Took my phone for a new screen a Samsung S 20 paid $300 for it a week later I get a green stripe across a phone came back to see them They gave me a runaround story all the phones a little scratch and that’s why we can’t warrantee the screen a week later in the line came on itself the phones not damage is not dropped nothing do not go to this place beware

Brought my note 9 to replace the glass said it would be $135 but there was a 5% chance the might break the LCD screen while replacing it. Well guess what happened. My $135 price went up to $235. Obviously they are not good at working with Samsung. I would just avoid this place as they are probably scamming you one way or another. Im wondering now if they even use oem parts.

My watch’s screen broke and I brought it here to get replaced. The service was fast, took about 2 hours. They asked me to write a review before they gave me my watch back, which I did, but right after I wrote the reviews I was told that the glue they use for the watch is not as good of quality as apple uses and therefore my watch is not longer waterproof. Wish I would have known this before and I go in the pool with it often. Also, the push screen does not work anymore, which leads me to believe they use a different type of glass.Update: they replied saying that they let me inspect the watch before the review and that they tell me the watch isn’t waterproof after repair but that is not true. I was never told that and I did not hold my watch in my hand until I wrote reviews on Google and Yelp and I showed it to them. I will leave the 3 stars because the service was fast but maybe the staff shouldn’t be calling the customers liars.

Very good customer service! I came in for a repair on my Samsung Galaxy S6 screen, which unfortunately was severely cracked due to a fall. Other stores I went to were charging me $250-300 for the screen (I imagine they were trying to replace the entire touchscreen rather than the glass, although my touchscreen worked fine), however Marcus Repair did it all for $100 (including a screen cover)! Natasha was very receptive and friendly and Marcus was quick and efficient in getting my phone repaired. They even allowed me to remain at their location and work from here by providing their WiFi information. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a phone repair! I have noticed my battery is starting to drain faster these days, but I can still make it through the day. However, once it discharges too fast, I will definitely return here so they can replace it. 5 Stars across the board.
