Customer Service bad unfair to customers. They could care less about their customers. My experience with them was ugly and we will never recommend their service, will discourage future customers do not recommend this company

Every contact with Protection 1 has been A+. Great install/upgrade for very reasonable cost. Staff is always professional and responsive. Highly recommend Protection !

The salesman, install, and equipment were good, but billing and internal coordination was an absolute disaster. Each time we went online the bill amount and due date info disagreed at the same time. Over the course of 1 month a $700 upgrade package appeared and was billed 4 or 5 different amounts ranging from $1000 to $3400 and with 4 different due dates including an unwarranted overdue amount to pay now in red. 5 calls to their billing dept were mostly sympathetic - one hung up, others were billing me for higher internal costs that were not what the salesman quoted and referred me back to the salesman to resolve it. I was not going to pay above what was quoted and then hope billing credits back the discount. Only in my last call to a supervisor did it seem to be resolved - well see if they finally get it right.

My experience with this company was horrible. I installed an alarm for my company and spoke with the seller over the phone whose name was Ramon Sacramento. He never came to show me prices in person, he told me the easiest way was through do it through the internet. He gave me the price and I was satisfied with all of the equipment that came with the alarm system for my company. However, the day the installer came to install the alarm... There was a sensor that went to the front door and the installer said he was not able to install it, and he told me to speak to the vendor whos name is above for a different sensor. I also needed another sensor for the back, I once again spoke with the seller the same day and the seller told me to not worry about anything and that I do not have to pay anything. He claimed the company paid for whatever else I needed differently for the installer to be able to install. Today is February 2nd, and about 1pm a technician called me saying I need to pay $180 extra more for each sensor and get that I am missing two. I called Ramon Sacramento to ask him about what is this situation, and he answered me sarcastically and told me that I need to pay that. The day we did the contract, I supposedly knew that I had to pay. But- I guess he forgot about what he told me on the other sensors being able to be installed for FREE. He told me something different the first time we talked than now and since I signed the contract, there is no proof. I feel like I was played completely by the company because of the vendor RAMON SACRAMENTO. He was a very good person who sells, but to solve problems.... he doesnt do a very good job at it. I would like to resolve this problem as soon as possible.Thank you!If not, I will still continue to write more reviews on this company.

Please Stay away from this company, they have failed me over and over again. They dont show up to appointments on time. The have absolutely no clue on what customer service is all about. They stick you with a contract to then do as they please when things that they installed go south.We had them installed our survailiance equipment at our business only to be robbed and have our hard drives broken into. They installed the equipment at the reach of the robbers. At the same time at my home sensors are braking and they failed to show up on time or even at all. I just got of the phone with a local manager who has no clue on how to treat a customer. He was way more worried about making profit than my issues.This company is terrible and they add insult to injury. Due your research go with a better and more reputable company

Most horrible company I have dealt with. They installed my security system 8 months ago, its still not working and never has worked. I have been paying for Video monitoring and never have they connected any of my cameras. Ive called 20+ times, they set an appointment then never shows up or calls. I called corporate, they called Miami office, scheduled and appointment for me and again they never showed up.

The Security that works in the savance auto part has business with the mechanics or CISC and soloclevantecel bonnet of my car and I vote from there ok just because he wants you to do things with the devahi mechanics that are not licensed nads
