Jose was very professional. He went out of his way to find me the cheapest possible windows in the united states. He even had one shipped from way out of state and didnt charge me any extra fees. His communication is a 10/10 same with his professionalism. I called 5 places before finding Jose and Im glad I did because he was by far the easiest to deal with and also the cheapest while still being absolutely professional. Its a 10 out of 10 for me. I would recommend to anybody! Trust me, Im very picky and a hard reviewer but Jose makes it easy to say great things about him. A+++++

Great service from initial call, when I asked for an estimate to the very end when service was rendered. I initially spoke with Jose and he was professional and honest. After comparing estimates with other businesses, his was fair and a little lower than some of the others.I also liked the fact that Albert, the person that did the windshield glass replacement was early. He too was professional, respectful and prompt.I will definitely recommend them.I pray that they as well as the business are successful.Honesty is the best policy and treating people with kindness and respectfully. My car was broken into and I needed the glass fixed ASAP. I called and Jose answered, he told me a good price and said they could have someone to me the next morning to fix the window. I told him the earlier the better and his techs arrived 15 minutes early and had finished in under an hour. It really made the pain of a break in a lot less stressful to deal with. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! Something fell on my sunroof and broke the glass. I called global and they said they could fix it same day!! Jose and Roberto were both very kind, respectful and efficient. In the future I will definitely be back if I need glass repair. Thank you!

My car got broken into, so I needed someone to repair my window asap. I called a few companies, some didnt even answer, until I found safeview number and called them. Jose responded immediately and within the hour, his technician and him where in my location and started fixing the window. Their rate was compatible, the service outstanding, very friendly, respectful and professional. The quality of the window is excellent and with a lifetime warranty. Best place for windows

My car got broken into during my vacation in Miami with my family and it happened the day I was going back to New Jersey. It was around 12pm when I called a couple companies, they did not event answer mostly because it was Saturday, December 29th. I called these guys and Jose picked up the phone, I explained the situation and he was extremely helpful. We met at a close location, his technician fixed the broken window in 20 minutes while my family was in the car. By 2pm the same day window was fixed. I am very thankful to these guys for their same day extremely fast service. Thanks again Jose and team.

My driver side window was replaced by this company after it was broken into at work and my entire experience was terrible from start to finish. I would never trust their work as they proved unreliable in the many hours I waited for their technician to arrive for the repair to the speedy repair only to have been completely improperly. When the owner confirmed that the window would need to be replaced again to repair the damage he dodged every attempt I made to contact him despite his reassuring me that he would take care of it. They did not honor their warranty stating it was out of the timeframes allowed even though the work was not done properly in the first place, this seems completely unfair to provide poor work that they do not guarantee. So, I am now left with a window I need to pay for a second time to repair poor quality work and unreliable customer service.- 100% Disappointed CustomerIn response to your comment, I am certain this is the company that I worked with because it is listed on my invoice with the same business address but it may be possible that it does not sound familiar because it is a service completed some time ago, over a year actually because I tried to give ample time for your owner to respond and make good on his promise to fix the problem. I was comfortable being patient to fix it but I never heard back from him despite both myself and my husband reaching out to him to follow up. I wish it had ended differently as he stated it would have been taken care of and he would not forget about it. Unfortunately, that does not seem to be the case even now.
