This place is amazing, I go there every morning when I am on my way to work. My kids love the place, every time we go as a family we always sit down with the manager, extremely nice. The place has that home feel and you can tell the food is made with lots of love and kindness. Going there before work makes my day so much more amazing. Would not change a thing. 5 stars, no doubt.

Ordered through their website and never had a problem before until today. Order was cancelled and refund processed held 7-10 days. Went to property to let them know and was greeted with “ what do you want me to do I have no internet. “ I was going to reorder but not with that attitude. Sorry to be an inconvenience

Food is ideal and consistent. Staff could be very pleasant. Desserts and espresso are wonderful. This is my go to area for Saturday Morning breakfast tacos.

The food is less than average and the service is unacceptable-most of the stuff seems to have been bought else where, heated up and then sat there all day. To make matters worse, the woman who works there gives you dirty looks and thinks she is entitled to a tip. When you go to pay, even if it’s a simple water bottle, she opens the tip menu and stares at you. She also randomly walks out for long periods of times and closes early randomly. The way this place is operating is a disgrace to the building. Do yourself a favor and walk down the street for real food and service.

Was visiting from out of town and was happy to find this location, and smell the fresh coffee the moment you walk into this location. Great cup of Joe, and staff were very friendly. Only downside is that it tends to be on the busier side.

I order from this place every now and again. Understandably as it is located in Brickell, it tends to be full often. The two women that are the front of the place have such horrendous customer service. I called ahead as I typically do and was told to wait on the line to take my order. I listened for over 10:09 (as per my phone indicated) even heard them sing Happy Birthday to an employee and I was ignored. Called back and asked if they could take my order. With a nasty attitude she took it, didnt ask for my name and gave me 3 excuses as to why she couldnt give me the total. I show up for pick up. Order was not ready because according to her, I never called, nor spoke to anyone. Now I had to wait for my order and the attitude/customer service becomes that to which can only be compared to the type you get in the Cafeterias in Hialeah. All this because as customers they were interrupted while they were having a group meeting to discuss nail polishes. I have had enough and will be forced to take my business elsewhere. I pay for service (and it isnt cheap) not to be putting up with people who dislike their job and are rude.

I went there in the morning and they didn’t have anything with bread (no toasts, no sandwiches, etc).I was starving so ordered empanadas and an espresso. The coffee was delicious. Didn’t eat anything else for the rest of the day cause I wasn’t feeling good. As soon as I ate only mashed apples, I threw up. I tried to have light dinner and same thing. I’ve got intoxicated. So please check the quality of the food you serve. I’m feeling like cr*p right now and was perfectly well before you guys. 👎🏼👎🏼

I went today afternoon to buy an empanada and a bottle of a Starbucks Mocha. The price for the empanada was OK $2.75 each, but the Starbucks was too expensive,I paid $3,27 for it. Anyway, I paid for it and I was eating the empanada with the iced coffee there. I was drinking the coffe and it didnt taste the same, so I saw the exp. date: it has expired on October 10!!! 7 days ago!!!! I told the lady about that and guess what?? She did not do anything!!! So before I leave, I told her to remove from the fridge those milks!!!! Dairy food you have to be on top of the exp. date!!!
