In this industry I’m sure it happens. But I popped a tire, like fully out of air, drove three miles here after calling another shop who connected to this location and verified inventory. Both locations promptly answered the phones and verified (rare). I was able to make it 10 minutes before close, Lester and Robert didn’t hesitate, offered to replace ASAP and alternatives in case they couldn’t. Was expecting to Pay for tire, Lester ended up saving it! Amazing service, as I was being helped two! Other customers came in, mind you right at close. They stepped it up and went the extra mile twooo more times. Amazing location and staff. Amazing, Lester and Robert. Blessings to both of you. Thank you

Horrible place. Only there to rip people off and take systematic advantage of people in need of urgent repairs and/or people without any knowledge.I took my car for a tire repair. It had a nail. They neglected to even inspect it. The clerk then simply went inside the store to try to rip me off with a brand new tire for over $300. They claimed that this tire could not be repaired because of some internal foam. I asked the to at least inspect it and try to do it for the outside. He rejected of course . I immediately called my dealer Volvo of North Miami and they said to absolutely not take this deal and and that they would repair my tire for free because it is repairable.I’ve know this store for ages. The personnel is trained to rip customers off and not to help them.Avoid at al costs or increase all costs. Never setting foot on this store again.

I have used Tires plus for a few years. Danny always makes sure the job is done right and makes sure the customer is happy, and Lester at the Doral location are awesome. Lester has balanced my tires and mounted my new tires. Always does a top notch job, Ive never had a balancing or shaking issue after he worked on it, and makes sure to ask if I have any preference or a special request. This is a picture of his work. Whats dirty is my fault, I drive through mud alot.

Very bad place. Took my car for a tire change and they damaged my door. I was told the manager was on vacation and hell call me back. I had to be on top of them to file a claim which took them almost half a year on their part to open. Then they came back saying that was caused by the seat belt and that I took almost a year to report. I have all the documentation emails and messages I left trying to solve the problem and they just turned a blind eye on it. BTW, the appraiser told me that damaged could not have been done by the seat belt. They are always trying to sell you things you do not need and do not take responsibilities for the damages they caused. I had been a client for about 13 years. Not anymore! If I could give them a zero star or better yet a -1 star I would have.

Such an amazing experience. Unfortunately, its rare to find good customer service in Miami, let alone in repair shops. Roberto exceeds all expectations you may have for a customer service rep. He was very polite, calm, efficient (even when having 5 people in line) and very nice overall. He helped me with a battery issue I was having and and also fixed something that was hanging after I did my filter change at another place.Súper recomendado, Roberto es genial!

Lack of professionalism.they do not maintain appointment time and repeatedly need to come another day. They want the proof of tire purchasing(firestone) from them to do free tire rotation though I had all firestone tire but did not keep the original purchase slip.

Always some trick or cheat to charge you somenthing else. In this case I bought it online 4 days before the appoitment. They took from 10 am to 1:15 to do the job. Later can not charge me at credit card, later the problem was that I bought discontinued tires, then, they charge me alligment that 100% the car does not need ... etc, etc ... always this people try to go far as possible ....never again I will visit this people..... Because people like this Amazon & on line business are killing stores ; no one want to deal with.

Very BAD Service, DO NOT go to this store.I made an appointment for 9am today and when I went there I was told that I would have to wait at least 2 hours. I asked if that information was right since I had made an appointment, so what was the point for such appointment if I had still to wait for 2 hours!!, then Diego answered that they had other appointments that they were still taking care of, so I said I would not wait and would leave, which he replied to with an OK.I have been a good customer for years here, but will NEVER come back, Id rather go some place else where they appreciate their loyal customers.

This place really took care of my car. Did little extras they didnt have to, explained what they were doing and why. Get the tech Lester hell do you right every time!

Usually my experience at this place is not bad but my last experience was just horrible!!! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. First they said the car would be ready in an hour which was a lie because they took over 2 hours to work on it. After an hour and 20 minutes of waiting they told me my car was ready. When I asked if my tires were rotated the guy that was working on my car said he didnt know he was suppose to rotate them, so back inside the car went. After waiting an extra 45 minutes I was finally able to leave in my car. I noticed a weird smell but I didnt pay much mind to it since i was already late to work. I noticed the smell even more when i drove home after work but again i didnt think much of it. As I was driving to work the next morning the smell was unbearable so when i pulled up to the parking lot i decided to take a peek under the hood and to my surprise the oil filter cap was missing. I just couldnt believe it. I am so glad i decided to look under the hood otherwise things could have gotten much worse.

Waited 3 hours to get brake pads changed WITH an appointment. About 2 hours into waiting the worker pulled me into the bay to show me something about the car. So the car hadnt even been worked on at that points.

Went for an oil change, and alignment. Like always they have to find something fix. The guy “suggested” that I will soon have to change the tires. NEXT DAY I get a flat tire. Conveniente for them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE.

I went to this store to change two tires and they were not busy at all, they could not tell me if they can change the tires. They had to ask permission someone named Diego and he was not in the store. They were more concern on adjusting the price for someone by having their store credit card to give them additional discount. Went down the road and had my tires changed. worst customer service.

I had an appointment at 11 they told me I had to wait 2 hours because there were 3 appointments they had to take care of before mine... What is the point of making app if you are going to start delaying them to work on walk-ins? Never going there again

I was very dissatisfied at this location,Doral on NW 41st. Used to goin to 8st one on SW 80av but place closed dwn,I thn was advised to Doral one. Exchanged an item wth my warranty & was nvr given new warranty papers,not evn inf thru my fone,which they promised they would do yestrd. Basically i payed my $,got item but now no proof of my new warranty. Furthermore whn I foned thm this morning i was disrespected twice during conversation. I sincerely do not recommend this location.

I went to get 2 oil changes on my 2 cars at noon at this location. They said they could be ready past 4pm. So I left one. They call me at 2:30 that it was done. Why not do two cars then? When I get there and I ask he said they were knocking them out fast. I ask to get my other car done and he starts helping someone else out. Completely ignoring me and helping the lady because she looked nice. You should finish with one customer before you start with the next. I’ve given my business to Tire Plus over the years. But personnel who ignores paying customer is very rude. I was going to pay for 2 oil changes each 79$ but you lost my business.

Every time I come to this place I’m told there’s a 2 hours wait so I obviously leave. There’s always no more than 2 or 3 costumers inside and they have space for at LEAST 10 cars. You can see mechanics sitting down doing nothing. The times I’ve come in have been for a flat tire (twice) and for an oil change (once). Never used their service because of the ridiculous 2 hours wait for a simple job that takes 10 minutes.

Stop by and ask for Diego, hell give you a no bull quote to get you back on the road. Theres also some chicks here to watch. See picture of ducks.

Store Manager Pedro knows how to treat his customers. He made feel at ease and guided me through the benefits of buying new tires, especially because my tires were really worn. He was great and made me feel that I was in good hands. I recommend this place not only for his expertise but it is also a place you can trust.

Wish I could give negative stars. Every time I go they want to change me a OUTRAGEOUS amount of money and I go other places and pay half the price. And the people are not very friendly. These people definitely need a customer service workshop or something. I do not recommend this place. I have tried to give this place multiple opportunities and always been disappointed

Horrible waiting!I came in and no one was here except me. People where smoking outside doing nothing and my problem was only to change a tire. Just one tire. An hour and a half later and I had to insist to them to finish their work and charge me. That job only takes 10 minutes. Never going back to this place.

I never ever write reviews but felt the need to today. I had an appointment today at 5 for an oil change/tire replacement. Upon arrival, Pedro advised the appointments were running behind. He gave me the option of coming in tomorrow morning instead but i chose to stay. I patiently sat and put my headphones on and 30 minutes later my car was ready. I had a pretty good experience here and thank you Pedro!

Very very expensive. They find and add items to scare you and service you to inflate bill. I tried twice and feel cheated at this place. I will never return here again. Cheaters sitting to empty your pocket.

Good people good work

We took our car here to fix a flat and they ended up breaking where we put the spare back in. They didnt say anything to us and just put the tire in the back of our car. Super frustrating when they charged so much for the work.

The service was very professional. The manager Diego was courteous and explained what needed to be done and the time that he told us that was going to be available was right on time. Excellent experience.

I had a flat tire while driving, checked the GPS for nearby tire shops and this was the closest one and was closing at 4pm. I called them to ask for availability and price and let them know I was on my way there. When I got there (5 minutes later, exactly 3:20pm) this two specialists inside the working area where leaning against a car chatting (doing nothing) and one of them was SMOKING (yes, surrounded by fluids and open hoods). I asked them where to park the car and one of them told me EXACTLY this: Sorry, but is late, whe are busy, youve got to come back tomorrow. I told him that was an emergency, I got a flat, and he just told me: Go somewhere else, theres a Goodyear store nearby that closes late... They didnt even offered me air to keep on moving. I got out of there and called by phone again. The guy that Ive spoken to told me Im sorry to hear that our team couldnt help you, is anything else We can do for you???. Is unbelievable how that employees dont care about costumers, and a task as simple as a flat fix (a patch takes about 15 minutes or less to get done) is too much for someone that Im sure is being paid OVERTIME on a Sunday for do their jobs.

This is the best tire and mechanic shop in Miami. Pedro has gone above and beyond to identify my needs and has provided exceptional customer service. In knowing that it’s hard to trust a mechanic, I can honestly say that I trust his advice and work.

Ill never take my car again in this place .2 hour job, max 3 hours as per their specialist end up in 7 hours and they replaced two tyres without asking . I didnt want to waste anymore time and Ive took my old tires and left . Do your self a favour, dont even think to take your car at Tire plus in Doral .

I didnt have a negative experience with the people working there however, I waited several hours only for them to tell me that the tire could not be repaired but had to be replaced. We decided to take the car to another time place who was able to replace the tire for half the price that we were quite at Tires Plus. I guess what Im getting at is that I wished they wouldve just looked at the tire and told me this without me having to wait several hours.

They took over two hours to do my alignment and at the end they still didn’t fix it. I asked for the print out of the machine to see what was wrong with it and they said they can’t give it to me. I was still under warranty. I had to go to Miami lakes to do it (which is a way better shop) and they did give me the print out of my alignment. And I can’t find an item I had in my vehicle.

Left car all day for oil change and tire rotation. Never rotated tires and they say can’t do today. Bring it back and go through this again. Not coming here again.

I have been going to this place the last couple of years to take care of my car and my relatives. From oil change to whatever else the car might need, the staff is always kind and helpful, and the prices are more than fair. I will definitely continue to refer people to this place, they have never failed me.

Took in my truck to have my tires rotated, balanced and aligned (as per the package I purchased for lifetime)Was told to come back in three hours, which I did- to find that they refused to touch my truck.If they cant convince you that you need a bunch of stuff done to your car (all B.S. obviously) they will turn you away for one reason or another.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. First of all, it took them around 3 hours to do a single tire change, JUST 1 TIRE. Could you believe that? Second, these people are pretty rude, The guy who helped me his name is Raul Gonzales, that guy was really rude he did not helped me at all! On top of that, they wanted to charge me around $1000 for just 4 tires and change the CV axle, that definitely does not cost 1000 dollars. I took my car to the dealer and they fix it for 200 part included! Therefore, I would recommend you to stay away from that place at any circumstance.

Be very careful, they will tell you your car has issues it doesn’t or you you need to change something when there is no need. They changed my oil and put one bottle of oil and charged 3.

Very disappointed and irate.Bottom Line: As a customer, my time was not honored respectfully and I will not return in the future.I took a chance despite their low ratings because theyre a few miles from my house and had the earliest available time for me to be seen. Big mistake.I made an appointment over the phone for 9AM and arrived the day of a few minutes prior. There were already a few other customers standing outside who were walk-ins. Naturally, we were seen in the order of arrival. Unfortunately, the walk-ins were taken and serviced before me. To make matters worse, when I spoke to the gentleman at the front desk, he had trouble pulling my appointment up. He printed out my service request and wrote 10:15AM appointment on it. YES, an hour and fifteen minutes after my actual appointment which I booked in advance but still somehow ended up being the last person to be seen.As far as service costs, overpriced. I came in for a patch but couldnt do it myself as the diameter of the hole was large. $1.99 patch with $21 for labor and $7 for labor balancing. With taxes, it came out to $32 for a tire patch. Although I do understand most shops charge for a labor minimum, I know other places further out do it for much less.If it was any other day, Id be fine waiting but I had made two additional appointments for other errands afterwards which allowed for wiggle room but not an extra hour and fifteen minutes added on for no reason at all. Needless to say, I was late to both and ended up being considered a walk-in because of it. Ironic, right?Additional Notes:Staff was friendly. Waiting area well organized but not particularly clean for having just opened. Has a TV and small play area for children.

They wanted to charge over $700 to have my brake pads and wheel brakes changed for front/rear. I got it done for under $250 at my local mechanic. As I was walking out of the shop their mechanics were catcalling me. They need to have respect for their female customers. Don’t recommend

Slow service. They try to rip you off. I showed them the same tire cheaper online then they magically found it at the same price $100 less. Not to mention that they ordered the wrong tire. Which happen to be a cheaper version of the one I needed. The only nice person there is a Colombian dude in the front.

This guys are like they are looking to cheat you. I sent my wife because I received a good offer by email to make my rear brakes for $99. The offer said that it was same cost for exactly the same job that Weston Toyota Dealer was going to do for $220. Sounds great huh? Well, they convinced my wife that the car needed to change the disk in a 2010 Camry with just 40,000 miles and I ended up paying $330 for everything. The manager looked prepared to fight when I confronted him. It seems to me that is his daily job: SCAM PEOPLE. I walked out and Id never return. So be aware.

I stopped by to get air in my tire and they immediately took care of me. I left and went to the mall. I came out to a flat. I went to Firestone and was told they didnt have a tire in stock and it would take 2 hours to get one. I came back and was in and out in 30 minutes.The price was about the same but the managers here were very friendly, which means a lot.

When it comes to tires, Tire Plus is my place. They guaranteed the best price and after research, they were!Extremely helpful, extremely nice, knowledgable and well trained. Just got my 4 new tires and included the lifetime tire balance and road hazard warranty.

Went here to have tires installed. One of my TPMS sensors broke during installation and it took 2 hours to make it right. Despite telling me previously that my alignment was fine, the manager came back and tried to recommend an alignment claiming the steering wheel was crooked (it wasnt) and the machine showed good alignment.Essentially they messed something up and tried to sell me something I didnt need to make up for the extra time it took to fix it. Cant trust a business like that.

This place is awful no customer service professionalism. there is a a Colombian guy at the front which I explain to him by the phone that I had a flat tire and I temporarily fixed it with the plug and he didn’t say nothing over the phone.that they don’t fix any Tire when it’s temporarily fixed with the plug.they made me waste my time and when I let them know they should have told me over the phone first. he was like “you didn’t say nothing” in a really bad manner I replied well you are the professional you are the one giving the service and you know what time of work you do and don’t. overall it’s a really bad customer service I won’t recommend this to anyone 04/16/2018 15:35

Very basic tire shop that is unable to handle anything beyond changing your tires. They are unable to work on pickup trucks. They werent able to do an alignment on my truck after an hour of trying. They werent able to retorque the spacers. They confirm your appointment online but then tell you that they cant do the job when you arrive. I wouldnt trust them to do an oil change. Overpriced for sub-par services. Find yourself a real tire shop with professionals rather than a chain run by amateurs.
