Do not use this company,. I’ve used them in the past but must be under new ownership. They didn’t provide me with a contract copy, made excuses for not being able to install on date given and will not provide a refund.

I called Carpet World of Miami, to request someone to come out to my house and give me a carpet quote. I spoke with someone at the shop, and they said a salesman will call you shortly to schedule a date and time. Within no time, a salesman called me and we set up an appointment. He came out that day with samples, and measured up and gave me a quote. I was happy with the prompt service and price the salesman gave me, that I bought the carpet. I had it installed later that week. The installers were amazing. I will definitely use Carpet World of Miami again.

We bought some carpet from this company and they promised us a delivery date we had an emergency and had to get it installed quickly for a grand opening they delivered much later the owner also pushed on us extra tanks of glue he said that it would be ok if we dont use it we can return it once we install the carpet we had brand new tanks left of glue that where never even opened when we called back to return it he said no it was a final sale you cannot return anything the worst part was the promised delivery time never happened and no apology was given.
