For a first time buyer and trader, my experience with Super Cars Miami was quite phenomenal! Since the first day I walked in, I came in kind of worried because I know some dealers are just going to finesse you of your money and time. However, their hospitality is on point! When they say they’ll get to you in a few, even if it’s a busy day they’ll get to you as soon as possible. My major take away is their transparency, that’s why I recommend them. Adrian, the head of operations, was extremely helpful and transparent with me which made me comfortable with finalizing my deal after praying to God for guidance as well. Told me the car was available for purchase and that I should come see it. Drove over an hour to be told they didn’t have the title and I couldn’t even test drive it. But they said they will let me know when they have the title. Even gave me their personal phone number. I didn’t believe it for a second so for the next three weeks I called almost 10 times to check if they had received the title yet. They assured me every time that they will call me once everything is good to go. Just found out they sold the car, without ever letting me know. These guys dont care about customers at all.

Did not disclose vehicle information such as rebuilt title. Nothing but junk cars, additionally, they did not return my 1400$ down payment. thieves...Dealer does not even provide a car fax as they claim. Do not buy from this place will regret it.

I honestly WOULD NOT recommend that anyone purchase a car from here. They sold me my car knowing that the hybrid battery was no good and when ever I would take the car up there and explain the problem they made it seem as though there was nothing wrong with the car at all and that I was just imagining things. They repossessed it one night while I was asleep, when I called to ask them how much was my remaining balance on the car was so that I would no longer be making payments on the car. Then once I got my car back it took them over a MONTH to release my title and the Bill of Sale.

Love coming here they are always taking care of me. Super friendly service and Adrian is always on top of things to make sure I leave with a smile on my face. They always make sure my car is good and taken care off. Highly recommend it if your looking to get a car go check them out YS.

Dont waste your money and your time These people acted all nice and friendly in the beginning but as soon as I had an issue with the car they wanted nothing to do with me and would turn me away They claim that the car will be perfect and that it has no problems. They make fake promises that the car is in the best condition and that you’re getting the best deals with them. The car had so many problems I drove the car for only 15 minutes and by the time I got home I saw the car was filled with white smoke Like a steam train I went back to show them the problem with the car and they had the mechanic they work with take a look and they immediately put the blame on me. They gave me the worst customer service and made me wait for 5 hours only to tell me that they can’t do anything about it and not gonna fix the car or give me my money back

Please do not purchase from this dealership. This is the worst facility in south Florida. I regret purchasing my vehicle and am thinking about reporting this dealership due to them being deceitful about the vehicle I purchased and deceitful about escalations I made. The managers are terrible and lie every step of the way along with sales and customer service departments. If I can help one person and save them from purchasing a vehicle from this facility I would be happy. Do not make the same mistake I did. This dealership needs to be closed down

We just bought a van from Roger and Adrian whom both where very nice, professional, and most importantly where honest with me! Everything they said from the beginning as far as numbers and certain things, they stuck by! Extremely important!! These are stand up guys who did what they said they would! Roger is amazing!! He always answered the phone no matter how busy he is and was always helpful and nice! The guy seemed like he was doing 3 or 4 people’s jobs just a multitasker and always kept his composure and professionalism!! These guys are who you want to deal with! Great guys!!

BEWARE!!!! WITH THIS PEOPLE, THE WORSE SERVICES EVER HAD, NEVER ANSWER THE CALL, VERY HIGH INTEREST 28%, I FOUND IN THE CAR LIKE 8 OR 9 THINGS TO BE FIXED AND WHAEVER THEY SPENDED THEY ADDED TO THE PRICE, I PAID THE FIRST MONTH THEM I PAID CASH THE BALANCE AND THEY DID NOT TOOK OFF THE WARRANTY OF $1,000 FOR ONE YEAR, THE WARRANTY IS VERY TRICKY. I WONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Horrible car dealership. All cars here are bad, they are all rebuilt engines. I had a headache with this dealership since day one for almost 2 years back and forth with the car they sold me. They are not honest and do not want your best interest. Interest percentage is very high for poor cars. They are not willing to help. Zero professionalism. Do not care about good customers or your best interest. Do not recommend buying your car here, you will have many problems and you will spend a lot of money like I did. They sold me a car for with warranty and never fixed the problem until the problem broke, the problem was the differential, charged me 800$ to replace the differential when the differential was bad since day one. I paid to replace differential and it was leaking since day one, they never gave me a receipt or warranty on the work, 6 months later, differential went bad again, this time they wanted to charge me 1500$ and I couldn’t pay for it, plus high car payments. I had rims on the car and they stole and kept my personal stuff that I bought, they stole my rims and tires, took my car. Not honest, shameless, I had months of hard times with these people, back and forth since day one with a bad car and they never helped and professionalism is really bad. Do not go here. Save yourself some money, some headaches and time

These are straight con men. The dude Adrian didnt even have the audacity to fix the brakes, which by law is a requirement for ALL dealerships. The salesman is a scam. They are cowards that hide behind 911.

Called and spoke to someone about a truck we wanted to buy today. Told them we were driving 2 and 1/2 hours away and they confirmed we can come buy it and made us an appointment. As soon as we got there they told us they just sold the truck we just drove 2 1/2 hours to get. I would never recommend a place that wastes peoples time and gas money just to sell it right before you get there!

These people are running a very shady business they put one price for their cars online then when you come in its 1000 more then what was advertised. The cars also look nothing like the pictures they have posted the paint is faded off many of their cars hanging bumpers and even broken windows. I suggest buying somewhere else.

Just be sure to check the vehicle out completely. Watch all the warning lights check the oil and brake fluid and transmission fluid. Dont forget to let go of the steering wheel to see if the front end alignment needs to be done when you take it for a test drive. Good luck with your new car.

Hoorriibbllleee place to get a car. STAY AWAY. FIRST OFF, they NEVER answer the phone and are super super shady. THERE’S A WOMAN WHO WORKS FOR THEM OVER THE PHONE WHO IS SUPER RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. She curses at me and lied to me about whatever she needed to to get money into their pockets. The “boss” Lucas NEVER answers the phone AT ALL.. he screens and then calls you back like he super busy when infact hes watching tv, or talking in his office on his cell phone. the cars they sell are in pathetic condition. They couldnt even find keys to some of the models we wanted them to show us. The car we got’s engine blew 3 months after we got it and the A/C BROKE AFTER A FEW DAYS ON THE ROAD. THEN they had us take it to a guy AND we had to go 4 additional times for the a/c to STILL blow out hot fan air. My car ALSO was involved in a accident and the salesman showed me a false car fax report that clearly was forged. They are CROOKS. ROBBERS & Thieves! Save your money and go to a better dealer where they have real customer service and are able to show you correct non forged data on your car with quality mechanics that know what theyre doing!

These people are so shady. They charge double the amount on advertised vehicles. The vehicle will appear to be in decent condition, but that all changes within the first 30 days of purchase. We purchased the car cash, and nearly a year later weve yet to receive the title. They gave us 3 different paper tags on 3 different occasions because they never followed through with our tag transfer. Theyre rude, crude, and completely unprofessional. I wish we had never stepped foot into their establishment. Dont make that same mistake!

Being approximately 9:30 am, I made an appointment with this dealer to see a car that he wanted to buy. The appointment was coordinated with a girl for the hours from 2:00 to 5:00 pm, I arrived there after 4:00 pm and a very nice salesman attended me but when I took Adrian with the manager, he told me that said car was not there ready for sale, that the ALTERNATOR was bad, so they did not have time in 7 hours to change an alternator to a dodge grand caravan that is changed maximum in 1 hour and they also make an appointment for a car that is not ready for the sale. For me the dealer is a joke in very bad taste and my experience with them was very unpleasant. That star in my review is for the seller who attended me.
