Placed my order eaxtly 2 weeks ago today and just like gentleman said over phone 2-3 week delivery . Im in Cambridge Ontario Canada, today home from work and saw a nice box on my door step!! Arrived in perfect condition and fresh too! Couldnt wait to try Dutch Master!!! Alot of they have we dont get up here in Ontario Canada. So its a treat. Yeah theres shipping and exchange rate but what we would pay up here for a pack its still cheaper to buy in bulk . Did the math still way out ahead! Sales rep was right 3 boxes of machine made and no taxes...thank you Gotham . My neighbor was right bang on with the service an delivery...now got new habbit!

This company sent me a order I cancelled then charged me for it. Then would not swnd me a return label so I sent it back and they did not return all that I was charged. Dont use this company.

Cool products but shipping costs 50$ even for small box. My backwoods showed up after almost 6 weeks after being ordered dry and almost unusable. I would not recommend at all. I emailed company with no reply. So Im out 150 $ for one box of almost unusable backwoods and waiting 6 weeks. yaaay👍 if products would have been usable or company tried to help me out I wouldnt be so upset but alas Im going to tell everyone that will listen that not to buy these products.

Sorry. I have to give you a one. My very first order and I have no cigars and you lost a customer. If you are out of stock, offer an alternative...I cannot see your stock. When I ordered you did not indicate you were out of stock. This is not a big deal unless you tell me all I can do is wait or cancel. You already had my money. How about working with me an getting me an alternative.

Order canceled a few hours after receiving order and shipping confirmation. Only got an automated cancellation email but card is still charged.

Terrible customer service. My order was cancelled without my knowledge. And because Im a Canadian customer, they refunded the amount when the exchange rate was $10 less. So Im out $10 and have no cigars. Absolute scam. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I been ordering from gotham cigars for a while i never had no issues until recently i called customer service and the guy was really rude and at the end he hung up the phone on me all i asked was what was the procedure for missing packages and how long do i have to wait before you guys decide to do something because my tracking information hasn’t been updated in 3 days he literally kept saying the same thing even said that i was going to get my package today and that even if i have to wait two weeks if the usps tracking says thats its in transit then i still have to wait i asked to speak to a manager he said no !! What kind of costumer service is this?? Definitely not ordering from here again.

First and last time I ever buy from them. Ordered 2 items (wanted to take advantage of a groupon deal) on the 14th of December. I explained these were gifts and was assured I would receive them in time. Label was created on the 15th and received it today, the 22nd. Unfortunately, only one of the two items was even sent. Called and was told they would send the other out today. The only way to get this item in time would be overnight (priority mail express) that I OFFERED TO PAY because I needed this item but they can only do priority mail.. This is a real shame. Now I have to buy a gift so I can have something to give. Waited for a week to receive only half the order because someone in the warehouse messed up. I order cigars all the time and will never order from here again.

Great and prompt response to my order. Items were recd sooner than expected or sooner than other companies that I have ordered from. Further, I did not have to pay extra to expedite the shipment of my order. Great company!

I am updating my previous 1 star review. I spoke with a manager at Gotham Cigars and my faith was restored! The associate that I worked with on my last order lied and treated me like garbage but she is longer working there. (Wonder why...)So after speaking with manager I feel alot better about ordering from Gotham Cigars again! They have a great selection of Fuentes which are my go to and the manager was very polite and professional!

Gotham’s customer service is bad. Additionally, they will advertise an item is in stock, take your money, print a shipping label and sit on it. They won’t contact you and when you contact them their response is the same “oh it’s out of stock” they do this constantly despite trying to work with customer service. They’ve done this to me many times and I order the same thing. Unethical. Shady. Unreliable.

Not even honorable mention, not even a participation medal for this companys unethical shipping practice and complete indifference to the outrage and mental anguish I have suffered after they charged me $40 for overnight shipping ON A $500 ORDER and didnt even create the label until the next day. My order didnt arrive until the following week!! AMAZING!! What kind of company uses UPS for ANYTHING, let alone overnight shipping?? Everyone knows UPS is bottom of the barrel. Honestly using UPS is straight disrespectful bruh. Customer service said there was nothing they could do - but I have an idea!! Gotham cigars really needs to do a better job with training customer service staff... Sent me a package that required extra postage paid upon delivery and was forced to go to post office to pick up package days later... Called customer service and received lack luster service support.... Will think twice before ordering from the guess again

This is a excellent company to deal with!! When I wrote a comment somewhere on order they followed it up! One person was assigned to help me out and she did. When problem happened again she worked diligently untill it was solved for good. Personally checking when a order from me came in than it was seent out correctly. Now my orders are always right! Awesome experience!

Be warned about the insane importing costs if you live outside of the US! I live in Canada and the import costs are almost $300, on top of the $150 order and another $70 shipping cost! Total cost ended up being over $500 for $150 worth of cigars... This is insane for a total of 75 small-ish cigars! Additional import fees are disclosed on their website, but Id at least have hoped for some estimate on taxes!

Terrible service, not even worth ONE star but I had to select a star in order to post my review. I purchased two boxes to be delivered to someone as a gift for Christmas. I even paid for overnight shipping so it can arrive on time. Not only did they cancel my order, they did not even attempt to contact me via phone or email to advise me of the cancellation or the reason! I understand their position that it was because they suspected fraud since it was not being mailed to the billing address, but many people often ship gifts directly to the recipient during the holiday season. This company should have provided the courtesy of a phone call or email to verify there was no actual fraud or to inform me of their unilateral decision to cancel my order. To make matters worse, they did not even inform me of the cancellation. I only learned of the cancellation because UPS informed me that my delivery was cancelled! I purchase a lot of cigars online but will never use this company again.

Worst customer service. Placed an order while traveling and didnt send because shipping and billing address dont match. Never bother to contact me about the problem. Suggest you find somewhere else to buy from.

Shipping issue.

I used a Groupon code to claim an items from them. When i went to claim the item online, it wasnt working, so i contacted Customer support via a Chat window. This person claimed the item for me and had it shipped, and asked for my CC information to pay for a shipping fee. I gave it to them, but also took screen shots of the conversation for records, and im glad i did. two days later I get 2 charges for a total of $90 from a sushi place 10 blocks from them. I call to complain (just complain, im not asking them for money or anything else). i asked for a supervisor and the gal wouldnt transfer me or put me on with the manager. she then proceeds to tell me that its not possible, there is no way for them to use the information i gave them over chat because it deletes right after the order is made. I asked if its possible the took a screen shot or wrote my info down, she placed me on hold, comes back and says I asked everyone in the office, everyone said they didnt use your card info..... im like, are you serious!!!!! they arent going to tell you!!!! i hang up on them, and im calling the police in their city and ill have them investigate it.

Always some issue when ordering from this company. Never ceases to amaze me that you can order on time. Pay over $30 for overnight shipping and they will still find some excuse not to ship out your order or even contact you with the issue. On top of that; they are rude when you question them.
