Dated and kind of depressing store but the manager is very sweet and will try her very best to help you with any of your problems. The rest of the employees lack any customer service personality for the most part. But its a place on campus where you can pick up a quick snack or drink. They also sell books, novels, art supplies, electronics, office supplies, and MDC branded merchandise.

They never answer the phone when I call, it goes straight to voicemail.

Why do you list a phone number if you never pick up???! Have been calling for a week already with 0 success

Missed the mail back date for my rented textbooks by a few days. They could have just refused to help but instead the operations manager, Juan, went above and beyond to help me. Really great people all around!

Most of the products offered are at a priced at a premium but I guess that is to be expected. To me the biggest offense that drives me into a rage if I dwell on it is that they make you put your backpack and large purses into a community locker in the front of the store with no supervision. I honestly would never buy anything to support this store except for the fact that you have absolutely no choice for some of the MDC custom publications. The employees work for peanuts apparently but do a fantastic job in regardless, theyre helpful and the store is keep very well. The store is still infamously understaffed on the opening weeks of any semester.

Great store books are expensive, but you get EXACTLY! What is needed for class no mistakes staff is great love this book store. Who ever leaves a bad review has no common sense and if they had an issue its their fault if they had a bad experience. Every time I go I have a great experience yes they are expensive thats no lie, but the staff has been very respectful and have resolved any issues I have had in regards to my course materials. Maybe if you would not be so self centered, and stop blaming people for your mistakes you would realize hey maybe your the problem you have to 🤔 your head isnt only for hair lol.

One star because it was required to even write review. Ordered books for summer 3 weeks ago. Havent received the books, havent received tracking numbers, cant get a response to emails, and cant get anyone on the phone. Now I have paid out of pocket for my text on top of wasting my book advance funds.

I just started there so far I have had awesome teachers and advisors.. Only thing is theres always a financial aid problem... But other than that all good.

Liked this school but getting a good professor here has a 50/50 chance. Most people are friendly but the financial aid office is pretty awful.

Very helpful, be sure to buy your books ahead of time to avoid the lines!

Do I have to give even a star??!! Worse experience with their staff, the mess up the whole time with you and your money. They have no idea of what they are doing. Right now they are making me pay for two same books at the same time even though this their fault, since they did not cancel the one they did not have !they dont even know their own hours! Its is a nightmare to deal with them!

Regular bookstore. It is easy to find your books, great staff ready to help.

Expensive as hell and doesnt have half of the textbooks you need. Just rent the textbooks on Amazon.

Horrible place to deal with. I called this morning at 8:45 am and was told they closed at 9pm today. Now read the sign and that is only on Thursday. The employees may get paid pennies, but they cant even answer questions. Never spending money here again!

Screw this people. I bought a book I didn’t need and the next day they would only give me the refund in store credit. Rot in hell

A place where you can get your school stuff required from professors. It can get really packed during the beginning of every semester so keep that in mind.

They are severely understaffed for the big crowd heading back to school.
