I wouldnt buy anything from RTG again. We ordered the Palm Grove room set back in July. Because of COVID, the delivery was set for September, which we understood. However, when the delivery day came, some of the pieces came broken and the rails for the bed were for the incorrect bed set. We called their Customer Service number and they said they would replace everything within a week with extra care to make sure nothing was broken. Today, we were supposed to get the replacement pieces and THEY CAME BROKEN AGAIN.They have not been able to give us a proper solution to our problem. We are out thousands of dollars without anything to show. At this point, I just want my money back. It just seems like RTG does not have a quality control department. I cannot believe that they allow this type of product to leave their warehouses.

Labor day shopping. Wow.. R2G they were prepare for the high volume of traffic. On the floor were so many salesman ready to meet & greet and show u around. If I must say well planned! A purchase was made by my friend. Would have like to see a section offering coffee☕ & donuts🍩 away from the clean showroom. Hopefully next time an incentive will be in place.

We dealt with Jose for the purchase of our dining room and he was very accommodating. We didn’t like the chairs that came with the table we wanted, and he allowed flexibility with substituting different chairs (had to be same price but that was fair enough). Otherwise, the sales people don’t hover over you the whole time you are shopping which we appreciated. They help you out when you need it. Price for delivery and set up is high so be sure to allow for that in your budget.Thank you Jose.

Spoke to Elizabeth via chat… confirmed with her which couch I wanted (the same one we bought 3 others of) and when it arrived they sent the wrong end piece. I called back a few days later.. no big deal, we can get it swapped… a couple of people from the store said they’d call back but no one did. After 4 separate phone calls and 4 days later I finally speak to Elizabeth again, explain my situation and not one apology. Asks me to pay for delivery to swap out the piece that was wrong. Had an attitude the whole time and was of zero help. She was extremely rude and honestly useless. Very disappointing considering we’ve purchased multiple items over the years. Never again.

Order # 26800449Sales is great but once you leave the store it is a complete disaster! I have had the worst experience with Rooms To go since the start. The original day of my delivery (June 5, 2021) I was supposed to receive my new sectional during my reserved move-in times at my building from 1pm-4pm. The driver arrived at 530pm, after I called multiple times throughout the day to make sure they would arrive at 4pm or before (wasted my whole evening waiting for them). I told the store manager that the following Tuesday June 8th, was the only day available that week that the elevator of the building was available for me to receive the delivery. They scheduled me to for Wednesday June 9th instead. I had to sneak the delivery guys through the building into the elevator to get my delivery because someone else had the elevator reserved.Once the sectional was unwrapped there was a big tear on the back (pictures attached). Not only did my brand new $2400 sectional come in damaged, now I have to take another day off from work and reserve the elevator again (for a $500 deposit) whenever the new one is available (July) to receive it (now i see it is DISCONTINUED). This is unacceptable! I do not have the time to be catering to your company’s negligence.On top of everything else, the delivery guys damaged the tiles on the floor by not being careful and dropping the metal legs onto the tile while positioning and unwrapping it (pictures attached). I already filed a case for damaged property. But this is a huge inconvenience because now I have to take ANOTHER day off for when they come to check out and repair the tile. I have a $2200 security deposit and may lose it if it is not repaired. I need some type of reimbursement for all the troubles your company has caused. I was offered the delivery fee waived ( $100 JOKE). I hope as a company that prides themselves in customer service will do the right thing here. Now I will have to take a total of 3 days off from work & three $500 elevator ($1,500 total) reservation deposits because Rooms To Go is not living up to company standards.Now the claims department has been unresponsive ever since i sent them pictures of the damage probably because they know they cannot fix it. Sales associate who i wont name and store manager refuse to give me District manager Cesar Luna info because they know they are wrong. They even offered me store credit like I would ever shop at rooms to go again. What a joke***UPDATE July 9, 2021 - I was supposed to receive my replacement furniture yesterday and guess what? I DID NOT. They even called me a few hours before scheduled delivery and asked if I REALLY needed a smaller truck for the delivery due to my building restrictions. WOW. A Whole month later and now they want to confirm if they can even get in the building. After waiting from 10am-2pm which they said they would deliver, they showed up at 3pm. I cannot be home all day just waiting for your company. I did not receive my delivery because I stepped out quickly and the drivers did not want to wait. Now I have to take a 4th day off to try to receive my replacement couch and another $500 elevator deposit. This is ridiculous. At this point I wanna full refund and even that will be a complete inconvenience. I will never shop at ROOMS TO GOOrder # 26800449

I ordered a couch and ottoman back in late May 2021. I was told the items were on back ordered d due to Covid I would receive my couch in July and ottoman in august. When I received my couch in July I received the wrong color and material. I would have to wait till August to get it replaced. August has come. I received the correct ottoman, however, the replacement couch came damaged so I did not accept it. But now I will have to wait till Mid September to receive the couch I ordered. Rooms To Go has offered no solutions or compensation for all these issues.

Today I was in rooms to go looking for a nice and comfy sofa. I am indeed very picky, and Rey was very patient and helpful. He put lots of thought into helping me and my specific needs and likings to find the perfect item fit for my space.

They don’t deserve 1 starI ordered my dining Set back in May 2021 and delivery was supposed to be July 7th.I made it very clear that I live in VA and they said NO PROBLEM.However, July 7th came I get a phone call that delivery will not take place now until July 30th they said it’s a flip order that’s why it got delayedJuly 30th comes another phone call, the base from the table is missing a new delivery date September 13thI called the service department talked to Robert my salesperson he is extremely apologetic and is trying to help but the rest of them are unfriendly and rude.New delivery date set for September 13thI get an email confirming the delivery on September 12thNow it’s time to get excited I thought.2 hours later RTG CALLED and has the nerve to tell me the base is still missing but here comes the best part but they still deliver 6 chairs and the table glass top but No base. In 36 years I had never been into a furniture showroom to purchase furniture for myself. I was very unsure of what to expect and worried I would be disappointed and leave unhappy.
