Amazing ice cream. Great flavor with the benefit of no artificial ingredients. Love it! Service is great and I also bought some educational toys/gifts for my kids. If you are at the Grove, no better place to go even for a coffee.

I will give Bianca 5 stars, they do have amazing service and gelato and everything is healthy, although the paninis were definitely not enjoyable and I had to toss it away, overpriced, 9$ por a panini that is just meat and cheese. Good quality gelato. They offer vegan and granita flavors as well. My daughter likes the vegan mango and I the vegan chocolate and pistachio (made with milk). I also had a fudge brownie that was amazing!There is also a playroom for children.

Really disappointing experience at Bianco, we’ve been coming here for years despite many other ice cream shops opening in the grove, we’ve been very loyal customers. Today after paying over $6 for a small kids ice cream, my daughter dropped it at the front door without taking even one bit e,they made me buy a brand new one. The staff were really unfriendly and unkind, a little bit of kindness would go a long way but now we will never go back and will opt for one of the other ice cream shops with better customer service!Response: If you really cared, you would have invited us back for an ice cream and the customer would have been saved instead sending a passive aggressive response. Our long term business should have been more than enough support.

Worst customer service ever... lazy workers

I love the flavors and taste of the gelato here. They are certified organic, many of their gelatos are kosher, two flavors are vegan (cookies and cream and chocolate hazelnut) and three sorbet that are dairy free (strawberry, mango and a third flavor I forgot). I really am happy that I paid a visit here. I love gelatos! I didnt like the prices - $7 for small (2 scoops) and almost $10 for large gelato cup (3 scoops). I can get cheaper gelato from the supermarket and from another gelato shop. Also, they only offer like 10 flavors. I have been to other gelato stores that offer 20 to 30 flavors!

We saw this place on Yelp and wanted to stop by while we were strolling around Coconut Grove. We tested 2 flavors. But the girl behind the counter seemed uneager and ultimately tried to upsell us just because we wanted a regular size cup with two scoops. We wanted vanilla and it turned out they gave us coconut instead. I didnt want to go back though hubby insisted on having them correct their mistake. The presentation seems cute and neat as can be seen on the photo, but unfortunately taste wasnt there. I have tried many gelatos including the ones in Italy. And I dont think this tastes like a gelato but more like a regular and overly frozen ice cream. And the service lacked warmth. Wont go back again.

If you are conscious of the kind of sugar, or quality of your nutrition in general that you put in your body, but love the occasional treat, THIS IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS! The matcha ice cream is divine! Hazelnut is smooth and light and delicious! They have vegan options but everything is organic, mostly gluten-free, and low sugar! The waffle cookie they top the ice cream with is addicting! They have delicious drinks too, such as smoothies, milkshakes, teas, iced teas, coffees, and they offer almond milk. If you are craving sweets... their organic homemade daily-made brownies are worth every bit of the diet-cheat! TIP THE STAFF FOLKS! They are mostly high school and college students and were so appreciative of every tip they received! Everyone smiling and happy in there! THATS a great indicator of the kind of service you can expect. Great job guys!

TI am a big fan of ice cream and this place is very delicious! It seems too good to be true but it is organic, gluten free, kosher, all natural AND they have low sugar and vegan options. Today I had ice cream made out of blue algae and was so delicious. If you go to this spot, you need to get this ice cream. It is magically only 80 calories for 2 ounces. Conveniently, they also have pint size flavors packed and ready to take home. If you are craving an ice cream bar, they have TONS of flavors in a freezer ready for you to snag. I have tried the pink salt caramel, the coconut and the pistachio. All were delicious and I have a new goal of trying all the flavors. I think there must be at least a dozen flavors.This place is very kid friendly. The inside is decorated with tons of drawings, it is actually really adorable. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. Cute after date spot.TRY THIS PLACE IF YOU GET THE CHANCE!

My favorite more than 5 stars ice cream place. Organic Cherry Yogurt and coffee are my best top choices. I recommend the take home pint size as well for the rest of the week dessert. The ice cream is not that flavorful and our favorite gelato place got knocked down so that is the only place. It’s pretty good for being organic but if you want flavorful ice cream it might not be the best option.

This is the best gelato or sorbet in town, hands down and it is all made there, with organic ingredients so you dont need to feel guilty for enjoying some dessert, keep in mind that not all sugars are equal. They also have great flourless cookies.Epresso is also very well made. Try the yogurt with dark cherry, you wont regret at all.They have pints of various sizes to take home and flavors to take home.

Fantastic place for a quick snack.First off the location is very quaint, placed along Commodore Plaza. Once inside you’ll find a very well maintained and tidy gelato shop.Extremely clean bathroom facility, as well as a nice play are for children.The gelato was tremendous. The staff member was extremely helpful in describing flavors and allowing us to sample. I recommend the cookies and milk flavor!

Best Ice Cream in Coconut Grove! Its always crowded but the line runs fast and it totally worth it! Nocciola and Pistachio are superb!If you prefer something lighter the strawberry sorbet is just perfect.

I Felt like ice cream and after reading the reviews I decided to try there, what a great decision. Had a good cappuccino, not bitter at all, and an amazing salt caramel gelato. Its almost as good at my best friends moms makes and that is the best complement anyone can get! Definitely worth trying, plan to come back before my trip to coconut grove ends.

Ok, first, the chocolate gelato was really good. When I got it, it was warm, literally warm! I took it back and told them, and was told oh, we ran out of ice. No sorry, no apologetic tone, the guy just stared at my face. I was irritated by this cold response and asked for a refund. This guy starts telling his colleague behind the counter that the customer is asking for a refund, because he thinks the drink is not cold enough. Cold enough??!!! Its bloody warm, you idiot!! Why any owner would keep such folks behind the counter is beyond me.

The ice creams are good but the service is HORRIBLE. After spending $30, they denied us the bathroom, because they had just mopped the floor.... Thats it, no bathroom until the floor dries up. How long? An hour.

On my second visit to coconut grove to see the oracle psychic, i stopped in and i enjoyed one of their almond vanilla ice creams that was organic and vegan its mind blowing how delicious this place is.

Good organic ice cream but sugar free options were sweetened with stevia. Wish they had chosen something like apple juice to sweeten them.

USDA certified organic ice cream!! What else needs to be said? All the wonderful things about this sweet little place cannot possibly fit in this Google review. So Ill write about the one thing that the young children in my family love: Cookie Monster Ice Cream!!!! Ok, ok, so Sesame Street Inc. likely disallows that the name of one of their own be used to also name this sweet treat, but our kids will always and forever refer to it as such! ☺️ What it is, is Blue algea milk cream with chocolate cookies (a là Cookies and Cream ice cream). The resulting deliciousness is an organic blue cookies and cream ice cream! See why the kids call it Cookie Monster!!? But truthfully the real name of this recipe is Blue Milk Cookies and Cream (or something really close to that...not 100% sure because I also only refer to it as Cookie Monster, TBH! 😁). Very much well worth a visit here!
