Pinecrest always has the BEST service out of all the bakeries in Miami, by far. Also, their pastries are always fresh and ready to serve. MUST TRY!

Everything looks so good, the Cuban cafe into was sweet like we like it. Luckily I eat with my eyes, or Id be in trouble. 1 empanada please. Just wish they had a vegan option.

I stumbled across this place when walking by! I walked in and saw a beautiful display of marvelous cupcakes and other baked treats! I order the Blood Orange, Carrot cake, salted Carmel and Chocolate mousse I believe. All were delicious but I would like to say, not sure if maybe it was sitting on the display for a while but the salted caramel was not as fresh tasting as the others. Besides that everything was delicious!

Overall the food was good, however, Ive had the curly fries many times and this time they were over cooked.

Absolutely worst experience Ive ever had with a manager! Shed rather tell me I was wrong than face the fact that they are actively taking advantage of social distancing, I hope she doesnt yell at people in person.Quality of food has dropped so far and been so inconsistent. Dont order here:You wont know if youll get your food(Frequently misses food)You wont know if youll get what you ordered(Frequently send the wrong food)You wont know if the food you get is edible(Quality has dropped beyond what is acceptable)And instead of getting an apology, I get yelled at for daring to bring up an issue. That they work hard, which Im sure they do; but that doesnt mean its coming through and showing in the food. A manager that rather yell than talk, is one that is clearly trying to make up/hide for the problems their location has.This is coming from someone who has been ordering here weekly for years. They are far from what they used to be, disregard any review older than the last couple of months.

Unfortunately I bought breakfast and found mold in my toast.. not a great experience. Called the place and was told my next lunch was free... I dont even want to eat here, I would rather get my money back but that wasnt an option.

Go today to get yours. I picked up a dozen of them, and they were all amazing. I liked their best seller in particular. I was never disappointed by their cakes.

This restaurant is my favorite restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant. everytime I I need a good dinner, this is the place that comes first to my head. best and all kinds of food and a large list of dishes.professional crew, and agreeable ambience. Not less important, the pay is good. I sent my friends to this place with no doubt.

Owners are scared of the two drunks that ruined outdoor seating.Instead of having both customers who would drink alcohol outside banned they just simply ended the outdoor seating.and stilllllll let the two old drunks hang out inside the store at night yet they removed outdoor seating for the rest of us paying customers..unacceptable ..Bad management.bad owners all around.not a great bakery if owners dont care about the real good customers..Pinecrest not so good..one star..terrible management

I have bought sandwiches multiple times here and on two occasions they have had hairs inside the sandwich. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy food from these people. Who knows what goes on behind closed doors.I highly suggest the manager looks into this if you care about your place.

Went inside the bakery and rook my number and waited for my umber to be called. Waited patiently for my njmber to be called and when my turn came up they served another customer that came in after me. I asked if they were using the number system which they obviously were not because it was set to 00. With an attitude she finally took my order. I usually go to the Pinecrest Bakery on 97 Ave and Kendall Drive, and they are very organized and customer service oriented. Word to the management of t 67 Avenue a d 8 Street, your staff needs to understand that the number system isbthere to axoid the chaos they are creating.

I was disappointed how a review my husband posted about the poor quality and in effective behavior at your bakery (P5) triggered a childish reaction by not just an employee. But a family member. My husband is a customer that by all means has been given the right to post reviews on google, to reflect the effectiveness of any and all businesses. My husband is an active St, Judes sponsor that has been highly recognized by said entity as an avid representative in our community. Yet the many times that my husband has donated towards this cause at your Pinecrest Bakery # (5) he has had to deal with staff members claiming that instead of (18) $1.00 donations, why not one of $18.00 ? And that the lack of cardboard balloons to be posted on your wall makes it a challenge for your establishment. Then when he re-directs a response back to you folks, he is told that due to a high volume of emails, you are unable to respond to his emails. I couldnt believe what I was reading myself. And the very next day after he posted a preview regarding the incompetence in your establishment, (NOT) an employee, but a family member rearranged all of the balloons named ( EMILIO) and piled them up as a child would in order to protest my husbands right to complaint. Very childish and disrespectful without cause. The service received a few years back was awesome. Not the case anymore. I dont know who is your management team director, nor why the significant amount of poor quality of employees. But in a business dealing directive with the public, customer service is at the top of the priority list. Definitely no excuse for the vindictive and retaliated manner in which this family member of the establishment owners behaved. Uncalled for. And then to leave his personal cell phone # and tell an employee to give it to my husband so that the next time theres a complaint to call him rather that use googles reviews... Well theres quite a few ways to interpret this action as well. And by the way, yes. Many times there has been no bread for sandwiches. And asking your employees husbands to write good reviews does not make it good service. Its fraudulent behavior at best.What a shame that your lack of better staff during the day is significantly damaging your ability to continue to serve your customers at a higher level of integrity. You guys should bring employees from your other establishments where these issues are not seen, and replace the ones in (P5) or get the night shift, to train the day shift. That includes management levels. If I could rate you under (1) star, I WOULD. a minus 10 at least.

They have a minimum of $5 or $10 if you use a credit card which I think is illegal in Florida. They told me it’s that or cash only, I prefer to go to the other bakery near by

Cubano had no sauce of any kind, needed some mustard at least. They forgot to include my drink. My girlfriends chicken philly was even dry.

Unfortunately a review will bring forth all of the defective issues within any and all businesses. I for one am a constant customer of Pinecrest Bakery. The sheer convenience of having a 24/7 location to acquire a bite to eat, or a hot/cold beverage is a win win for everyone. However, walking into a bakery at 8:00 pm requesting a Cuban sandwich, only to hear ( we are so sorry but we have no bread ) ---- that is very disappointing. The kindness in which the customer is greeted with is outstanding. But kindness does very little for a hungry patron. Especially after a hard work day coming to a bakery and finding no bread. Not to mention the mishaps in between. I placed an order on a Tuesday December 12, 2017 at or about noon. To be picked up Wednesday December 13, 2017 at-P5 at 9:00 pm. way past a (24) hour frame,and the night shift crew had to make it for me due to the level of non communicative alertness the day shift dwindles with. The food is good whenever available. Some of the day staff members are remarkably nice. But theres definitely a lack of interest when it comes to fulfilling the days shores. A bakery is where simple items like Bread should abundantly be seen. And an order to be picked up at 9:00 pm. means that the day shift shall considerably have it ready hours prior. To criticize without merit may be an unwelcome sight for all business owners. Yet, constructive criticism is intended by customers as myself, to make an in acceptable situation become the target of said business so that it may be dealt with and corrected. Your sign say OYE WE HEAR YOU but the response to my complaint was that of a we cant respond right now due to so many emails. In other words, we holla atcha later, chill out. Not very customer service oriented. Good luck in you growth as a business and I love the idea of a 24/7 bakery. But it does no one any good if theres no bread most of the time. I just bought a sandwich there. A ham and cheese on a croissant. And a pudin diplomatico.Tasted pretty good. About 3 minutes after eating it got diahrrea. Not a good sign. Will never eat there again.

Is a so-so cuban bakery chain. is open 24 hours. good for those latenight snaks. not the best quality of bake pastries. cheap yellow flour for the pasteles make them taste like a mid-night sandwhich sweet bread. some cheap house croquets cost less than others there but the quality suffers a lot. saw baker without gloves, no hair net and no mask making pasteles mold all the time while talking to other employees.

The worst customer service i dont know how there is 19 of these bakeriesthe people that work there and the food is horrible i willnever step foot in one of these places again

No Sense of urgency to help customers during night shift. Place is 24 hours for a reason . I’m a regular here, I come atleast 4 times a week, . But tonight the employee complete changed my perspective of the establishment. Highly doubt I’ll return. Said No to all our request and had no intentions of accommodating to help us out.

Pinecrest seems to me an excellent place to go with family or friends. However lately I have achieved the unpleasant situation of not being able to enjoy the outdoors by the presence of some people consuming alcohol at the tables outside the premises, and I understand that they do not sell alcohol in this place. Today I went with my son at night to have a coffee and I found an even worse situation, young people smoking ... I consider that this space is familiar, where children go, and that we are limited to being able to enjoy with family and even prefer leave before we feel we arrive at a bar. I hope to take precautions and take into account the views of those who really are going to consume. Otherwise, excellent food and excellent service.

Today at 10:00 am I went to breakfast and I felt very uncomfortable to Listen to The Scandals Of a dependent blonde Girl. That did not stop scandalizing and looks very vulgar and ordinary. I think that in those places one should not shout that way. Thankssssss I felt terrible ...

I went to buy a croquette prepared by order and when I delivered it I DID NOT HAVE CROQUETAS, it was just bread with ham and cheese and a bit of mayonnaise, very wrapped but a scam, I was attended by a young girl who did not stop talking with another who was there. I wonder why they put people who are so inept at serving the public because they did not put the main ingredient in it. What a hollow head the poor girl does not even know what works. I did not go to complain because I had already left and it was far away but if it had been for me right there I made a good video and I upload it to the networks so everyone knows and I also demand that I prepared another as it should be. It is better that the owners there look for more competent staff and not cute faces without brains.

Terrible, the employees are young and very stupid ... they get confused in the order and prepare badly the things that the client asks for. Better to look for more capable employees, even if they are not young. The Customer go there to look for food and not cute faces. A very bad experience with these nulls so stupid.
