The parts department is something else. Andy is the best if you ask me. Been buying parts here for a while. On Saturday Frank is here and he does like to work. So he will not answer any calls you make to the parts department. If Franks there he will pick say hi this is frank please hold and leave you there till noon because he doesnt want to work. Great job frank costing your employer money by not answering

Ford. Revoke their franchise license PLEASE. This place is the worst at customer service. This place does not care for their customers. Tired and always understaffed people at the counter. They NEVER answer the phone. And if they do is only to put you on hold for hours.

I really liked that the salesman tried to put me in a cheaper trim level to help me save money, but Im really looking for a heavy duty vehicle with a good amount of luxury and convenience.This dealer specializes in fleet vehicles. you wont find any platinum, limited, or king ranch trucks on the lot. so if youre looking for bare bones trucks, i think this is the spot as the pricing is very competitive.

Went to ask for the new explorer sales man said to me I dont have any went clearly I noticed 6 six of the suv on the parking lot, went to check it out myself and they called security like a was trespassing the parking lot. They just dont care to sell or they are just too lazy to walk the lot

I am Only picking up a courtesy delivery vehicle but its obvious im not getting good customer service probably since i didnt purchase a vehicle directly from the dealership. At least i know where i wont go or recommend anyone to buy a car just based off my experience. My vehicle was delivered Wednesday and ive been calling everyday since, for updates. I even sent in my registration info late Wednesday so my tag could be transferred and processed ahead of time. Apparently there was a mistake made on the transfer by whoever was taking care of it and wasnt notified until Friday afternoon after I had planned my day from work to pick up the car. Now it wont be ready for pick up until Monday. I wonder what theyve been doing the past 48 hours. Hopefully i wont waste another half a day planning around picking up the vehicle. I hope my company chooses a better location to sent our fleet vehicles for pick up.

The service department is the best! Most important they are honest! They are also professional, courteous, and attentive. They take the time to explain everything and always do what the say and deliver on time. They even give me a ride to work and pick me up when the car is ready.

We had a horrible experience at this dealership.We Called on Monday about a ford lariat since we we were interesting on exchange it with our Chevy Silverado however the gentleman that help us didn’t know how to answer our questions over the phone. My partner decided to go in person and when he got there they told him to come tomorrow because it was almost 6 and they were closing.We end up buying the car at another dealership on Wednesday at the same time.

The treatment at the dealer was satisfactory, the issue was with Ford overall. Very poor treatment to the point that I would not consider another Ford vehicle..... My issue had to do with a paint factory defect on the lip of the hood......clearly a factory defect.....not an issue of wear and tear, but one of factory defect. Even the dealer stated that they have seen this issue regularly on Explorer. They are using their poor warranty of 3 yrs or 36K miles as their way of excusing themselves out of the factory paint defect. I guess they still have not figure out that it cost more to get a new customer, as opposed to keeping an old one.

This is one of the worst experiences I had at a Ford dealer. Brought the car in for an estimate about two door broken latches, one window that would not go up, and to re-painted. I called in on a Thursday morning and after explaining what I needed, the service advisor asked me to bring the van in. Brought it in and I was told I would have the estimate done by either Monday or Tuesday the following week. By Thursday I had not heard from the service advisor, so I called him. He said they were having problems locating the parts (really?). He said he would have it done by the end of Friday (remember, this is just an estimate)...I could carry on with the story but to make it short, the following Friday, two weeks later they still have not done the estimate, and to make things worst, he said that the paint would be $11,000.00, yes, THAT IS NOT A TYPO. I picked up the van and not even a I am sorry I got from either the service advisor or the manager. I would never take the van there ever again.

Horrible service and an arrogant attitude. They keep vehicles for 2 and 3 times the length of time they promised. It is crying shame that our busses are all under warranty and we had no choice but to take them Palmetto Truck Center. The next bus our not for profit purchases will not be anything that would require us to go to the Palmetto Truck Center. What is worse is that they know the vehicles are used to help the needed and they could care less. Oh and the fleet accounting department is a mess.

Worst service dept. ever! Everything is great while your under the service warrantee but when it expires and you have to deal with the service dept. your nightmare will begin! They will sit on your vehicle forever and with nasty attitude.

I recently had a great experience with Palmetto Ford worth a stellar review. Our needs as a family recently changed and I started looking around for SUVs. I had a lot of questions about the towing capacity of all of the SUVs and a young gentleman named Lazaro Carvajal was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. He explained the difference between the Edge, Explorer and Expedition and was able explain which vehicle would best meet my needs and why. What really stood out is that the first thing I let him know was that I couldnt actually purchase a vehicle yet because it was too soon to get out of my lease and yet he dedicated the same time and effort as if I was walking out of there with a car. You cant get that kind of service any where else. Trust me, its happened to me. Once they know youre only shopping around, they discard you and move on to the next person. However, Lazaro treated me with utmost respect and was extremely knowledgeable. If it wasnt because its too soon to get out of my current lease, I wouldve bought a vehicle that same day! Once Im able to get out of my lease I will definitely be visiting Palmetto Ford and buying a car from Lazaro. If Palmetto keeps staffing young professionals like him, I see a bright future for the sales department!

Third time (and last) I got turned away for maintenance. I am not reviewing the service because I never actually have it. its annoying that the service is suppose to be first come first serve (the are no appointments) and you arrive 7AM and they already have a queue of cars that had supposedly be there 4 days already. Dont waste your time, go elsewhere. I am passing this complaint to Ford directly.

We purchased a Ford Transit in October 2014 for our business. And since then the car has been a least 10 times in the dealer for different problems which has caused us to pay a lot of extras in rental car and parts that the warranty dont cover. The service department is too slow and dont keep you inform of what is going on with your car. The only good moment I remember is when the sale person was trying to sale the car. After that it is been a nightmare. We almost applied for the limon law because after 3 months the car was hold on services for more than 15 days waiting for a part. This is a commercial cal which need to be in the street producing money not in a garage wait for a part.Never buy a Ford again.
