Earlier today, my wife and I went into Mattress Firm at Coconut Grove. Danny immediately greeted us, asked us what we were looking for, and led us to the mattresses/beds that best fit our preferences. Within an hour, Danny helped us with financing approval, helped us pick the best mattress package we were looking for and we are expecting the delivery this same afternoon. Danny was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I definitely recommend Danny and his store for anyone looking for a mattress purchase. Wow! Hands down BEST experience with Ricardo Lino at Mattress Firm Coconut Grove! Days prior to meeting with Ricardo I had ordered a mattress set at another Mattress Firm near the area. During the purchase process at the other location I was told Mattress Firm did not make a low profile box spring for the mattress I ordered. I knew the manufacturer made them but trusted the associates word and figured Mattress Firm did not have access to them. Once the set was delivered I couldn’t help but remain frustrated with the overall height. I called the original location back and was told again that they do not make a low profile specific to my mattress, and that if I wanted to switch it out for a generic low profile it would cost me an additional $454.00!The next day I drove to the Coconut Grove location just to get their feedback. I met with Ricardo Lino and within 10 minutes he had scheduled a delivery for the low profile box spring I originally wanted that was designed specifically for my mattress! I didn’t even have to shell out more cash for the correction. He was brilliant! So happy there is still great customer service out there and people who listen.Be sure to see Ricardo Lino at the Coconut Grove location! 10-stars, highly recommended!
