwood walls. Cozy place and excellent service. I recommend that you try one of each donut option that they sell, they are all excellent, it is difficult to choose the best one. This place is very crowded so you may have to stand in line and wait a bit, but I guarantee that the wait will be worth it.

My passengers comment was, “where are you taking me” as we turned off the interstate into the very eclectic, graffiti heavy neighborhood of Wynwood. After finding somewhere to park and paying almost 4.00 to do so (I am sure there are other options around) I was wondering if this place was going to be worth it. I can tell you, It is! Staff was friendly and it was wonderful to see the donuts being made in-house. These are artisan donuts, so you will pay more than those chain donut shops all over the place. We got the key lime and the brown butter sea salt caramel with an iced coffee. The key lime was very good, but the brown butter sea salt, AWESOME! had to get another to take back to the hotel. The space has a great industrial feel to it and is very clean and with a large table inside and patio sitting.

This is the most exciting donut shop to visit in South Florida. They change their menu up seasonally but they NEVER disappoint with the amazing flavors they come up with. They truly make GOURMET donuts. A must have is guava and cheese, I know it may sound weird but YOU MUST TRY IT. It will blow your mind and you also need to try the tres leches. This place is my guilty pleasure 🙌🏼

Tried the cake batter, tres leches, and babka 2.0. They were DELICIOUS! And we got free lattes because they had made too many, apparently. The vibes here are so cute and everyone is nice. Wynwood is obviously a great area too, so you can do a little walking around, shopping and art-viewing after getting your latte and donut! Definitely recommend trying it out.

If you have a sweet tooth and have never been, its worth going for the experience. Im personally not a fan of donuts that try to be something else. I picked up some glazed hoping they would be amazing and to me they are okay. I would pick fresh Krispy Kreme over these 9/10 times and I would probably pick a mom and pop shop in California over both 10/10 times.

I adored the maple bacon and salted brown sugar (the salted brown sugar was more cake-like than donut-like). The apple pie was a bit too much for me, but my husband really liked it.
