The service was awesome. Alexander Larrea was mine consultan. He gave the best option to performed in my car. He gave me the best price of all time. He is the best. The porter was awesome as well, and my car runs perfect as a new car.
I went in for oil change I had an appointment at 12 in the afternoon let’s say I left at 2:30 pm and I got their at 11:30am. I took my car to a other place just to check the work the oil change was not done old oil filter was still there also I ask what’s the price to check my car they said 180 plus taxes but it’s only a hour of diagnosis let’s say if you have multiple codes on from check engine they charge you more.very small no parking customer service is like if you ask them they will help if not they will just stay on their phones until someone speaks to them. Won’t recommend palmetto is a batter option and I’m not a fan of palmetto but they fast.also sticker of oil change was not placed on window corner to know when to come back I’m happy I never going to that place.Add **new** Also my battery was bad and 2 tires had wires almost popping out but on the inspection it said everything was good couple days ago they send me a link for reward points that I wasn’t able to login and create my account because email is in use already and can’t change the password but regardless if your victim of a scam will you go back to the scammers so they can do it again.
Stephanie in warranty dept. Helped me find service department and went above and beyond to provide excellent service...I met with the Service Manager Pedro who was following up to make sure I was happy with service. Bill was very Good at explaining what wa charged and the porter brought my cat in record time. I love this dealership!!
The service person, Jorge, had an attitude. I immediately, sensed he had it out for me. As I was telling him different things I need checked, he sighed. I paid $130 to have my car inspected and computer diagnosed. I was informed the repair cost would be $1300 to replace two o2 sensors and fix my intake valve which had a hole. I knew it was a lie as the car had only 48k miles. The inspection said the car was in good shape with brakes 5mm. After taking my car to another ase certified mechanic for inspection. The car had cracked belts and no sign of bad o2 sensors or leaking intake valve. I had all the belts changed, brakes done along with a few other services and the car drives fantastic. More important, I had money left over.I will never return to this dealership. One person cant pay Mr. Jorges rent so no, I wont be back. Thank you for replacing my recalled air bag but thats the last time Ill visit there.
My car broke down at night and got road side service. Left my car at the dealer and they fixed it first time in the morning. I was able to pick up my car and go to work. Im very happy with their service
After searching for several weeks for the right car and sales person, I had the absolute pleasure to meet and work with Danny Guevara at Auto Nation Nissan Miami. I purchased a used CPO Mercedes GLA250 and Danny went above and beyond to find this car and bring it into the dealer to make sure it was what I wanted. Needless to say I fell in love with it. Danny made the entire experience so smooth and stress free. He always answered my texts and calls right away. Communication with him was At!!His patience and passion for his job was extremely impressive to say the least.Auto Nation Nissan has my business and trust as long as Danny is there. On September 13 2021, I took my car for an oil change and a tire check. I was there for about three hours. When the car was back to me, I did not notice the same sign still there on the board, “MAINTENANCE TIRE” I decided to leave it like that because I was already late for my work. I made an appointment last night October 6 2021 to take my car today October 7 2021 they didnt do this check last time when I asked.So these people wanted to charge me just for checking the car $ 145 This is unreal.I am not at all happy with the service of the Nissan.Plus the guy wasn’t helpful at all.it gave me no solution. The only thing he told me was … you should take the car somewhere else to get some air.When I dont want my car to be touched by anyone other than the Nissan.
At Autonation Nissan Miami, the people who worked their are very friendly and formal. They were not pushy and honest about what car choice they had. Ill definitely will go back there and recommend it to many people to go there as well. It was surely a blessing from God indeed. 🤩✝️🙏💖🕊
My experience was very satisfactory. My Customer Service (Christian) was very nice at the auto parts. I got a rush service (Mr. Alex and Mr. Pedro/Benji) because my solely key fob was damaged (or lost its program) and that was a nightmare to initiate my car each time.My new fob was programmed very rapidly and in less of one hour my car was operational again. Special kudos to Alex and his great service!

I brought my car in for service on 7/26/21 for regular oil change and also for a rear tire losing air. The agent told me he fixed it. A few days later, I find out its the front tire losing air.Update: it was confirmed that they had just changed the back defected tire to the front tire. I was told by Pedro they didnt have the tire in stock, and that he would have Benji (current manager) call me back with quote and to schedule me to return. This was 8/9/21.I have not gotten a call from them and its 8/15/21.

First, I was greeted with high professionalism and great enthusiasm. In todays day and age, a great sales rep or customer service, is hard to come by. Carolina, the sales manager was extremely knowledgeable and not only was she prepared, with 3 different options and 3 different monthly payments for each option, she was also, able to meet my overall expectations and requirements, in order to continue to lease another car. I intently watched, as she multi-tasked, in helping a fellow colleague/other customer, without taking away from her focused/attention on me and my needs at the moment of my appointment. Carolina, is a Superb Sales Manager, and is worthy of mentioning, in such high regards. Her employer has a Diamond in the rough employee, that should be considered when looking into giving monetary, appreciation for employees, with a fixed vision on helping all customers with the highest standards and a constant, determination, discipline drive, and hard work. He or she should be proud to have such a giant asset, in his/her company.
The experience was horrible. They took about 4 hours to diagnose my car for about 150$. When I received back a phone call from them, they told me I had to replace my whole transmission for about 4000$; a transmission that barely has 50,000 miles. I automatically knew that was not the problem and asked for the diagnostics sheet. They refused to give it to me until I asked a second time. The second time when I received it, I took it to my local mechanic and they plugged in the code that was wrong with it and it was simply a faulty sensor, the output speed sensor, and not the whole entire transmission. Will definitely not be returning here any time soon

I had the best experience at his dealership, I needed a car after I lost my last one due an accident and already had the car that I wanted in mind and saw the perfect one on their website. I came in spoke to Gabriel and test drove the car. I fell in love with it instantly and decided to buy. Horrible Horrible service!! First off didn’t get the car the same day I paid for it. Goin into the first week my bumper unclips and my radiator cover underneath as well detached. Got treated like a peasant couldn’t give me the light of day. I politely asked about my repairs after to be fixed and was denied service. After trying to speak to Tommy(“Head” Sales Manager) about my problems, he blamed me for the issues. As well as going far enough to rudely kick me out. Because apparently “I was hard of hearing” after he told me my problems weren’t his concern. So I advise anybody who is looking for a vehicle for purchase be aware of this dealership for their rude & poor management.They should all be fired. 1.Erinque 2.Tommy 3.EddyNever coming back to this dirt of a dealership. A complete waste of time, money, energy. Paying 42,000 for a Used Maxima with such dookie service.
After being away from Miami for 15months because of Covid, my Nissan was completly dead. The guys at autonation went out of their way on Sat to get my car in working condition so we can enjoy the reminder of our trip. They communicated with me multiple of times through out the day, keeping me in the loop. I was really grateful for the service they provided.

I was very displeased with the customer service at this Autonissan location. The employees did not seem eager to attend me and claimed they were busy when there was no other client in sight. The employee who took care of extremely lacked communication and was not at all willing to put in the work to complete his job. My vehicle is insured my Honda care as I got it at a Honda dealer but it is a Nissan and they claimed I had to go back to the Honda dealer when I told them the Honda dealer told me to go to a Nissan dealer. My vehicle is insured under Honda care. When trying to contact Honda care he claimed he could not get through and left a voice message however when I contacted Honda care I was speaking to someone within 5 minutes and they told me they do not have the capability to leave voice messages therefore Im not sure who the employee contacted as we both had the same number. You claim express service with no appointment needed when I had to leave my car for 2 days for a simple radiator fan replacement. Worse customer service Ive experienced.

I was able to lease a brand new car and it was the smoothest most exciting process ever. The gentlemen that helped me were super helpful and easy going, explained everything thoroughly.
Good service and attention from the technical service staff, very attentive.I took my vehicle to service for a problem in the approach sensor of my vehicle and they received me very kindly, the attention is excellent and they solved the problem of my car.
No coffee, the tv was off, the door to go in to the waiting room was locked, you had to go around through the parking door. The advisor Hermes Soto was very professional and attentive.
The service agent was very courteous and did his job right (Alejandro Barboza).The mechanic that serviced the vehicle is a different story (His name tag also says Alejandro). After I realized that the issue with the car was not fixed, when I got home I reviewed the dash-cam in my car that shows interior and exterior. The mechanic is a slob, he picked his nose while sitting in my car and wiped his finger on the seat. His clothing was all greasy and he was sweating profusely and left sweat and grease marks on my seat, arm rest, center console, door handles, and windows inside and outside of the car. He never removed a pair of large headphones during the 3+ hours he had my car, which explains why he didnt fix the noise coming from the suspension of the vehicle, he could not hear it. And he didnt wear a mask while in my car, and he was talking and coughing (in addition to picking his nose) spreading his germs. He was also texting while test driving the car after he finished the service. Finally, yesterday I noticed that my windshield washer fluid was empty, he didnt even refill that. I paid almost $1000 for an incomplete service conducted by a slob! I took my car to JiffyLube yesterday, they topped the washer fluid and fixed the issue with the noise at no charge, they suggested I take my car to them for the next scheduled maintenance.

Hard time to receive my first change oil & filter with my second car leased. I wasn’t in the system with my Pre pay plan care service I do have to show paper and prove it. Btw the change for maintenance was a regular cheap oil no the synthetic like previous car when I do request the same one ..am really disappointed. Many hour and the car was delivered no washed 🤬
Horrible service; no one answers the phone to make an appointment.They made me go back to dealership three times for a flat tire and have to wait overall like 6 hours for a flat tire!They charge like they do everything on time. Bad in general, unfortunately they blame COVID on everything....Very disappointed!
Everything went well, I had an inquiry about my breaks. They were replaced by nissan and continues to squeak. The Nissan tech explained that with miami weather this always happens but if that was the case wouldnt everyone in miami have the same issue. Its embarrassing to leave from a place and have your breaks squeak. Tje report says breaks are fine which I know they are because they are new, I just dont want the noise. Can this be escalated to someone?

The cashier was scratching her private parts after I woke her up. I do have a picture of her sleeping on the job...very unprofessional...seriously, someone in your organization should tell her that she is in the United States...I would love for someone to contact me so I can show you this picture...if you care...you might. I dont destroy you on the survey because I know that the service advisor makes his living on this...but I will never return there.

I set up an appointment with the service department to do a change of oil on my car and the experience was awful. This is the second time I go there and I receive this type of treatment. They are not organized, customer service levels are below standards. The worst part of it all is that they make it seem that thats the only option you have and that we do not deserve better. The person that helped me out did not seem to care much about my concerns. After the oil change was made, my car was returned without the proper check of all other liquids, none was refiled. My cars engine was left stained with oil on the plastic covers. After expressing all this to the person helping, all I got from them is that they did not care much and all they wanted was me out of there asap. I have no intentions on returning to that place. I have Been a Nissan client for many years now. I am so disappointed. Definitely time for me to go somewhere else.

They changed my transmission fluid. Unfortunately my transmission started slipping and now i need to get my transmission repaired.
Great experience and easy procedure to return my leased vehicle and bring home another leased car, though I came in with the purpose of purchasing instead of leasing. However, having more than 20 years purchasing and leasing Nissan vehicles this was not a good experience for me this last time. At first I was told about the three month non-payment incentive but then I decided to lease instead of buying. The wording was never changed and the whole process of leasing went fine until we met the financing person who explained that the non-payment incentive only applies to purchasing, not leasing. I was a bit upset about it and still am because the salesperson did not correct himself knowing this information. I even asked this twice to confirm during the negotiation process and he said you just have to call when you receive your first bill and they will give you the three months of non payment. People, this is NOT an incentive, this is asking for a deferred payment(s). I feel I was tricked during this process and it wasnt until I was given the keys of my new vehicle that I asked one last time about this and the finance guy explained otherwise. This is not fair. Either the sales team needs to be trained properly, or the sales person should have address this issue better, knowing that I was leasing, not purchasing and took me all the way to the end believing I can have the three month non-payment incentive. With the situation we are facing at this time it would have been nice to receive this incentive. It was actually one of the reasons why I was motivated to return my lease car and bring home a new one. I was not dealt with properly.
Horrible customer service, the sales rep had little to no knowledge about the vehicles, barely spoke much to me and kept walking off on his phone not to mention the two ladies at the front desk that looked at me until I said hello when I walked in

I attempted to speak to someone in the service department. No one would pick up the phone. I made 15 calls and spoke to the operator several times. She just kept transferring me to a vm mess phone and no one would return my messages. She finally began ignoring my calls as I was bugging her to the point where she did not want to speak to me. Worst experience of my life!
In the last 30 years I have bought more cars than the number of years, I really love cars, my number one hobby, Porsche, Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Volvo and obviously Lexus.Recently I purchased a 2016 Lexus LS 460 from AutoNation Nissan Miami. The whole buying experience was tremendous, Dan was very polite, fair, responsive and professional during our communication. The main person I have dealt with was Gabriel Fernandez, he made sure that I was always informed about the process, he called me all the time, there are no words to express my complete satisfaction with him. There are very professional people and I would recommend them 100% to anybody who is in the market for a new or used car.Thank you !

Please make sure before you leave your car for service everyone knows who you are or you might leave with out a car sadly but true. Horrible experience today when my husband was told they could not give us the car because they couldn’t find the paper work and instead of helping all they did was blame a new associate. If it wasn’t for one person who saw us drop off the car we might of had to leave without the car or even call the police. Sounds ridiculous because who could this happen at a Nisan dealership right well be on the lookout who knows what happens behind doors.

I have a service plan for my car at this location. It is IMPOSSIBLE to schedule an appointment recently. Phone for service department just rings and rings and the puts you back in the que.Once you actually get an appointment everything is ok, but expect to waste about 90 minutes each time you want to schedule and appointment.
So I got there being my first time and no one was able to tell me what to do… i had to ask three times and Alejandro was the only one who asked me if I needed help…. Worst customer service….
Nissan is by far the WORST CAR to _TRY_yes try to drive in FLORIDA !! Nissan has a GOVERNOR built in & wont go iver 60 MPH in hot weather ! !The GOVERNOR can only b reset at the dealership ! Good luck getting an appointment !
