The food and drinks are good. Just wish their service was better. This is the 3rd time I place an order for pickup via doordash and it just floats in the abyss for an hour before I notice. I call the store to see whats going on and there is no answer- always goes straight to a machine. Over and over.If youre going in person, youll be fine. But if youre trying to save time and pick up food on the go Its not the place to do it until they fix this issue.

I seriously love this place! The ambiance is very chic and comfortable. The have an inside and outside dinning area.The drinks are amazingly refreshing and perfectly sweeten. I got the green jade fruit medley and the green jade lemon tea. Both delicious without any artificial taste lingering in your mouth, thats how you know they use good quality ingredients.Oh, dont forget to get their pancake. It is very unique and is to die for. Especially, the matcha pancake.

This tea place offers the cutest drinks and macarons. It is a little on the pricier side but well worth it. I was not a fan of the fruit teas, I didnt find they had much flavor but. The milk teas are delicious and of course very pleasing for Instagram pictures. The cups and heart shaped stoppers are adorable along with the cutest interior decor. I recommend the messy mango for a fruity milky combination

Sandwich I ordered was amazing. The drink sucked badly! It would have been nice if there were cleaner tables but Ill for sure be back.

Honestly, I was a satisfied customer with the delicious and tasty coffee and foods that I eat for my breakfast. Besides, I thank the waiter that served my order nicely and properly. As I stayed there in a couple of hours, I saw that the place was clean, stylish, and quiet. Eventually, it was a very good place to study and chill. Thanks!

Great food, friendly staff, and fast service. I checked this place out because they’re vegan friendly. Price is higher than normal but seemed fair once I realized it’s all organic ingredients. The bread, squash soup, and cashew milk are so delicious. I feel right at home.

Id really enjoy every time I went to this coffee shop. The staff here is always accommodating and friendly. It was such a cozy shop and there is always plenty of comfy seats to sit in. I couldnt have asked for better service from this place. I thoroughly recommend this place to all coffee lovers.

The price is high here. Higher then most Ive seen in Miami. the cold pressed drink $11or so. Portion sizes small for the price IMHO aside from that the food ok. nothing heavily seasoned or New Orleans style that Id like. just organic food free of too many fillers or fluff. if plain and whole food is what youre after, This is a good start. Ive had this place bookmarked for months! Ive been on the search for delicious soufflé pancake that is just as good as the ones I had in Miami.First, the drinks were yummy! I really liked my matcha mousse jasmine green tea. I added lychee jelly to it and drank the whole thing so quickly! I got it 25% sweet and it was PERFECT. I loved the matcha mousse flavor mixed with the tea.The Creme brûlée soufflé pancake smells and tasted amazing! We ate it fresh so it was still warm. I still think the ones in Japan melted in my mouth more but this was super close texture wise and the flavor was delicious!

My brother picked out this dessert place for us to try with our mom since he knew I have been wanting to try Japanese pancakes.We ordered Berries in Ujinas as our drink and the Creme Brulee Souffl Pancakes and Strawberry Crepe Cake as our deserts. The wait took a bit for our pancakes to be ready, but we were able to enjoy our drink and crepe cake as we waited. The drink was pretty good when the layers were mixed together. The crepe cake was so light and tasted really good that I was sad to see how quickly we had finished it.When our pancakes were ready, I was excited to give it a try. The pancakes were fluffy and did taste like creme brûlée with the toppings, but if I were to pick between the crepe cake and the pancakes, I would hands down get the crepe cake again. Im glad to have tried it, but they didnt taste like what I expected since they were more eggy flavored since it is a soufflé too hehe

Not a Smoothie! Not worth $11!! Im going to be as honest as possible with this unacceptable experience at Dr Smood Brickell City Center. I went this morning with a friend to have breakfast. Each of us ordered a different smoothie, both terrible, both tasteless. I had the Açai bowl (foto attached), with a pale berry color, a perfect indication that there wasnt too much fruit in it. My friend had the Love for Kids one, same thing, no color, no flavor. Both tasted like ice with a aftertaste of some fruit, not even good. The reason why I make this contribution is because I strongly believe is is our obligation as customers to point out this places which demand a lot from their clients (expensive restaurant) and in this case, not even close of delivering the promised experience. Smart food for a good Mood? Not smart, not good, bad mood.

I came for breakfast and let me tell you how amazing I felt not just after eating there but after being greeted by the employees. I was recommended the power tuna with eggplant jerky with a juice from the fridge. The juice tasted like a tropical paradise and the sandwich was just over the top that I had to buy the eggplant from the fridge. My friend got a cappuccino and an avocado toast with cream cheese and it was also very tasty. They make their own cashew milk, we wish they sold it to go so we could use it at home. The music was very interesting and employees danced to it. We thank Daniela and Justin who made our visit here pleasant.

I understand the concept of healthy but one thing is being healthy and other is the açaí bowl to go has no flavor and is straight ice. Plus I said this and the young kid working behind the bar making fun of my frustration. No customer service code at all. Manager was understanding and helped me on returning my money.

I always love Dr smood. It can be a little pricey but its one hundred percent worth it. The food is way higher quality than almost anything else out there. I recommend the avocado toast, any of the coffees with cashew milk, golden milk latte, and pretty much everything else they have.

I wanted to order a live juice and substitute ginger for strawberry. They wanted to charge $2 extra for the substitution even though I had made the substitution previously with no issues. The manager wouldnt speak to me but passed on her decision through the cashier. There was no interest or effort to provide good customer service. I left and went next door to get a juice at Santa Fe News and Espresso Bar.

The worst customer service. They take forever to make simple drinks, never say hi or acknowledge you. Better places for juice in Brickell.

Coffee is expensive but well worth it. I always get the iced latte. The cashew milk they use is nice and creamy. The coffee tastes absolutely amazing, and they dont put any sugar in it. You really dont need it!

I really try to not leave negative reviews, but I must say this place needs to shape up ASAP...Dr. Smood has good food and juice, but this location is completely off. The music is way too loud and the staff is completely unorganized and unmotivated. They have an attitude and have no idea what they are doing. For a health (and wellness) conscious environment they act in the complete opposite way. The energy is quite hostile and totally NOT welcoming. This location compared to the Miami Beach one is night and day. It’s a shame that everyone working there has an attitude and is clearly not happy...

Very pricey but very boutique. Their cashewmilk cortadito is one of a kind. And their outdoor seating provides lovely views. Share a snack between friends and keep it moving.

I was there Thursday morning, let me just say I love this place. I usually go to the one in wynwood but I was in brickell city for business and the staff there are very friendly the manager recognizes me from wynwood I was very impressed with her approach.

Just had THE WORST treatment at a restaurant since I moved to Miami. The attendant was really rude, arrogant and didn’t bother to take her eyes from the phone. Today is Tuesday, October 1st 8PM. Some training and manners wouldn’t heart.

I have been here two times. The staff were not friendly during both visits. They only have coconut palm syrup. When asked if they have honey,they said it was frozen. Besides,the coffee machine was very loud,not considerate of costumers sitting inside.

Every time it’s just sooooo slow! I can’t understand why staff are just standing around when there are active orders. Additionally the coffee here is burnt which is different than expierences at other locations.

The food is amazing, however, do NOT order delivery as postmastes takes forever and you never get your food - worst service ever.

Im not happy in how I was treated here. I would definitely choose another smothie place.... They definitely have to get their hiring right....

• We are clients from the first day they have gone to all the Dr Smood of Miami and we have never felt this treatment of the people who work and less of the Manager or supervisor.• I returned to Dr Smood to give them one more chance and I found myself again with the terrible treatment of the Manager or supervisor of the Local. And I really see that you are not interested in being nice to customers! I hope the General Manager or the owner can have more control and so continue enjoying the excellent product they have!Today is 12/5/2019 Im at the Brickell Premises and its 6:40 pm and the 2 people that are attending I think they already want to go to the house and they just told me that its already closed !! I found it very unprofessional and very bad service for customers who love this place !!!The manager should have more control in the service towards the clients !!!I give it 1 Star just for the bad service and I give it 5 stars for the quality in the product !!!
