As any sales representative suppose to do is give excellent service.... and of course excellent service was given in order to execute final purchase. My complaint is. Is I paid 13,000 cash for a vehicle that shut off on me on the express way after paying 13,000 cash for it. When I returned to the company to receive assist with this matter. It was told to me the 30 day warranty was up. But I explain to them. I was told I was receiving and excellent running vehicles and all titles are clean. Which was stated by Jorge. So therefore my vehicle should not have shut off on me while driving on the express. I purchase a 2013 Expedition Limited from Auction Auto. Far a referring anyone there. For me that will be a NO! This is what I experienced. I am very disappointed.

I purchased a Lexus IS 250 on May 27, 2021 a week later I needed a new car battery bc the car wouldn’t start up properly. Then a month later my radio stopped working and now apparently it’s not covered by the warranty I had placed on my car. The salesman Josh who assisted me never answers my calls. So now I’m stuck with fixing my whole radio system out of pocket. Do your research and do not purchase a vehicle from here. These people are only looking for a quick buck.

Worst dealership to get a car from. Very unprofessional & disrespectful. Sales man Joshua also made it clear that they have a half a million dollar fleet and didn’t need my 500$ deposit that I have yet to receive refunded back to me. I’ve tried contacting this company on multiple occasions to pay for my vehicle and kept getting a run around. If the vehicle was even there to begin with. They were so nice in the beginning to get my money and it’s been such a hassle for me to be refunded since I purchased another car elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and don’t support this place. These people are scammers and unprofessional.

Worst experience ever at a car dealership went to see 2013 rs Camaro maroon with gray stripes ad said excellent condition wow false advertising no ac, dents and dings front side indicator light broken and coming apart, inside passenger seat folded forward because switches broken, missing switches on drivers side, as far as financing forget it.

I’ve had my car for maybe not even a month, was told I have warranty on my parts and when my battery got messed up (they gave me a key that didn’t fully work when I left the lot, they attempted to fix it which resulted in my battery going bad. I tried to be nice even after the guy who sold me my car drop a bag that had drugs.. very unprofessional bad experience don’t go here.

Make sure everything that is promised to you is written on the contract. Bought a 2012 suburban & was told by Jay when going to initially look at the car-that there would be a 6 month warranty on engine and transmission because “that’s when Cars start to mess up& things come up”. It’s been 2 months since& the engine failed... now they “don’t remember” telling us there would be warranty. its our fault for not pinpointing that upon signing.....but still very unprofessional, sleazy and unfortunate. the cars a lemon. Waist of money.They’ll say anything to sell the car...

I Would first like to say the people that work there are great and very friendly hats off to George and the front desk lady I know this hasnt been the easiest situation. Now the car overall is in good condition but The handling of the car with the maintenance issues wasnt great at all there were issues with the car during the The test drive the car completely turned off as we were driving obviously thats not good I didnt personally have an issue as long as the problems of the car got taken care of then I would purchase the car no problem which they said they would take car of. I left the car so they can make the repairs came back next week to pick up the car keep in mind Im driving from Orlando when I get the car it still has the same issues! Nothing was fixed so guess what I have to drive all the way back down from Orlando Im giving them a chance instead of turning it back in so they finally fixed two things on the car the car seems to run better but after the next day once I have left Miami the car is still having the same issue but it is running better so now theyre saying theyre not gonna help me out with getting the car running good anymore so Im stuck trying to figure out what is causing the issue And the cost of any other repairs that are needed just to get the car running properly

Hello,I experienced the level of customer service and integrity that this dealership offers this morning. After driving by the lot 2 days prior to today, I noticed a Cadillac STS (Black) that caught my eye. I entered the establishment and spoke with a sales person, named Hector, who took all of my information (down payment amount, address information, work history, etc.). Since, at the time of speaking with Hector the business was at closing time Hector advised me to return first thing in the morning with the down payment amount agreed upon. When I returned to the dealership with the payment, they accepted the down payment and had me print out billing addresses. After my down payment was processed I was then called into the finance office where I was notified that I would not be able to purchase the agreed upon vehicle and offered alternative options; the agreed upon vehicle not being one of those options. I declined to view any of the alternative options and requested a refund. Since, I had paid half of the down payment with a credit card the transaction had to be voided. Unfortunately, they were unaware of how to perform a void transaction. After waiting 20 minutes while the receptionist phoned in to the credit card acceptance company I was finally given a void receipt and informed that my voided transaction funds would not be available to me until the next 7-10 business days. The dealership should have NEVER accepted payment if the agreed upon vehicle is not an option to the customer. I am very dissatisfied and would never recommend that anyone do business with a company that operates such as this one. While waiting in the lobby. The finance manager stated to another employee; the blue 5 series BMW that sold yesterday, raise the price $3,000. How a dealership can raise the price of a SOLD vehicle is beyond me. Overall experience was VERY poor.

Run do not walk from this dealership. They will work with you, smile, get anyone financed as advertised. The minute you sign your name and drive away, the nightmare will begin. They use substandard repair shops to service vehicles. Our nightmare of 10 weeks owning and $4000 in repairs ended yesterday with the vehicle being deemed unsafe and un drivable. All because repairs made within the 30 day warranty were done with defective used parts. The manufacturer of the vehicle spent 6 hours diagnosing and could not believe that an accident or injury hadn’t occurred. Communication is “we fixed what was wrong during the 30 Day warranty- vehicles are sold as is- so sorry” and after that thirty days and 5 more repairs due to same issue - communication is “so sorry owners on vacation”...buyer beware - especially first time buyers. They are unprofessional unethical and have zero integrity.

After my last accident where my car was unfortunately crashed by a friend, I really needed a vehicle that was good looking and in good condition. I went to a couple other used car dealerships before going to auction direct but many of their cars were dirty, had the engine light coming on, and they werent working with me when it came to financing because I am a first time buyer and I also needed to get insurance on any vehicle I purchased. I went to Auction direct one morning to look at a Hyundai Genesis, although I loved the car, it was a v8 engine and it was a bit too big for me. Jorge, one of the salesman asked me what I was looking for and pointed me in the direction of the 2012 Volkswagen CC (my last car was a Volkswagen Eos) and I immediately fell in love with the car, the interior, and the price! I went inside to get started looking at financing options immediately, everyone was so nice, honest, and informative inside. Gus another salesman there helped with my financing options and was able to get me the BEST financing option with low payments, and I was actually financing $900 less than the vehicle was being sold for! Jorge, helped me get insurance and because im only 21 with a less than an amazing driving record I was looking at paying over $500 a month on insurance alone..... Jorge called around and got me paying in the $300 range a month for insurance, which is awesome for someone who thought id never get my own insurance or a car without my parents help. Best part is... I left my car there for 2 days after purchasing the vehicle and they got it freshly cleaned for me, removed a sticker on the back from a previous owner, and had the thing looking virtually new when I picked it up! Long story short, I never leave reviews but I LOVE MY CAR. And Im so thankful for the help of Jorge and Gus.

Had an awesome experience here. Spent the day going from place to place before I was about to call it a day and go home. But then I decided to google the car I wanted (Scion tC, 2011 or newer) one more time and found a 2011 tC listed from this dealer. I called, spoke to the manager about the car, price and the way I wanted to pay. They had the exact option I was looking for and headed over there. Staff was very nice and hospitable. Took the car for a test drive, went over what we spoke about on the phone and bought my new tC! And now Im a super happy gal.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Customer service was CHAOTIC. Personnel was rude and with lack of skills to work with clients. The finance man, because he can not be referred to as a gentleman, is the most rude, ignorant person I have met to date. He has the nerve to mistreat clients who are the ones who are paying his salary in order for him to feed his family.The car has all sort of issues less than one month after taking it out of the dealer and they have washed their hands of it. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and I intend to see this through until the very end.
