Used to use this company occasionally over the past seven years. Decided to place a framing package with them when they provided a competitive quote. We issued the purchase order the day we got the quote. Marjam accepted the PO. After they delivered the order, they billed us $4,000 over the approved quote amount. They would not correct it. They said prices had changed and they would not honor the quote. We chose not to renew our account with them. After they did that to us, I would not give them another PO. It is a shame as many of their sales people are very nice. No other supplier has done anything like this to us despite lumber increases over the past year. Everyone else has honored their quotes within the expiration dates. If you dont treat your customers well when times are uncertain, dont expect our business when things are good.

This place sucks. People in the front office act like youre interrupting their time when you come in to buy something. The people in the warehouse just stand around looking at you when you pull back there to get your materials. Id fire everyone of their non english speaking asses.
