Took my car in for oil change, you know how long these visits normally are. Nope, not here, Michael Garcia was amazing at making sure it was done in a timely manner! Would highly recommend. I had come in during 7 and ada was there to help me out. She was great and very outgoing! When I got there I didn’t have much hope since I had been to already 4 different dealerships but I wasn’t satisfied, ada made sure I was aware that she would try EVERYTHING in her power that I would be leaving that night with my brand new car as I did !!! Ada stayed after her shift to make sure I wouldn’t have to wait till the next day to take my Buick 2022. I would highly recommend Ada, she sympathy’s her customers and she’s very determined!

I dropped off my GMC Acadia late on the evening when the service department was closed. One of the car wash employees assisted me and Mr. Francisco said that he would make sure that the service department contacted me early in the morning. By 8:00 am my new service advisor Mr. Mike contacted me and assisted with the battery issue. Mike was able to call me just a few hours after and told me that the battery was replaced, an inspection was completed on my vehicle and that there were no other concerns or issues found and that my SUV was ready.The entire experience was very positive and the customer service was amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

I recently took my 2021 GMC AT4 Sierra in to Lorenzo GMC to drop it off for service with Mike Garcia. I cannot put into words how seamless and smooth that whole process was. The service department was extremely busy that day and even though he had several customers to take care of after me, he still took all the time in the world to listen to me and understand the issues i was having with my truck so that it would get fixed right. The truck was there several days due to the mechanics being busy and back ordered parts issues that were out of their control but he kept me frequently updated on what was going on. When I got the truck back it was clean and my problems fixed. He was very professional and showed me that even in these crazy days that someone still is willing to go that extra mile to make sure that a customer is happy. 5 out of 5 for sure. No doubt I will always be sure to come back here and work with Mike Garcia again.
Lorenzo Buick and GMC is about 20 miles from me, but I continue to drive all the way over there to get oil changes and my truck worked on due to the service advisors. I went for the first service of my new leased car. I arrived earlier than my appointment was and I was told it would be no more than 3 hours. I came back to pick up my car 3:30 hours after and I had to wait for it to be ready. The agent didnt even apologize after I asked and complained several times. Horrible service. Staff walks by customers like we are not there with long faces. I guess they know we are upset for the long wait. The car was returned serviced but dirty, oily hand prints on the door were witness to it’s time in there. Really disappointed on the service, it could be faster and staff should be more attentive and helpful.
You might want to take your business someplace else. They are only interested in selling you a car, not on providing services for your vehicle. Once you signed the contract, that’s is. No more customer service. I’ve been trying to schedule a service appointment for a part they told me they ordered over 3 weeks ago. They never answer the phone, neither listen to their voice messages, as I have left a few and still haven’t called me back after 3 weeks have passed. They never call either to let me know the part arrived and even though I managed to find out the part is there I still can’t get them to confirm an appointment. The part replacement, I might add, is cover by the vehicle warranty so it’s easy money for them but still aren’t interested. Is a shame they are giving a bad reputation to a legendary Luxury American Brand like Buick.

What happened to this place?? . after past 6 yrs service, this time was very disappointing . i did brought my canyon 2015 for a regular oil change service, then i was reschedule the incoming week (Tuesday) due a Posted factory Recall due to (steering gear torque sensor cover assembly defect), brought vehicle again n appointment, that afternoon got called in that the oil changed was done BUT the RECALL as scheduled was not done cause they didnt had the parts, meaning the service advs. never order these, neither call me in advance to confirm, so i waste my time, in addition all traveling on my on working hours and expenses (UBER) .I made a second RECALL appointed 1st week of Aug, around 8 am.the service advisor this time did confirm he had the Parts .again, later that day, they call me saying the RECALL service could NOT be done cause something again was missing! .i have had Recall repairs since i bought this pickup but this has never happened before . this s may last experience with GMC a this location.I do understand these are quite challenging times we are living, so we can prove better and not fall for excuses .good luck,

Price gauging at its finest. Who would buy a car over the ticket price. Not me. Would never step foot in that dealer. If I could give less than a one star I would. No rebate for being a loyal GMC customer. Worse experience ever and the salesman which is not his fault was like it’s a great deal. $20,000 over sticker price.

Called today 10/21 2021 to inquire about the Yukon AT4 was listed at 70 thousand and marked out on cars.com but to call dealership..Spoke to AL Averez and was told they were marking up do to high demand and was I going to pay market price..if not ...then dont waste my time...... was will to pay cash but they lost my sale never heard of such from a dealership.... and I am 65 years old and have bought several gmc duiring my time.....

Went in to get my tires checked and i was attended by Michael Garcia. He advised me my tires were fine and that I had a nail on one of them but it was repairable. He tried finding me a solution instead of charging me for new tires like I am sure someone else would have. Please go see Michael G if you have problems.

People usually say going to the dealer is a bad experience but in my case it was the complete opposite. She was attentive from the get go. Bad service experiences always. Never going again. Made a 2pm appointment online to replace battery which is under warranty. The only other thing I asked was to add air to tires. Waited FOUR hours for these pre-scheduled services?! Guess what, when I got the car on the road I noticed tires are still way under inflated. Last service was also a disaster, tire rotation without resetting the tpms so that it shows a wrong tire was under inflated. What a joke! Please do yourself a favor don’t go there. They don’t provide the same qualify of work as other certified dealers.

I decided to take my car for service at this dealer although it was not where I bought mine. The oil change was $49 with tire rotation which was half the price of my dealer. The service agent told me that my oil life was at 48% and he didn’t want to take my money to wait until 10%. To top it off he offered to wash my car and actually did. OUTSTANDING PEOPLE. You deal with all type of people in this city and it’s refreshing when people are genuinely nice and honest. I’ll see them at 10%!!

The return-lease experience has been a nightmare with this dealer. I returned my vehicle almost a month ago and they still haven’t submitted the info over to GM Financial. I keep getting calls and emails from GM Financial saying they extended my lease even though the car was returned a long time ago. Not only there’s a complete lack of competence, but a complete lack of customer service as well. They never answer their phones, and when they do, they barely spend any time talking and answering questions. They just wanna get rid of you by transferring you to someone else, who of course won’t answer their phone either. There’s no way to get anything accomplished over the phone. They make you waste so much time having to drive all the way to their location because they won’t answer their phone and because they simply can’t send some damn paperwork over. Total lack of respect towards their customers. I love Buick but this is the first and last time I’ll be leasing from this horrible dealer.
I was recently looking for a specific truck they didn’t have it however they were super accommodating and tried to cater to what I needed. It’s just that I was looking for something very specific in color so inside and outside. I told them to reach out to me if they get it in stock definitely will return.

Had my 2019 gmc towed in for a warranty repair and the service rep advised me I should take it to Williamson GMC because they wouldn’t be able to diagnose for approximately two weeks and that they have no loaners. Also mentioned the parts are scarce and most likely will be an issue.
The telephone service is horrible. I went in for a recall. My dash was a little brittle from before, but the person who worked on my vehicle destroyed what was left of the dash. A little more care would have been appreciated. When I called to complain I left several messages and never received a call back! Terrible customer service!

No second key for my brand new Enclave. No spare tire, or compressor to inflate. When you call the dealership, they never call you back.Found out I was approved for another bank with a better rate and the bank let me know that if I called the dealerships finance department within three days of signing on the vehicle that it could be reversed and then resubmitted to the bank that was giving me the better rate, so I called and they said they had submitted it already. I found out that that was a lie, because I called the bank that I originally signed with and they said that no paperwork has been submitted to them yet. So I called back The dealership to speak with finance again, and they acted like he was immediately busy and that he would call me back and here it is two days later, and guess what, no call back!

I love GMC and I was on this dealer a year, It was a different experience. Today I had a situation with my car not starting in the morning. Around 9 AM I leave the car in the dealer for a battery test. I was calling the whole day to the service dep and nobody answered the phone on the dep. No call with any update was made to update us on the status of the car. By 3 pm I show up using Uber on the dealer and I was impressed with the poor engagement of the employees. Nobody take ownership on what they do. I asked for a manager and they told me Steve is new and he is not here. I asked if they have a car or any way to help me because I’m paying for a lease (a car that I can use to move around) and they give me no options. Now I’m still waiting because finally at 4:15 a mechanic is checking my car. Really disappointed with the poor customer service I received here today. I do not recommend this place no more. ☹️
I had service done in March for a stalling issue.I came back in June for a overheating issue and received a quote that seemed excessive, I agreed to pay for the diagnostic which I was told was $149 I ended up paying close to $190 for fees that included “part ordering fee” even tho no parts were ordered.I took my car elsewhere where I was given a much lower quote for the exact same service, I then called Lorenzo Buick to obtain a copy of the receipt for the work that was done in March and I was told that it would take a few days, a few days to key in my phone number into their system and click on a previous work order, and to press print. None the less it’s been weeks and still have not heard back from them.I called and spoke to various employees who gave me the run around, transfer to different extensions to leave voice mails that never get returned.This has been the worst experience dealing with a business of this size.
If you are serious about buying a vehicle and do not want to get jerked around then find another dealership. Called first thing this morning and asked for an out the door price on a truck and after 3 different sales people and 5 phones calls they send me over a price estimate and had to mark up the price an extra $5000 over MSRP for “market adjustment”. Never had a dealer try anything like this before.
I have never experienced something like this at an actual dealership. I have a brand new GMC with 300 miles and took it in for coolant leak. After they looked at it they said they wouldn’t be able to touch it for 3 to 4 days because they are at full capacity and cannot give me a loaner. They recommended I take it somewhere else. Pretty sad for a GMC dealer to do this on a $65,000 truck with 300 miles. So now I’m scrambling to find another GMC dealer.
I have been to several dealers and nobody has been able to find the problem with my car until I found Lorenzo Buick GMC. Mike García and the guys truly went above and beyond and took care of my issue.
There sales services are great, I worked with Ara and got my GMC Canyon with little hassle. Their service department is also very attentive, the moment I spoke to the service advisor my appointment was made timely and professionally.

I lease a car from this dealer (2 years ago). The experience with them has been the worst from the first day. The services, the customer services ... everything is terrible with them. Right now my car is broken in a public parking lot 3 days ago, (a new car) and I have been waiting an answer from the dealer for three days. They no longer answer a call from my number, I have to use another phone to contact them. It is the only way that the secretary answer me and transfers my call to the service department and them nobody answers.
So fast to sell you a car and a PRE-OWN CERTIFIED WARRANTY, but hey i go to my near Dealership and guess what??Such PRE-OWN CERTIFIED WARRANTY that cost me more than 1k$ was never in the GMC System! ive been over 2 months after LORENZO GMC due to this Issue. I had to pay my Change of Oil and Service to my near Dealership bc such warranty was never in the GMC System.They can sell anything, but COstumer Service is Awful, The MANAGER ALEX MARTINEZ was my Sales Manager and had spoke with him, and NEVER fixed my problem. I REGRET buying such WARRANTY and even my car with this people. I REQUESTED a Refund to my sales person and NEVER Assisted my request. and ALEX is on Vacation, i have an Issue and they never help you. I wish ive never bought my car in this DEALERSHIP. I will like to warn consumers on the practices Lorenzo Buick/GMC.As a consumer and resident of Miami Dade this dealership is has left a negative mark of an industry full of outstanding and honorable people serving customers in Miami Dade.Recently purchased a 2021 GMC Denali 3.0 Duramax 8/9/2021.Sales Person Emilio is an individual that has malice and does not look out for the interest of the customer and I quote from him ( the GMC trucks are the Cadillacs of truck).On the evening of 08/09/2021 at around 6:00 pm, the check engine light came on and advising an error in the breaking system. Vehicle at the time has 39 miles. Today 8/10/21, vehicle was taken to Lorenzo Buick/GMC service department for repair. I was advised that the break controller module needed to be replaced and there are no break controllers in stock and GM did not have a time table available for a replacement would be available.I advised Emilio, I had no confidence in the vehicle and I would like to cancel the purchase based on, the vehicle issues and lack of available parts for a new vehicle.Emilo advised me that the sale was not returnable and the only option was to lemon law the car.So again, is this the the type of business that gives the community and its a customer a positive experience.All please avoid the dealer at all cost and know they are not there to promote a positive customer experience.Additionally, I have spent 2 hours trying to get a case number with GM and after 4 hang-ups by their customer service team, I was able to have a case number. So be weary of GM customer service also is insufficient.Next is filing will be with the BBB.

Was happy to see a Yukon Denali listed at MSRP, disappointed that it was not the actually price - Lorenzos Price as advertised is listed at $80,600 (see below) which is the same as the GMC MSRP.I completed all paperwork to purchase this vehicle online and set a delivery date. I then received a text from Jorge V. stating that there is a $10K premium on the Yukon - obviously Lorenzos Price is NOT Lorenzos true price! In my opinion, this is deceptive advertising. Even if they did not want to advertise the premium in the price, they could have included it in the canned disclosures which I read thoroughly and they gave no indication of a premium. If you are charging a premium over MSRP, then you should man up and put it out there on your website! Why waste a customers time? This is why car dealerships and car salesman have bad reputations.I want (not need) a new Yukon but not bad enough to pay $10K over MSRP - the car is going to depreciate based off MSRP not some arbitrary premium over that number. The owner is $10K underwater from day 1 making GAP insurance almost mandatory. Great position to put your customers in.I understand wanting to cash in on the supply and demand economics related to buying cars these days but again, dont advertise a price that is not going to be honored. The chip issue will be resolved and the 2022 models will be out soon. I can wait!

They tact on way more fees then that are necessary in the contact and make it seem like it is non negotiable. The salesmen didnt even speak to me when trying to buy a car. I was sitting there and there were barely answer my question. There are going use your Equifax credit score when they look it up hopefully that is not your lowest score. I would go there again I would pass. Ill give them this they have a lovely receptionist.
