Great cozy place in downtown. Coffee is great, not crazy good, chai latte is my favorite

Its the first time I visited the place and I found it to be more comfortable. The coffee and foods are a little bit pricey but its worth it. The decorations inside are also pleasing to the eye. The place is really perfect if you want to read a book or just be alone. I am very glad I went here. Highly recommended!

Usually I have to take a in an elaborate meal for be anywhere close to 5 stars. But when service is pleasant and attentive and their coffee helps me beat the sleepies from a 6 hour long class on Saturday the A+, I mean 5 stars, are well earned.A classmate mentioned this spot right across from MDC Wolfson Campus in the lobby of the X building, and I came by on a mid class break. The manager went over their various dishes - ie not just heres the menu and was making a batch of fresh scrambled eggs for an order. The coffee was strong and not overly sweet. It also had a nice foam decoration.For those not in class, there are a few tables to sip and indulge their dishes such as the aforementioned eggs, overnight oats and baked sweets.

This was a wonderful find! They serve very good coffee and breakfast items were delicious. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.Its located in the lobby of a modern residential building, and they do have sofas, chairs to sit on, but dont expect to find a regular coffee shop environment.

Best coffee in Miami. I make it a point to visit Breezeblock whenever I’m in town and over the last 2 years, there has never been any diminish in quality. Could not recommend these guys more.

Love the great service, consistency of the coffee each morning! And really nice option of baked goods, the banana bread is the bomb!!! ❤️. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, stop by and try these guys, definitely one of the best coffee shops right now!

The first thing you should know is not a separate coffee shop, but a counter in the lobby of an apartment building.while I was waiting for someone to come up to me and serve, the barista approached another guy who came after me. very strange, am I invisible?I ordered avocado toast and matcha latte. I waited for a drink for about 15 minutes and this is a long time, because there were very few customers. and then I waited another 10 minutes for the toast with avocado. almost half an hour to cut an avocado and put it on bread? Seriously?in the photo they have this toast with pickled onions, I did not have onions. just bread, butter, avocado and dry paprika. the taste is very bland and boring. I didnt like this place.the drink was not bad, but without delight

My sister really loved coffee, so as a gift I brought her here and she really appreciates it so much! She likes the coffees here. And she wants to come back next time!

Lovely space and very friendly service. Nice place to hang out (the building is a combo hotel/rentals so the lobby has a nice amount of background activity). The ethiopian blend pour over I had was good but a bit one note.

I was visiting Miami this past weekend and purchased coffee from this establishment. I got a latte both times one iced and one hot with oat milk. It was by far the best coffee I have ever had, my sister had it as well and agreed with me!

Hands down the most amazing coffee I have ever had!! Wow! My sister and I got the vanilla latte with oat milk and it was to die for!! Add Breezeblock your Miami vacation itinerary.

The place is a great space to seat and enjoy very good coffee, art, friendly people and great service.

What I like about this coffee shop is that making different toppings is beneficial to the barista. The employees are extremely pleasant. And the carrot/walnut cake is also delicious! I highly recommend this establishment!

Waiting time is just unbelievable. Most of the items in the menu dont exist. Coffee and food mediocre at the most.

The coffee is the best Ive ever had. Banana bread tastes like its made from scratch and the bacon egg and cheese croissant was not only delicious but the perfect size. A Miami must.

Ive been looking for a great coffee in Miami for a while. Even fancy, name recognized places such as all day, vice city bean, eternity, panther, arent as good as breezeblock. Their thing is simple: counter culture coffee (Hologram) pulled to perfection.

This place was absolutely beautiful and a mind blowing experience I would highly recommend going here if you ever want quality coffee they use counter culture coffee beans and the baristas are all train so you will taste the quality in every drop the customer service was top notch as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a “hello welcome in” and a smile and you don’t really get that very many places these days overall this was the best place I stopped at while in Miami

I ordered a Hibiscus Ice Tea.... seriously one of the BEST teas I have ever had! I usually go to Starbucks and get a Hibiscus refresher, but this tea I got at Breezeblock passes it by far!Also, the Chai....PRIME!The service here is also phenomenal. The baristas are so kinda and friendly. They also put a lot of care into what they do. The cappuccinos always look flawless! ☕️My #1 go to coffee shop in Miami!

May your coffee kick in before reality does Breeze Block Coffee is incredibly good. The staff is super friendly, the breakfast items are just as good as the coffee and Teas. I go there almost every morning, Try the Ricotta Honey Toast it will change your life.

I went into the room, went to the bar, stood in line, there was 1 barista, the second bassist came a few minutes later, and then took the order from the person who was standing behind me. The wait for avocado 🥑 toast took 20 minutes. The picture was caramelized onion, in fact it was not in my order. Employees move very slowly. Initially, it is suggested to leave a tip without receiving the order. Disgusting place, with a stumbling block to a hipster attraction. In fact - disgusting service in the style of a village store, which was renovated and left the same assortment and employees. 1 out of 5
