I rarely write positive reviews, who does? However I purchased a Carpe Diem mattress from these guys and in a few years it turned out to be defective. The store owner Mr. Klein honored the 25 year warranty and very efficiently shipped a new mattress to me no questions asked.This is an expensive / excellent mattress, and I am happy to say that the service and professionalism @ Brickell Mattress matches its level of refinement.

Unusual timing shopping for a bed during the pandemic but Juan made us feel safe and right at home. This guy knows his beds! We made an appointment and it was a great experience. We went with a VISPRING and its been 45 days and we love it. Yes its pricey but since we spend more time in our bed than our cars, we could certainly justify it. There is a difference and you should check it out! Thanks Juan for helping us sleep better. We wake up every day knowing that we made the right decision.

Great place. Usually mattress shops really try to hustle you, but this place was for class year. I needed to purchase a bed for a relative that is 6‘11“, so we needed a custom size!Brickell mattress is one of the only stores that makes every bed specifically to order… the bed we 90 inches long, and I think about 88 inches wide. In addition it was made to fit the body type of my uncle. You can’t get the bed the same day, but they were able to make it in about three days.He was really happy!Thanks so much!

Brickell Mattress is the best. Their service is impeccable and their staff is very knowledgeable on the high end mattresses that they sell. We bought a Carpe Diem King size bed from them a few years back and immediately recognized the difference in quality of the mattress. We felt it was well worth the extra few thousand dollars to go with a premium luxury brand made with organic materials and Juan, the store manager guided us through the whole process with honesty and integrity.Just recently, we had an issue with the mattress after 6 years of owning it and Juan responded to our issue online within 15 minutes and handled our problem with the same care and attention he gave us 6 years ago when we purchased the mattress. I am so happy that me and my boyfriend discovered this place! I had sleeping problems since I know for myself and like never before I could finally relax in no time! The fact that beds are hand made from only cotton wool and horse hair is mind blowing but the feel that you get when you are lying down its indescribable! Big thanks to the stuff for being so patient and so much more because my health is improved and I sleep like a normal person now! I am absolutely impressed with everything!

As a young woman I’m used to getting attention, but one place you absolutely don’t want attention is a mattress store. In addition to having far more comfortable products that were organic and customizable, the sales person here was very noninvasive [allowing me to fully relax].I’m a side sleeper that likes a medium to hard mattress, but my fiancé is nearly 80lbs heavier than me, So we ended up getting a SPLIT-Firmness bed with 2 different levels of support. Though we travel often, it’s so nice having a bed we are both comfortable in.

The beds were SO much more comfortable than the ones i tried at other stores. The salespeople were so much more knowledgeable on the science of sleep than what i was expecting. I liked 2 beds the most, but they helped me pick the model that fit my body perfectly.

Great service and good prices. I bought a foam mattress and they shipped it for free. I love my new foam mattress. This is the first time in years Im able to wake up feeling great and ready for anything.

Talked with Matt for about an hour about mattress types and options. Very helpful and knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs of mattresses, and was willing to share his knowledge without selling me on a particular mattress type or price point. I heard about Brickell Mattresses through a friend, and I have never been happier with my new mattress and duvet. I have several back injuries and need special support, they pointed me in the right direction. They also have brands in the store that I have not seen or heard of anywhere else. I highly recommend them for mattresses and all other bedding accessories.

Outstanding experience. Well worth the trip.Travelled from an adjacent state solely for the purpose of visiting the store due to the brands they carry, and the large samples on the floor of those brands we were interested in. Had resolved to buy between one of two primary brands that Juan focuses on, and specializes in. While each of those brands are expensive, we were ready for a longer term solution, and for an item we spend 6-9 hours a day on, the price was money well spent.Juan and his staff are fully commited to customer satisfaction; further his sense of interest and professionalism in his chosen field, and sense of integrity on his customer’s behalf, is noteworthy. Very familiar with the products he promotes, Juan has been in this business for quite some time, understands the nuances of his inventory, and intently follows the sale through successful delivery - even a distant delivery.Would recommend Juan and Brickell Mattress without hesitation. If in the fortunate position to be able to purchase an upscale mattress, such as Vispring or Hastens, would recommend without question a visit/trip to Miami to make a selection.

Amazing mattress selection! I purchased a Reverie mattress from Brickell Matress and the bed seriously helped me with my back issues. I had never heard of this brand before, but they are south Floridas sole distributor of this brand and i chose it over a Temperpedic and THANK GOODNESS!!! Amazing beds to sleep like a baby.

My old king size bed was almost 9 years old and I was no longer sleeping well and I would often wake up sore and with back pain. I wanted to buy a new guality mattress and base, and a friend who recently bought from Brickell Mattress recommend I call Juan Quintero at Brickell.After talking with Juan on the phone I could tell he was very knowledgeable so I drove down from Broward County to see his showroom and check out the selection. I was not disappointed and I purchased a high quality mattress, a base, and a cooling mattress protector.I have been sleeping great for the past 3 weeks since I bought the new king size bedding and I no longer wake up with back pain. The cooling mattress protector is also great and keeps us cooler while we sleep.If youre looking for new bedding, I can truthfully and honestly say that you should visit Juan at Brickell Mattress for great quality mattresses, and great customer service from Juan and his team at Brickell.5 stars because I could not be happier with our new bed.

I slept a Brickell mattress at a friends house and had to have one. I took a photo of the bed and sent it to Juan. He immediately identified it and gave me an excellent price. When the mattress arrived, it had a small defect. I thought for sure i was going to have to fight and have a hassle about it. Juan responded immediately and within a week I had a new mattress sent. The entire experience was wonderful and Juan is still ly responsive to any inquiries I still send. I cant say enough about the service and I LOVE my new bed!!!!

Big thanks to the stuff at Brickell Mattress that helped me enormously during this process of deciding what is the best mattress for me. Since I had a sport injuiry having perfect orthopedic aligment is the must. For the first time in my life I saw the beds completely made of horse hair, cotton, wool, cashmire - I think that no so many people know about it unfortinately (like me before) and that at the very minimum we should all get educated for our own sake and learn something more about the materials that we spend on sleeping for 25 years. Its a shame that all other brands are pushed so much into the market but they are so unhealthy, none of them has a life time guarantee like mattresses at this place, neither they are made of 100 % orgnic materials. My two favourite brands at Brickell Mattress are Hastens and Vispring, although both are hand made only in Europe and they are made of organic materials - I went with Hastens since it feels a bit softer. I recommend this place to anybody that wants a good night sleep! I ended up buying bed not only for me and my wife but for my kids as well!
