Went in to buy and item... went back to exchange it because was not correct fit, we determined my engine was older salesman said well the gasket is cheaper but the filter more expensive i decided to not get the filter so the salesman decided to charge me extra for the gasket and he said that the reason why was because he the that i was gonna buy the filter online so he wanted to basicly punish me.Wow what terrible customer service total ripoff

I order a part for my boat. 4 days later I called to track the order the person in parts said it would take another 5 days. He said he didnt order it because he didnt have enough Suzukis parts to order......so I got a refund and order from another place. Very irresponsible.
