Florida Yachts International is not only the most reliable and helpful company at selling yachts, but also Florida Yachts provided the best weekend experience I’ve ever had in Miami (and I grew up in Miami). I booked one of their charters for Saturday on the water with a group of my closest friends and the experience was magical. The boat was huge, super well organized, and the crew went above and beyond. FYI made the experience easy to organize and memorable. See attached for a couple pics from the awesome trip. I can’t say enough good things.

Florida Yachts made purchasing a boat an enjoyable experience. Hiram Concepcion was extremely attentive, took calls during and after the purchase and the staff made the paper work process flow smoothly. I especially liked the electronic document signature process so traversing Miami-Dade traffic was not required. The best part is long after the sale, Hiram has turned out to be a good friend that is always available to provide advice and recommendations for boat servicing. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Came across a boat online that I was interested in. Twice I called and left a message with whomever is answering the phone and twice nobody called me back. Neither time could the person answering the phone even tell me if the boat listed was still available. The listing also had no date.

Probably the best experience I had with the broker ever. I was purchasing a vessel located in south Florida from New Jersey. Arney and Michelle guided me through the whole transaction over the phone and email and were super helpful in not just arranging all pre prepurchase paperwork and survey, but also helping with addressing the issues that came up after the transaction was completed.Highly responsive and honest people.

This review is not about service provided, but about working for FYI yachts. I was recently hired as a sommelier/consultant, upon completion of the event I submitted my invoice and was told I only deserved half the pay I was owed. The owner claimed the event was lousy, to which I agreed. However I did not conduct, execute or organize the event. His staff member who did was no longer working for the company days after the event. My job as a sommelier was to choose the wines that were being showcased, make sure the wines were there for the event and to be available at the event to answer questions and interact with guests as needed.Working with the company was difficult from the beginning. They wanted me to work with someone else who had previously helped supply wine. I went to their vendor of choice, chose the wine, wrote notes, and submitted everything. I was later told they no longer wanted to work with that vendor, so I offered solutions (The same that were offered in our initial meeting, had I been able to do things as I wanted). I then came up with another full list of wines, making sure everything was in stock, asking for the wines to be held even before payment. Then FYI added 2 more yachts, so even more wines had to be added.I also chose wines & prepared notes for a secondary event several days later.Day of the event, the coordinator was in a frenzy, asked me to come in early. I tried to do an introduction, in which none of the guests were interested. I brought my own microphone. I was told to each boat 8 total spread out, impossible to be everywhere at once) & interact w/ the guests. All the staff can attest to the fact that I did my job. I got onto every boat, I asked how the guests were enjoying the wine, I took over the pouring & answered questions, offered info. Guests were happy to enjoy the wine & boats...largely uninterested in further information. At the end of the event I thanked the owner, he told me this is the first of many events & told me to submit my invoice. At no point did he offer any instructions before, during, or after the event. Nor did he convey any dissatisfaction with my performance. After submitting the invoice, it took days& messages for me to find out she was no longer with the company. I had to follow up multiple times within the span of a month to be paid. After many requests and resubmitting my mailing address twice, I received a phone call from accounting to notify me the check was for half of what my invoice stated.Shocked, I requested the owners phone number. I told him my name and received silence on the other end. I asked if he remembered me, to which he said yes but said nothing more. I told him I had only received half the payment we discussed and he was extremely rude to me, and asked me if I was done rambling! He told me he thought that was more than what I deserved because the event was lousy (which again, I fail to see how was my fault). He told me to take half or nothing at all.... then hung up on me.I proceeded to message him & explain that my role in the event was not to coordinate, organize or execute. It was to choose the wines (which the guests loved and commented on), and to be there for the event to serve the wine. The fact that their event turned into more hours of work because of disorganization was not my fault. He then proceeded to say I should never contact him again, and that he was represented by counsel –sharing his lawyer’s contact.I had to inquire whether I would receive the check for half the money owed, I was promised. I was told it was in the mail. Ive just received the check for 50% owed.I am not the only person who has had issues with the company or with the owner Ralph. see screenshotI’m shocked at the lack of professional & communication.Incredibly disappointing, highly offensive, and honestly, very tacky. If you can’t afford to pay someone, you shouldn’t be hiring them. Especially in the luxury yacht business and this year during a global pandemic - the ugliness of this entire experience seems intensified.

Really disappointed with this company. Salesman Arney was very unprofessional during a yacht showing. Showed up late, yacht was in no way ready to be shown and he showed no interest about guiding the visit of the vessel while texting on his phone. Even though we decide to make an offer, but he decided it was not a good one and did not even pass it to the owner, which I believe it is illegal so we never got a counter offer.I will not consider buying a boat with a company that has sales people like this.
