Great place for any stock feed!!!!But the lady at the counter is allways upset and on bad tone, we are a great family no need to be upset, I feel great every time I visit the store, keep on the great work!!!!

The store is really good. Nonetheless customer service wise is poor. Nobody ask if I need help in something, they look at you as you want to steel something from the store. Don’t know if is because I don’t look the common North American. Overall I did not felt welcome and I rather get stuff from the internet. PLEASE PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVE A GREAT AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE! This latter makes a great difference.

I love shopping there. It like an old fashioned general store. They have jeans, boots, hats, pet food, and barbeque grills. It is also a feed store for horses and other farm animals. If you go once youll stop by again.

After repeatedly promising delivery dates and not showing up or even calling, I have decided to find a reliable vender for future deliveries. After being promised 3 different delivery dates I called in this morning and got promised it would be tomorrow I am completely out of necessary feed, over a week late is unacceptable and this is not the first time Sunset put me in this position without even communicating.

We went to this location specifically for their selection of boots. They have many different styles and options in all sizes inluding men, women, and childrens boots. The associates were very nice and helpful.

They never have large bails of hay. It’s always the same. They are more concern with selling bar bQ equipment then horse supplies.

They must improve the traps to catch animals without harm. I couldnt find a reliable trap, thanks God I decided to test the product there. They returned my money.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I purchased a crate from them and it was bent, did not come with a pan and was the wrong size. I came in with my receipt, and I bought it the same day. I was waiting 35 minutes and the owner did not even acknowledge me and the manager refuses to refund my money. I will be calling my credit card company and refuting the charge. Do not go to this store, they do not honor returns and have horrible customer service.

Usually get my dog food via sunset feed or chewy.com. Sunset charged me for and ended up being out of stock of my dogs food. A simple mistake which would have been alright besides the cashier being rude while issuing my refund. 1 hour of my life I will never get back and not even oh sorry about that. Ill be purchasing from chewy.com going forward.

Good customer attention, great variety on boots, price wise its standard, you might find better pricing online but you will miss the experience of trying it out before you buy. In my case for boots I need to try them first. If thats your case I recommend you go to the store. It will be worth the trip.

Everyone is super friendly here! I use equine pine pellets for kitty litter and they sell it here. You pay up front and drive around back with your receipt where an employee gets it from a trailer and puts it in your car for you. Will definitely be back!

This was an interesting place, I was not aware of everything they carried. Looking for riding boots, which I found thanks to a super kind and patient staff, and also purchased toys for my parrot. Not to mention, a wide range of other items available. Definitely a good place to look up and check out.

Just a good place

I love this place. I wish they had more locations, and that they were open on Sundays, but still. I love coming here. I buy all my boots here, my hats, my sons belts and buckles... they have decent prices. Not cheap, but they arent gougers either. They have occasional sales and they always have someone willing to help you find whatever you need. They are usually quite friendly, helpful, and at times even cheerful. The store has a fabulous feel to it, too. Youd have to go to know what I mean.

All the staff in this store are nice and friendly. I was there first time to ask about the stock tank. They took me to the back and showed me what they have. Another staff helped me checked the catalog when the size I want was not in stock. They provide free shipping to my zip code as well which is nice.

Cozy and well stocked with high quality pet foods. The nice cashier woman said its been a family business for over 50 years. They even host useful events.

This is our go-to place to get pine pellets for our kitties litter boxes. (Bags say Equine Pine, but its EXACTLY the same pellets as you get in the smaller bags of Feline Pine, and less than 1/4 the price!)

I give this store one star, because for many years, I purchased my dog food from them, and felt that they take good care of you. But, I had a very bad experience today being short-changed. I bought one bag of chicken feed for $26.99, handed the young man two $20s, and he handed me $3.01. I looked at it, but he was already loading the bag up on his shoulder to carry it out for me, so I quickly shut my wallet, and stuffed it in my purse, but once we were out front, it occurred to me that I didnt get the $10, so I said, Hey, I think you forgot to give me the $10. Then I opened my wallet and we both saw I did not have a 10 dollar bill on me. We both went back in the store, and I figured he would just open the register and give it to me, but thats not what happened. He reported it to the older women there, and said he did, in fact receive two $20s from me, but that he could have sworn he gave me the $13. He did confirm what I was saying, that I obviously had no $10 on me, but the women, grumbling, printed out a long ticker tape from the register, and started counting the money - starting with the pennies. Then, the young man asked if he should go ahead and ring the other people in line, and she said yes. Then, she disappeared into a back office without a word to me. So, I was left to my own devices, but very irritated by now, because I really was running out of time. I started talking to everyone in the store - all the employees, and the customers, telling them what happened. When one employee in the clothing dept opened an office door, I saw one of the women, sitting with a scowl on her face, and I said You can search my purse, my person, anywhere you want, even my car, and you will not find a 10 dollar bill. With no apology, the young man, after 10 minutes or so, came and handed me $10, and I left. Horrible! All of them! I dont know if the young man was routinely pocketing extra change from people, but it was certainly being handled in a very wrong way by all of them, together. If I could avoid going there ever again, I would.

Ive been going to Sunset Feed and Supply for at least 25+ years to purchase everything from horse, chicken and pigeon feed and riding gear, halters, bridles, lead lines, feed bowls...boots..etc..well just name it, Ive bought it.The staff and I do have a long term relationship and have helped me with questions Ive had related to horse care and other barn related questions.I have seen what seemed to be new clients but unlike a previous review Ive seen, these NEW customers were acknowledged and spoken to as if they had been long term clients like myself.Sunset is very customer friendly and they prove it daily with the high quality service they provide whether u r a new or regular customer.
