I go my phone years ago from BREED (Jeg & Sons) on Amazon. I had an issue connecting my device. I bought the wrong type. The return was easy, no questions or fuss.I recently ordered another phone for my wife. I remember how cool these guys were. I know if anything happens they will help me sort it out.A lot of companies would take the money and run if you make a mistake and buy the wrong thing. These guys wanted to make sure I got something I was happy with. I appreciate that.

Not sure what happened with the postal service but I got my phone from BREED and the envelope was all taped up. I was scared the phone was damaged. I didnt even want to open the package. Fortunately, the phone was boxed up pretty good, no damage on the phone at all. I got my phone from them on eBay. So far it has exceeded expectation. Buying a used phone sometimes feels like a roll of the die, I would take my chances with BREED in the future.

SCAM! Bought a titanium gray galaxy s9 phone from BREED on Amazon which as I have learned is another name for this company. They sent me a pink phone instead. I asked to exchange and they told me my only option was to return it. I initiated a return that should have taken 48 hrs. Over a week later and a few Amazon complaints they authorized the return. They also said within 48 hrs I would get a prepaid return label since it was their mistake. Another week later and several emails I got the prepaid fed ex return label. We mailed the phone back and now they are saying that the phone is damaged and the return is denied. Im not sure sure if fed ex broke the phone, or BREED broke the phone but they are refusing to to give me my money. This was supposed to be my sons birthday present. Today is his birthday, and now after realizing by reading these reviews I wasnt the only one scammed I will go to the ends of the earth to make them accountable.

This company does business as a vendor with Amazon... Theyre called BREED.I recently bought an unlocked Samsung phone from them (Amazon). Had to send it back because it wasnt compatible with a Tier 2 servicer (Boost, Metro, etc).It took about 9 days for them (After Receipt) to say itll take 1 - 2 business days before they do a quality check on the phone. Then they could not reset the phone because of a google account undeleted. (Now Im realizing theyre behind on times). I made a call and they said someone will call back in another 1 - 2 days. So I made another call to ask them what the deal was...After they realized my tenacity and a hard telephone convo, they immediately sent the refund through...Please pay attention to the Amazon vendor BREED. Dont do like me and NOT check the vendor on Amazon.Amazon, Do a BBB check on your vendors please !!!

Terrible company. If you get referred to here for any reason just get a new phone in store anywhere. They don’t care about customers and do not care about a timely situation. Been waiting over a month for my device. If it was possible they should go under and be sued for everything. Disrespectful and just outright rude.

Signature required for some crummy hand wipes. Walmarts website stated they were being sold and shipped by Walmart. Turns out, they are sold and shipped by these jokers at this address. Gosh, they sure take the delivery of some made in China hand wipes seriously.

To say this is not a professional company is an understatement. Fraud all around. They will violate any rules in the book to get the sales through, cancel it short time after and good luck getting your money back. I am initiating a legal action against this company. STAY AWAY! there are many companies out there with integrity and good service. Saving a couple of bucks is not worth dealing with the crooks at JEG & Sons.

Two unlocked phones in just over two months had to be returned because they were NOT unlocked. I ordered a brand new phone from a different company online, and both phones came from this supplier. And BOTH phones were unusable due to NOT being Unlocked. (Most recent had a bad IMEI). I could understand the first time being a fluke, but again?? How does a brand new phone have a bad IMEI? Somethings not right.

This company listed a phone as unlocked. It was locked. Upon receipt, I called. They said they would remove the listing from Overstock and send me a prepaid shipping label in 48 hours. That was on March 27th. I inquired about the missing label on March 30th and received an email saying it takes 48 Business Hours. So does that mean 6 business days??? The customer service is horrible. It will literally take almost a month to process this return. Word to the wise.... Avoid them and dont expect Overstock to help you. Their standard answer is that this is a 3rd party seller and they arent responsible. I will end up having to make a payment on my credit account for a phone I cant even use because of this ridiculous return policy. Keep in mind.... The only reason I am returning the phone is because the ad waa wrong. 100% their fault.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They are a third party vendor for Target. I ordered a phone from Target and aside from the TERRIBLE physical appearance, the phone had a bad IMEI and I couldnt even get the phone activated. I am very disappointed. The phone looked like it had been rubbed across the concrete on every corner and the back. DO NOT USE.

Ebay seller BREED. have had to initiate multiple complaints with ebay and paypal as seller will not refund money. they sent a non working phone and will not refund, it has been a month. SCAM alert....try googling their customer service number and calling....its disconnected. DO NOT BUY FROM BREED OR JEG and SONS!!!!! official appeal to ebay resulted in 100% refund. BEWARE AND SHOP ELSEWHERE

Her tone totally changed she started being disrespectful so i said since you guys want to act like this im going to keep it because its my legal right the lady made threats saying there going to charge me for it.I said its my legal right to keep it, i was being nice trying to return it but you guys clearly dont know how to talk to a customer . Update 5/13/16.They contacted me early this week to talk to me about what had happened. They were nice and offered me another replacement explaining how they had tried to do things right the first time by sending it 1 day delivery.. but in doing that I had no time to prepare for the package.I received the 2nd warranty package today and it was just the replacement I needed. It may have taken about a month and a half, but Im glad it all worked out. Ive purchased a phone from them before and this was just a warranty case for me for a blu phone I purchased through best buy. Thanks*** old post.They handled a blu phone warranty for me.1) They didnt provide me sufficient status updates after 5 days. I had to call to get an update on my warranty.2) When I called, they said nothing had happened so far. Instead they offered to send me a phone of a different color. I asked when it would be possible to get the same color phone, but they replied they didnt know anything.3) They shipped a replacement phone not giving me any tracking information until the day it was delivered. The shipment done through UPS did NOT include signature confirmation. Had I known, I would have had the package held at a UPS station.4) The package was lost.. UPS claimed they delivered it. When I called JEG about getting help since my package was lost, they did not want to help other then to say File a claim with UPS.5) After filing a claim, UPS closed the claim stating package was delivered and shipper was notified. JEG would not help at all with the lost package claim...In the end I have NO phone. Everyone involved says they have no responsibility since they did their part.Warranty company failed to properly inform me when the package would arrive stating it might arrive the next day or day afterward (and I did wait all day next day for the package).Warranty company failed to provide signature verification which most warranty/phone companies do for any expensive phone.

These people are none other than fraud. They do not understand the problem. They do not wish to process your warranty and will make all possible attempt to disprove. Worst experience till date. I strongly suggest companies to stop selling warranty through Jeg and Sons.

Those guys are thieves, I ordered two phones from them and they send me a tracking number that they shipped both phones together and it came, it was only one phone. I call them and they said I should check with the carrier, I did that and when they check the weight for the one phone, it was 14 oz and the same 14 oz is the on the shipping label. I call again and they said they cant do anything with it because they ship both phones. I am going to meet them in court. They are thieves, no one should buy from them .

Not happy with my Groupon purchase. The charger they sent does not work and is not recommended nor compatible for the phone. The phone has been charging for almost an hour and it is still on 2%. Very frustrated and discouraged.

Sent a phone back for repair/replacement 2 weeks ago, post office has not been able to deliver it..guess they dont have to send me a new one in 3 to 5 days if they never receive the old one..The post is returning the phone the to me undeliverable, business closed..what a joke.
