Dont take your fine knives there !They will butcher them...outdated sharpening system caveman style. Maybe theyre good at sharpening machetes...Costumer service is mediocre at best cause they behave like theyre frustrated or something. Mainly a young fellow behind the counter who has no manners, no patience and no will to go the extra mile.

Very profesional and well stocked. they offer good customer service but their patience is not the best. Just be precise of what you want and they get it done.

No thank you. Nothing. I waited there because I had a question and owner comes and looks at me like what do you want. He rudely answered my question so I walked out. Rudest service Ive ever seen.
