The employee was super helpful but they’re somewhat limited in the amount of products they have( like 1 type of pre rolled tips).Otherwise they have most of your needs

I had the worst experience at this business. I felt un safe and threatened. I dont recommend any black ethnicity to visit the location but FIU. If you visit this location the owner may pull out a silver switch blade on you like the owner did me. Luckily I made a police report and everything was caught on camera. Please do stay away from this location if you are of black ethnicity because you may be harmed or worst, killed.

Stay away they scammed me a 400 dollar vape that was broken out of the box

I had another place that I always go to but their customer service is horrible! Checked these guys out and they’re awesome. Went during the lockdown and you can’t go in, it’s curbside. I didn’t know, I went with my mask 😷 of course, and the guy brought to the front of the store a different array of what I had asked for. Bought 2 on the spot, customer service goes a long way people. My new go to, thanks guys!!!

If you appreciate friendly atmosphere and customer service dont shop here. Spent $200 on a vaporizer and it broke by the time i reached my car. Walked back in to return the item and was barked at asked to leave and did not get a refund. I believe most of their products are broken and dont work.If you plan on spending a significant amount of money drive the extra mile and spend your money somewhere with products that are not broken and where they will honor a return of a broken item.

Bought a small item there a few days ago, and the guy behind the counter told me if it didnt fit that he would refund it. Turns out they dont do refunds AT ALL, and he charged me 5$ more than the credit they offered to give me. All this, while telling me I wasnt making sense and that the glass piece I had bought a slider for was trash, accusing me of buying it at a gas station. It also doesnt help that their cheap plastic pieces sell for over 100 dollars. Because money.

First of they are the MOST expensive smoke shop in Miami. Following that they will market you and try and sell you over priced products. And when they don’t work. They won’t even return or exchange for better product. Went to purchase a product from them and afterward found out it was defective they decided they did not want to refund me for the product.

Good prices on vapor juice. Especially the 3 for $30. They also do price matching. Not the best assortment of juices, but they have the most popular.

Super nice people and willing to help pick a nice juice for me. Great location, its right next to FIU so in between classes you can go if you want.

So disappointed with my purchase. I went in and purchased a hookah pen. It was giving me trouble as of day 2. I went back in for help and they got it open because the pen would not untwist. With 3 days the pen did the same thing. Asked for help and the rep broke the pen while trying to take it apart. They would not replace nor refund me my money. The product was crap and the service was mediocre. I wasted my time and money.

Bought a detox, attempted to return it unopened 40 Minutes later, was told all Sales final and return policy is on receipt...except I never got that receipt and all sales final is not displayed anywhere prominently in the store (if it’s even displayed at all.)
