BLACKBERRY REPAIR!!!!! YESSS!!! You heard that right! I was pretty desperate, needing to have the USB charging port re-soldered back. I searched EVERYWHERE. I was ready to send my phone overseas to be repaired. I was referred to STG Repairs. What an experience!!I drove 17 miles / 30 minutes, one way. They took my phone to the back, looked it over, suggested what they could try to do (no promises, since they hadn’t worked on a Blackberry in years, but they told me they would try their best). They took time while I was there. I saw nothing but professionalism and courtesy, even when other customers came in. Each person was immediately greeted and told they would be taken care of in a minute.In total, I had to make 3 round trips (once to pay because I couldn’t figure out those money apps). WELL worth the effort! My BB baby is BACK!!!I also brought 2 other devices in. STG couldn’t repair them as the devices are 15-20 years old, but graciously took time to refer me to another company and told me how to explain the issues.From a BB parent of 20+ years, STG, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will be returning with another device that isn’t too ancient for you to look at.

My experience quick, easy, and affordable. I walked in at 2pm and walked out with a new screen on my iPhone 7 by 2:55pm. The associates were nice, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would recommend anyone with a damaged screen to stop by here first. It was cheaper to repair at STG repair then my mobile provider. All in all, I was delighted with my visit. Even bought a new case for $5.

My GPS was repaired and tested to ensure functionality, even though they dont specialized on GPS repairs, STG took care of my issue (broken charging port) with a smile and a positive attitude. There is no better place to visit for any of your phone needs. You are attended extremely fast by nice and understanding employees. The prices are extremely affordable and the service is the best in the state. I recommend this place to EVERYONE.

STG is a one of a kind repair shop. The owner replaced a micro fuse on a very intricate, high end motherboard while I waited. Their workshop is state of the art and one wall Is glass so I got to watch him do it. In the past I have been quoted and paid upwards of $300.00 for the service he performed and I had to wait a minimum of two weeks. At STG I paid less than a third of that and it was done while I waited. The glass wall also ensures no suspicion of bait and switch tactics that so many people worry about.

Fast and nice Services

I could not have asked for a better experience than the one I received at STG. I went around town looking for places to repair my iPhone and none gave me the correct feedback needed. After going from Sprint, to Apple and other repair stores, I finally came across STG. They returned my phone back to me in a reasonable amount of time and my phone now works perfectly again. Okay Im am completely blown away by this company. I would, and will, recommend this amazing store to everyone I know. I am extremely happy with the level of service and profesionalismo that I was provided by STG. My wife and I took our tablets for service and to repair a crack screen. We new it was going to be difficult to repair because the tablet had the gram bent and that prevented the screen to fall in place. They took the tablet fix the fram, polished it, and installed the screen. I was very impressed.In addition there office was very neat and clean.I would recommend anyone to visit this store, and you will receive great service and customer care.
