We are thrilled with our new Everglades! We are experienced boaters and did a great deal of research in our boat shopping process before we settled on the Everglades 253. Sundance Marine was excellent and in particular Christopher, who guided us through the process, was particularly helpful and informative. My husband is an experienced boater but Christopher taught us a ton about the Everglades features and capabilities. Weve already been enjoying our new baby out on the water with our friends and children. Highly recommend!

Ive had the worst marine experience with this dealer, untruthful promises and misleading information. My boat is till under warranty and they wont fix it. installed wrong size cushion and left holes in my boat. They promised in writing by email, before closing my purchase transaction of course, that my boat will be serviced at the marina where I keep it, now they want me to pay $300 transportation every time I need my boat serviced and it is still under warranty. Will never go back there for my upgrade.

I have not had a good experience with getting resolution of service issues that I have had with the new boat I purchased from Sundance. Sales team was great but once I took delivery my experience quickly changed. I dont expect a new boat to be perfect but I do expect response to phone calls with explanations and a plan of action. Frustrated.

I am exhausted and very upset by the experience of getting resolution of service issues with a new boat I purchased from Sundance. I am frustrated after four month since I reported a problem with the boat and I am trying to have assitance from them.I find it very unprofessional that after getting in communication with 4 members of service staff I am still waiting for an appointment, an answer or a technician.

I dont usually post reviews, but I have had such an amazing experience with these guys that I decided to write a proper review - Its not just the water test and the actual transaction that were smooth and easy. Its mostly the post-sale attention to details and availability to answer any question at any time. Ask for Steven Arwood in sales when you go there, he made the entire experience fun and stress-free.Sales aside - its the service that has been incredible as well. While under warranty, you are pretty much married to the service department. I waited a few months to be able to post an honest review. Their service department, and especially Jason the service manager are extremely professional. Not only did they get the job done right the first time, they did it on time while communicating with me on a daily basis and are always available for questions at any time. This really sets them above the others. The also have a great mobile service unit that they send out to you when small things need attention. You call them, and then the next day (!) they will have someone over to make you happy.Highly recommended. Dont go anywhere else.

We had an excellent experience with sales, but service of our 1 year old boat has been an absolutely disgraceful experience.

This was an excellent buying experience. The salesman, Steven Arwood was thorough and diligent without being pushy. They gave me plenty of time to sea trial the models I was interested in and worked with me to reach a price I felt comfortable with. This is my fifth boat purchase and the best experience in doing so. I would recommend without reservations.

And I also gained a new mutual friend in the marine industry . Sundance is very fortunate to have him and they have been excellent so far as well 4 mos. later .

My salesman was Steven, he was Johnny on the spot on answering questions, returning phone calls, text messages, etc. I drove from Jacksonville 400 miles to purchase the boat that was for me.
