I have visited multiple times when Im walking around Brickell since I have the Capital One card. Everytime is always a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Drinks are delicious. I really enjoy their matcha tea and seasonal cold brews. If you have a Capital One card, you get a discount on drink purchases.The place is clean with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Another plus is that they are pet friendly. They gave us a water bowl for our puppy.Great customer service! Only thing left to say: whats in you wallet? ;)

This used to be a nice and exclusive place to work post pandemic everything has changed from the people that work there to the clientele… the wait for the coffee is at least 30-45 mins they only have one person working and is not a barista so the last 5 times I went the coffee was disgusting the security guard working is very intimidating and mean, I don’t feel safe going there anymore and wish the old cafe atmosphere would be back. They also came up with their own mask mandate you have to wear a mask even while sitting down alone at a table, the moment that coffee cup is not near your lips you will get the security guard doesn’t matter if you are on a work call or what he will come and tap on the table

AMAZING SPACE!!!! I will never plug in at Starbucks again if theres a Capital One Cafe near!!! Plenty of space, plugs, and areas to sit down and get some work done. The ambassadors are so welcoming and friendly. They host free events for local non profit sind community partners. They are changing the game and I love it!!!

Walked in unclear if it’s a bank or coffee shop. It has no tellers or obvious bank area. Less than competent staff present that give vague info. One employee finally said it’s better to go to the the chase down the street which is what I did. FWIW there is an atm in the vestibule as you exit.

LOVE this place. I was dubious at first about managing a bank account at a cafe. Seemed suspiciously hip and trendy, but I cannot tell you how many times this location has been my saving grace when Regions (where Ive banked for the last 20 years) across the street fails me.Regions makes everything overly complicated and some of the individuals who work there treat you like youre annoying them for even coming in to do something as simple as deposit a check.Capital One never makes me wait, the staff are always cheerful and always able to help. Its a night and day difference.

The worst of the worst! Too many issues and when you call in youll get passed around with no help. When you do speak with management youll be met with disrespect, attitude and talked to like a child. An when you stand up for yourself they engage in retaliation like messing with your accounts thus affecting your credit and personal life! I do plan to sue!

Capital One Cafe is perfect. Its what a real cafe should be like. They have a lot of places with outlets for students, business men, and all people who need to be on their laptops for work to be done. Perfect example of a cafe to cater to todays young working professionals. I will never go to a Starbucks ever again.

I almost had a very disappointing experience on the phone to increase my withdraw limit at this cafe where they were not going to let me withdraw my money due to it being a certain time frame. Sibyl and Amanda helped me to get my banking done today! sibyl even walked me over to Chase to get a cash advance in order to pay for the new windows on my house today! I am very very excited that they were able to come up with a solution to help me as Im really looking forward to the new windows this weekend!

Coming in and being able to spend the whole day inside doing work is absolutely amazing. Being that you are a Capital One customer you will receive special perks as well. ATMs are fully functional and handle majority if not all of your needs. Place is spacious and definitely gives you space to be alone and personal if need be. Best part of you need a break there are different activities to do.

Capital one hit the mark with this cafe. The concept, ambiance & flow aligns with the fast paced Brickell life style.Unfortunately, service is a hit or miss. I’d like to see employees more engaged, and less unhappy to be there.

Unfortunately Capital One’s employees don’t understand how Cashier’s Checks work. I requested a cashiers check for a large sum to provide as a deposit. Because the cashiers check did not arrive in time I had to find other means to supply the deposit. The cashiers check was no longer needed, so at the direction of Capital One “ambassador” I submitted the cashiers check along with another cashiers check (a much smaller amount) in a local Capital One bank ATM. Both checks were accepted that day, but the following day the lesser check was approved and the larger was denied. I contacted Capital One to address the issue, but after speaking with numerous employees none could help and was told to file a claim. So I did... And the company investigator closed the claim without ever speaking with me... So Capital One deducted the large sum from my account to print onto a cashier’s check, now has possession of said cashiers check, and is unwilling to put the monies back into my account. My money is in financial purgatory... I submitted a Power of Attorney via the fax number listed on Capital One’s website in hopes that my attorney could present the issue to a higher body within the company that might understand. Unfortunately the timeframe for reply by Capital One’s office has passed with no response. I have tried everything in my power to speak with a manager capable of taking action to right the situation, but it seems this is not possible and will be forced to file in small claims court.

Outstanding customer service. I had to activate my new credit card and needed help. Capital One amazed me starting from the lady I was talking with over the phone (I don’t remeber her name but she was from Philippines) to Pat and 2 girls at the Capital One Cafe. I’ve never experienced such an amazing service. It’s obvious that people working there love what they do and it feels amazing to have my first Capital One credit card because they sincerely know how to take care of their clients. Good job everyone, I’ll go to the Cafe more often!

Worst customer service at the coffee shop. They have hired the worst employees possible.They work extra slow and turn their backs to the line of people waiting to order. They sit around on their phones or talking to each other.Better off at starbucks or any other coffee shop in Brickell!

My husband and I are citizens from Peru . We have never been to the cafe before and we only had credit cards until now . We came into the cafe wondering what is this place, then we met an amazing banker by the name of Alexus . She gave us a full tour of the space and let us know about all the services the cafe has to offer . She explained each product in full detail and once we heard about the great interest rate of the 360 performance savings, she also helped us open a joint account and two personals . She introduced to us to a free feature called Eno, helped us enroll in credit wise and even showed us how to set up a budget tracker with savings goals. I couldn’t believe she worked for a company and not us 😊.The experience was like not like a typical bank. She invited us to a workshop that we hope to attend to stay up to date on check our credit. I’m now a Florida resident, I currently live in Weston and we will drive to Brickell every time to receive the best service from our personal banker Alexus . She’s the best, I hope other customer get the experience we received . Go Capital One !

Capital one is one of the worst credit card companies. For business credit cards and personal cards as well. I was stranded in another country and there was fraud on my card, when they deactivated my card I asked them to give me a credit line increase on my business card and they said they wont and I have to figure it out on my own.

This is sort of a symbiosis of the bank, co-working space, and coffee shop. They have security that makes sure there are no homeless people bothering customers as at another coffee place we all know.This is a perfect spot for freelancers who are looking for a place to have meetings or just bored working from home.There is Wifi, lots of plugs for your laptop, private rooms. Good coffee, tables, and study cubicles. I wish they had free coffee during Happy Hour for card holders, like they do at the Coral Gables and Miami Beach branches.

The place is awesome for study or to work, however the last time that Ive been there the music it was too laud. It looks nothing at the beginning but is something very annoying.

The place is not bad, it is just not reliable at all. There are times in the morning they don’t have any food and that’s a problem for a coffee shop in this location. I prefer to walk to the nearby starbucks bc they will have food and apple pay works everytime.

I visited Capital One Cafe to ask about some banking options. They knew I didn’t have my debit card bc it was involved in fraud, so they gave me a card for a free drink! I got some berry hibiscus blended bev that tasted like a pink starburst.This place is super chic and everyone was very friendly.Plus banking with Capital One is super convenient and tech forward. I love it!
