NAPA mailed me a coupon for a discount on my next visit to the store. I live nearby, and was actually in need to several things for our two cars, so it was happy to stop in and grab a bunch of things and use this discount. Once I got to the checkout counter and they were ringing me up, I presented my coupon that I received from them. They flat out told me that this coupon was for my NEXT visit, not this visit that I was currently at. Confused, I asked what defines a next visit. No where on the coupon did it say I had to stop in, buy something, leave, come back, and buy a second thing to use the coupon. The two employees behind the counter were too stubborn to realize that next visit meant the next time I come in after receiving a coupon inviting me to their store. They refused to accept the coupon, so we refused to pay for our items, left, and went down to Advanced Auto Parts to purchase our items.

They were very helpful and assisted in getting us what we needed. Very good experience

Guy could not look up steel air filter and then he pretended to look for it and then he says I don’t think that we have that man he was real dumbass
