I went in for a quick check engine light check, first person that addressed me when i walked into the store was Alejandro. He was super cool and respectful. Made small talk with me and asked me about how my day had be going. Very unexpected and appreciated.

The staff has very little knowledge regarding parts and alternatives. They simply tell you whats in front of them the computer. Prices are expensive, folks do your your homework you will save lots of money and delivered to your home..

I wish there are more people like Anup and Jason. They are extremely honest, knowledgeable and Im amazed with theirs service. My battery was causing some issues and I was ready to buy a new one. I paid for new battery and once Anup came to my car, he asked me if I purchased a battery with AutoZone, which I did...and he told me its under warranty. Anup and Jason replaced the battery and i wish I can give more than 5 stars!

Great service. Needed to quickly change a bulb for my tag light and the service was awesome. I was not hounded while looking for my bulb and that is always cool. Went in yesterday in need of 1 item and AutoZone Employee Randy Vo helped me out with not just that item but also filled in some blanks on other auto questions.Sadly the part wasnt in the store due to the issues with the virus but he did suggest some alternatives.He taught me that just because something would look cool on my car it is best to stick with original parts...not to put stuff on there that your car doesnt already offer.Finally, he helped make my decision to purchase a tried and true 2 Ton car jack rather then a pricey electric one.A very informative and awesome Employee

I went to store #1284, and since I am traveling to Texas I went to go change my battery and found out I had a warranty. This employee named Anup helped me and took his time changing my car battery. Had a great experience with Jason F. at Autozone. Had a problem with my battery, and he checked it out thoroughly (also checked my alternator!), and told me all was well with my battery, all for free. I really appreciate that he didnt use that opportunity just to sell me a battery that I didnt need. He did explain that sometimes when batteries die, they are intermittent, and to be careful about not leaving the radio (or lights, of course) on for too long without the car running. One thing I know is that, if I do have a problem again, Ill go right to Jason and Autozone again and get a battery there! Thanks Jason, and thanks Autozone!

I went in to purchase a new battery. The service was amazing, Jorge Q assisted me with getting the new battery installed. He was very kind and efficient, and also explained what was being paid for with the small service fee that was paid for the installation.
