Great place amazing selection knowledge staff!

I placed my order just 2 weeks ago and it has already arrived to Ireland. The cigars came very well wrapped. I purchased 2 boxes of tatiana vanilla classic Corona 6x44 ring. The cigars tasted fantastic. Im very pleased with my purchase and will be sticking with Neptune cigars from now on. I did an online order in August and it was very simple as I was going to have them shipped to the hotel I would be staying at I gave them a call to insure this was possible and the Customer service agent was both friendly and helpful with regards to my concerns with shipping storage and timeframes.I decided this time to take a personal visit to the Superstore in Miami and was totally amazed at the selection I would be very surprised if you couldnt find what you want.The staff was very friendly and helpful.If you are like me and from Canada the prices here compared to Canada are ridiculously low so if you are close to one of their stores I would recommend dropping in and grabbing some cigars for home.Safe Travels

Was referred to this place by a good friend that orders Cigars from here while he was deployed overseas and it only took him 7-8 days to get his cigars and I’m not blaming Neptune or the postal service but it’s currently going on 21 days and still no cigars so that’s why I’m rating this a one star.

Join their website to accumulate points towards merchandise, and after a while you could get anything from a lighter to a whole box which, if youre a frequent shopper, adds up quickly. Add to that a humungous selection, friendly service and an excellent website and you have a killer combination. As a bonus, youll never find a dry or otherwise bad stick. If they had a smoking area whether inside or outside, itd get a 5 star rating.

Wow - Extremely impressed with the service. I order a very small order to NV just to see if it was worth it ordering from so far away. Horrible customer service products are received and sorted by the janitor and the warehouse manager has zero knowledge of the products which leads to confusion misplaced and damaged cigars which they still sell. Luz normand is by far the worst she is the owner and known to be a sexist pig who belittles men and uses them as she sees fit until she is done overworking them because she only hires undocumented women and people with little to no experience so she can pay them less there are no benefits. I have never felt so discriminated against this is a girls club if I could I would sue the owners

Was just there and bought a few stogies for my old man and I. Was attended to by a sweet young lady who was quite attentive and courteous. I have ordered from them before online since I grew up in Miami but now live in Georgia. I would highly recommend them for all your cigar needs. I have to remove one star for the lack of parking. There was no one in the store, yet there tiny parking in back was full, with cars double parked. That cant be good for business. I had to park on the street in front of a house and got scolded by one of the inhabitants even though I had every right to park there as it is a city street.. Just beware if you go that you may have to fight your way out.

I recently visited these guys while on holiday in Miami from Australia. I had only ever ordered from Neptune online back home, so it was exciting to actually be able to visit one of their stores in person. Talk about spoiled for choices! The best place to buy cigars, I always feel bad when I see people going into the nearby cigar shop that is right on the same street. They overprice you like crazy over there at Neptune I get the R&J blue tin for 43$ while in the other shop its 70$ I also like how wide the selection is and how low the prices are, I will always buy from Neptune!
