The food was overpriced and underfilling. I got a burger and it was small. In addition to high prices they automatically add an 18% tip onto the bill. There are no waiters or anything, and the counter service was terrible! No one was calling order numbers or names or anything, and if you didnt get your food immediately the order taker would get upset, even though youre name or number was never called. Definitely would not recommend

What kind of place adds a surprise mandatory tip to the cost (not listed anywhere that this will be the case) and then has their system ask for an additional tip on top of that?? Everything is already overpriced, and the customer service certainly didnt deserve a tip in the first place. Dont waste your time or money, go somewhere else.

Beyond impressed with the professionalism, speed of the food being cooked, and the amazing burger they made! I’d share a photo, but it didn’t last long enough. I was in a pinch prior to a plane taking off, and the server said it’d only take 5 mins. He was spot on! I’d recommend this place

Ordered a hamburger which cost bout $14 plus gratuity for myself. The burger was horrible. Flat, no substance if meat, lacked flavor. Found out about gratuity with check. They are aware folk are typically in a hurry. It’s like they don’t care about quality of product. There was only 1 guy I saw. Maybe he was the cook, waiter, and bar tender. Bottom Line.... poor food! 🤣🤣🤣

The cashier was drinking (beer) on the job. I paid $18 for a burger n drink a burger I had to dress myself no menu with prices, they added a mandatory 18% gratuity for one person thats not mention until u get ur receipt and it was to go. Need i mention the sandwich was premade and packed u add ur ketchup, mustard n mayo urself that food was more expensive than the food n Jamaica and was good at ALL!!!

$30 for a chicken sandwich and it took 30 minutes to get my food. If you plan to make your flight, dont bother coming here... Food was mediocre at best

Service was quick. Had a chicken Caesar wrap which was tasty, but slightly overpriced for the quantity of food given. The other food selection was pizza / greasy food, so not that enticing. Good beer and beverage selection.

I don’t usually take time to write reviews about places but felt I should for this place. We came here for lunch between flights and had to send the food back. The pork on the Cuban was slightly green, the entire sandwich only had meat on half of it, and was overall inedible. We couldn’t tell what kind of meat was on the Cuban tacos. We also didn’t get service, the man behind the bar stared at us for about 5 minutes without coming to take our order. The Miami airport doesn’t have much but save your money and avoid this place.

Five stars for the bartender thats there every time Ive visit. Next time Ill ask for his name so I can edit and give him props.

Awful service! The woman behind the bar was more concerned with her Soccer game on the tv, her music blasting and talking with her co-worker from Pizza Hut.As a former bartender I understand things get busy and you dont always get to offer your full customer service. This wasnt the case. There were 2 other people sitting down. Skip this place and pay $9 for a beer somewhere else.
