It felt surreal to do all my car purchase online from home! Tesla has disrupted the way you shop for a car and the customer experience was great to say the least! We recently got our beautiful Model Y delivered and big part of that was thanks to the incredible assistance of Daniel Plantada at Tesla Dadeland, Miami. My experience of ordering a Tesla at the Dadeland store was the best car-buying experience I’ve had. I ordered a Model Y in May 2021 with sales advisor Daniel P. and initiated a trade-in for my previous vehicle. Daniel led me through the entire process from order to delivery and was always on-call to address my questions or concerns. He went above and beyond to ensure I got my car quickly. Overall, I am very pleased with Tesla and am loving my new Model Y. Best car I’ve driven hands down!

It’s been a month since I got my Tesla and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve read horror stories about how the service advisors go missing and you never hear from them after placing your order. Daniel P did the complete opposite. Every time I sent him a message he answered even on the days I knew he was off! Thanks again for exceeding the expectations.

Tesla was fine. Had an appointment so got right in. Was bothered that some kids were allowed to play in the car. I love kids, nevertheless he wasnt there to purchase nothing. I could have been wrong. Bring something to wipe the car with if you are ready driving as many people are test driving and Im not sure it was wiped sheet each use. All in all good experience.

The place is kind of empty (probably due to COVID) but they carry a couple of demo cars to drive. I have never experienced such a easy process in leasing a car. I haven’t been to Dadeland in a long time - probably since I went to UM. Came by to see Cristen Sullivan for a test drive. She let us take out the new model Y. We drove it around the University if Miami Campus so I could reminisce and take pictures. The Tesla is like driving an iPhone around. We fell in love with the car. No pressure and her sweet persona had us hook and pretty soon and an hour later we signed up for a new Tesla. It was actually faster than I could imagine. It was closing time since we took a while test driving the car but she never rushed us. Just only notice since the stores in the mall was closing. She offer us sparkling water and help us with our selection to make picking the upgrades easy peasy. I wasn’t even planning on getting a car but just came to see the new Model Y since my friend got one and that fact that it’s affordable. It took a few weeks for my car to get here but we had to Leave to Disney for my daughter’s bday and we missed the car pickup. I was so sad because we were suppose to have a car parade with her class and friends when we got back but they said it was going to take a few weeks to get another Tesla. One phone call to Cristen and 2 days later - I got my Tesla... right in time for my daughter’s car parade birthday party !!! That was awesome! Thanks Cristen and Dadeland Tesla!!

I had a horrible experience here. I was attended by Marcel and George and truly my experience couldn’t have been worse. After weeks of waiting to get my RESERVED Tesla, one hour before the pickup time I get a phone call that they don’t have my car. On top of all of this they proceed to try to sell me another car since they didn’t have mine. Definitely not going back to Tesla.

By FAR the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. The most unprofessional and unreliable staff I have ever seen. So I want to share my experience with the Manager Jorge Marrero and the sales rep Marcel so hopefully anyone else that’s considering to get a Tesla stays FAR AWAY from this dealership. I was super excited at first to go and purchase my Tesla Model 3 and went into this dealership as it was closest to my home. At first it all seemed well I found the Tesla that I wanted and that same day placed a $100 deposit. At that time I was told that my point of contact would be Marcel a sales rep. Here’s the thing have you guys ever seen a sales rep that never answers the phone or even calls their client? Well I hadn’t either till I went to this dealership. But wait it gets better, after trying to contact Marcel for 2 weeks with no response I had to waste my time to go to this store again in order to get some answers on what was going on with my vehicle. Two reps there where able to help me out momentarily and finally locate the vehicle and they informed me that my car was ready for delivery and had passed inspections and all that. I finally thought the nightmare was done and I was called to schedule my pick up date and that the car was ready to go. Man I remember I woke up super excited to finally get my car and then... I receive a call from the delivery people that they can’t deliver the car because they found something wrong with it last minute. Yup back to square 1 after being led on for 3 weeks to being hyped that the car was ready and finally let down again. I contact the super rude, unprofessional manager called Jorge where he then tried to sell me an even more expensive vehicle after all the bad experience that I had and refused to compensate or adjust anything to retain a customer. Untimely he told me there was NOTHING he was going to do for me and the $100 deposit I placed for the car that I never received because it was broken well they STOLE IT! Never shop at this Tesla you’ve been warned

Bought a car from them September 2020. Went through a test drive with them and I dealt with one of their associates - Daniel P. - it was an absolute pleasure! The process itself was fairly simple but my biggest compliment goes to Daniel - his patience with my (million) questions - efficiency in processing my sale - his excellent communications skills - everything about Daniels work was flawless. Beautiful, simplistic and modern store front with cars on display. 2-3 cars to test drive parked in the parking structure near by. Was given freedom to drive the car for about 45-60 mins which was really nice. Tesla has a no haggle price for trade ins and you shouldnt expect a gratuitous offer. Due to a lack of infrastructure for full electric EVs in the south florida area and the low offer on my trade in, we decided to wait a bit to go with tesla. Otherwise, phenomenal product with so much potential for future of EVs. Simple yet modern with a luxury feel to it, the Model Y AWD impressed me both with handling but also comfort, style, and tech. I look forward to owning a full EV in the future. For now we are going with a plug in hybrid. Kate was our salesperson, she was fantastic answering our endless silly questions and helping us understand how to get a charging plug or station in our home. She sold us on the car but the lacking infrastructure in south florida held us back. Look for Kate as she was a terrific salesperson. Only 4 stars for the lacking trade in offer.

Just purchased a Model 3. Great environment, very helpful staff. Daniel help me out after showing some interest in the car, was not pushy at all. Allowed me to do some research, and provided a test drive. Also, he was also kind enough to give me with his cell number for any future questions. To elaborate, he even answered all my questions after purchase, which shows his commitment to the customer and not to the sale. Great place, would recommend every time. Would highly recommend for you to ask for Daniel in case of a purchase. Overall very high praises of the staff and the store.

Great service, no pressure sales, impressed with the car the power and noiseless engine or lack thereof. Roomy with lots of storage from the frunk to the back. Very impressive!

Disappointed in the service I received. I was pretty much dismissed. 4 employees, not one person in the store and I was still treated nonchalantly. Tesla isn’t a cheap car and I expected the service to match the luxurious brand. Too bad.

Horrible experience and a true lack of customer service. I came in and asked for information on the Tesla Y and Cristen Sullivan at Tesla Dadeland said. “That comes out next year” without even making eye contact. I said, yes I know, can you tell me about it? She said” you see the 3 model over there? It is 25% bigger. That’s all she would share She was just starring at her phone. The lack of service from their team is making me second guess Tesla.

I had a great experience getting my first Tesla! I was just looking around for a new car. First I went to Benz & then I thought to hit up Tesla and check out their options. Andre was extremely helpful :) he made the process easier to understand. After test driving, I knew that car was mine haha! Carlos from the gables location was very attentive in the process of getting my new car. He called me everyday & gave me updates on the next steps. I was able to pick it up after a couple days of processing and driving it is like a dream!! Thank you Dre and Carlos for ur help!

Rodrigo our Sales advisor was terrific. He helped answer our questions about the different vehicles and options as well as how things work with Tesla - there are quite a few differences from a traditional car buying experience. When we were ready to order, he helped with the process and kept us up to date as delivery approached. He was always available by phone or text for questions, and even helped out after I took receipt of my new car!

This place is magnificent. The staff is knowledgeable regarding all Tesla models. Main point of contact for me was Rodrigo. This guy was sharp, experienced and most of all extremely helpful. This guy made the difference for me! I probably asked him easily about 200 questions regarding the car and he never once hesitated on an answer. Always with a smile. I am really impressed with his overall attitude and as previously mentioned, my decision to proceed was easy to make because I had all of the answers in needed. If anyone is in the market for any Tesla vehicle in the near future, trust me when I say “Rodrigo” is your man.

Bought the Tesla Model 3, it was the first car I actually bought so I had little to no idea what I was doing. Almost bought a car here, but the charging at the building was not an option. The guys here offered fabulous customer service. There was a Eastern European lady running the show, who could be more polite and less condescending, but the guys who I dealt with most of the time, were so knowledgeable! Learned a lot, great car and will probably buy after we buy our home. thanks!

Walked in without an appointment to test drive the Model 3. After initially being explained that I wouldnt be able to drive one that day by another salesperson, Rodrigo stepped in and took me out on a thorough test drive.When we returned, he helped me place the order that same afternoon.I had an initial delivery estimate of 5-8 weeks. Patience required:).. Once a VIN was assigned and the vehicle in transit, Rodrigo reached out via text msg and was very helpful throughout the rest of the process. I sent him pictures of the Tag I would be transferring over and Insurance info. He took care of the rest. Taking delivery 6 weeks and 1 day after initial order was placed.

Will I ever be able to afford the Tesla SUV? No. Do they let you sit in it anyway and pretend? Absolutely

A few weeks ago, I walked into Tesla in Dadeland Mall. I’d just transitioned out of Porsche and was more than curious about the Tesla experience I had heard so much about. When I entered the showroom, Rodrigo approached me, asked how he could help, and assured me quite convincingly he would place me in a Tesla I’d love. I work predominately in retail and know how difficult it is to create a culture of service and care that well represents a brand synonymous with excellence. Tesla does an amazing job of finding people who are engaged, excited about the work they do, and personable in all interactions with clients. I called Rodrigo on a Sunday, while he was away from work, and he not only took my call, he happily answered all of my questions and emailed information I needed to make a final decision. This service exceeds my expectations and compels me to tell everyone about the amazing Tesla car and experience. I ask a lot of questions and am easily overwhelming. Rodrigo’s disposition never wavered. He was persistent in meeting all of my needs and eager to do so. I decided on the Model 3 Performance vehicle with all of the bells and whistles. It is absolutely beautiful and everything Tesla and Rodrigo promised. I transitioned out of a luxury vehicle and have to admit, the experience is unparalleled. Not to much attention

This place is incredible. It is basically a tesla museum with all of the latest cars being inside. There are many different components you can experience. The staff with tell you anything you need to know and the coolest part is that you could actually sit inside of the vehicles themselves. Great place to check out!

I can not say enough about the level of professionalism, commitment to customer service and follow up 24/7 days a week by Rodrigo Da Rocha.Buying a Tesla has been so far one of my best car buying experiences in my life. I have purchased and owned all major luxury cars thru my life, but I have never encountered a process as smooth as the Tesla one.Any company can design a great sale process, but it takes people to make a difference. After owning over 15 cars so far, from Porsche to Hondas I can not tell you that I can remember the name of any of the people that sold me the car. But that is not the case with Rodrigo, he makes sure that you are kept up to date on the status of your car, credit application and is always a text/email away to answer all the questions you may have. Even overnight/after hours he responds to them.Kudos to whoever hired, trained, and motivates him every day. Rodrigo is making a difference in an industry known for sleezy car salesman, scammers and unprofessional people.

Dadeland showroom looks nice, do not do business here.Put down payment and needed to cancel within 48 hours.Before downpayment was paid they reassured me it was refundable within 48 hours. Now stating non refundable, the salesperson adryan just laughed and said I could talk to whoever I wanted. Then he had a young lady call me to stop the cancellation, when she started to question my intelligence, I ended the call.Car might be good I dont know, people are very rough.I would not do business here.

No model 3 here. Friendly staff! Store is a little small and only 2 vehicles an S and X. They let me know that the Aventura Mall has a Model 3!

Amazing cars, nice staff explaining everything you want to know about them.

The Tesla employee was rude and asked me to get out of the car not 15 seconds after I got in and lied about other people waiting. After I got out, the car stayed empty despite other people being around. He even tried asking people to get in afterwards and they said no. It was an uncomfortable experience and I would never go back.
