My windshield was replaced and was replaced wrong in fact the 1st person that replaced it damaged the paint the trim and install the glass so poorly that water come coming down on my floor It took them a whole month to get to trim After they got to trim they told me they were gonna take care the water damage and the electrical problem Also they were gonna provide me with a rental after I drop off the car at The Body Shop So I received a phone call somebody was gonna take care of the leak but they say all theyre gonna do is spray some mold prevention on the floor thats about it he has nothing to do with the electrical problem or the water leaks that he was going call me on Tuesday BUT HE NEVER DID. Took the day off and he never call..Thats just a runaround and waste of my time Took it to The Body Shop and they said youre gonna have to leave your car here for a couple of weeks because were backed up That is unacceptable I couldnt get my rental till I dropped off the car thats to me more run around this is my work truck I dont have time for something they cause. i cant believe my insurance recommended them..I still got water π§ coming in.....
Had used them a few years ago to replace a windshield so I had recommended a friend to this place a few months back. He was pleased with their service. Yesterday, I had to call Safelite. Auto Glass to replace a damaged windshield and a tall young guy with a older hispanic gentleman were at the house on time as promised. Replaced the window within 45 min. and being a past customer, the older gentleman offered to replace the moulding around the window. How cool is that!? For service done at the house. For replacement of a windshild plus moulding for $150 is a great deal! Without hesistation I would recommend this place. Couldnt be any happier with their friendliness, professionalism, quality of work and customer service both on the phone and in person!!!!!!!!!
Easy going experience, I arrived 30 minutes early for my scheduled appointment for windshield replacement on my RAV4, they check me in and offered my car back in 2 1/2 hours and I got it on time, without issues.Small waiting room but there are few places around to get something to eat.Note: Traffic congested area as most of Miami, so better if you go out of rush hour.
Service was great, but he put back on the same style molding that corroded in less then a year to fix, he say it has a lifetime warranty, just call againπ€
Tried to use Safelite to repair my back window on my Honda CRV. Was given an appointment and then several text reminders. Was told the repairman would text me 30 mins prior to arriving. Appointment was between 12:00 and 5:00pm. So waited for a text/call. Nothing and by 5:30 a no show was assumed. No call or text. Later a text to reschedule for 2 days later.... again no show and no contact.... Horrible customer service. Finally looked up another company Country Wide and got immediate response, schedule and timely work done with the utmost professionalism. And saved $150.00 from the quote that Safelite gave me. Dont bother with Safelite, you get the job done for less and with great service from a smaller company. Never recommend Safelite.

They saw me early and job done quick BUT they reinstalled wipers incorrectly. While driving to Gainesville noticed wipers did not work in the middle of a blinding thunder storm. Horrible experience. Next day a Safelite in Gainesville saw me without appointment and corrected the mess. Installed in wrong position AND they inverted the right and left wipers. Poor poor workmanship and where is the quality control ? Lucky I didnt crash. Hate leaving negative reviews but owner needs to know.
I had my windshield replaced on a Saturday at my home. It was a quick and simple process. Henry arrived right on time and was very professional. Henry was the absolute best and his super power is lighting speed. He replaced my windshield in 40 minutes!!! I was so happy! Great service!!!
Had to take my car to safelite because of 2 missed appointments at the hotel . Here now getting a vandalized window replaced. Six getting a window smashed and then it taking a week for the repair to happen. Anyway, it looks like a 3 hour wait due to other customer calls. The sound of all the traffic through the plastic was getting annoying. At the end of the day, Geico paid for a new window. Then I pay geico....
I went to Safelite in Miami Fl, to change my windshield do due a crack. My vehicle is a 2017 corvette. I had a TERRIBLE experience. To begin with they were extremely inaccurate with when the car would be ready. After calling several times and having the time extended by hours each time. When I was finally told the car would be ready It was not and had to return to my house. After finally picking up my car, they did a poor job and I had copious amounts of water leaking into my car. The water ran through my steering column and dash board which has created creeks when I turn my wheel. My carpets are also disgusting and, my car smells terrible. I spent hours trying to clean my car. When I finally arrived for my scheduled warranty appointment and shared my disappointing situation as politely as possible with the manager, he wouldnβt make eye contact with me while I spoke to him and was staring into his computer screen the entire time. Extremely unprofessional to say the least. After dropping off my car I was never called back and I had to show up on my own the next day. After showing up to get my car, I spoke to another manager who stared into his computer screen while I spoke to him as well! My car was left dirty, they did not clean the carpets or even wipe down my windshield when I picked up the car. This is a terrible organization. I have attached an image below to demonstrate the severity of the leak.

TERRIBLE - DREADFUL - AWFUL: These are the words to describe the Miami, Fl officc of Safelite, when it comes to handling the claim/ repair order, which has been frustrating. The rock hitting my windshield happened on Feb. 6, I called Safelite, they took all the insurance info. & scheduled a replacement date, then the morning of the repair I was asked for the ins. claim (they could have mentioned they needed one on my 1st call). Called United Automobile Insurance (this company falls in the same category as the above heading) who took my accident information, then it was 2 weeks later when I received a claim form to complete which I did and mailed (Co. could have provided email to speed up process, it did no) with picture of the windshield immediately. Then I got a call 2 days ago that the claim was approved and for Safelite to call with the Repair Order. I informed Safelite the same date (March 3rd,2020) and the lady promised they would call the Ins. Co. w/ the repair order, OF COURSE SAFELITE NEVER DID. I CALLED AGAIN TODAY MARCH 5th AS OF THIS WRITING JUSTIFIABLY VERY UPSET, AND SAFELITE HAS HAD ME ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES NOW.BOTTOM LINE: DONT BE FOOLED BY THE SAFELITE TEACHER COMMERCIAL IS A BUNCH OF BULL S. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO FALL FOR THEIR SLEEK COMMERCIALS ! ! ! !

They offered me excellent service and well trained and helpful personnel available to answer my questions and concerns before work was done to replace a cracked windshield on my Subaru Outback 2018. I highly recommend this location!As for the corporate-driven appointment scheduling experience over tje phone, i do wish the local store phone number provided on google maps actually lead to speaking directly to the local branch and not be rerouted to a national SAFELITE call center. This made the initial appointment setup and followup rather time-consuming and frustrating. I ended asking my insurance co to set the appointment for me as i was going nowhere w the automated system.
My tech was Armarni.Thank you Armarni! Just want to recognize what a professional, he kept in contact for his estimated arrival and also when he was on his way. He did an excellent job and had an amazing attitude. It was refreshing to have someone so positive and happy during these times.

I was greeted as soon as I came into the store the person who helped me (Tony) was so nice and helpful he saved my SunPass for me! Which I really appreciate. I literally waited seconds before being helped and sent home. When I got my car back everything was perfect the two girls in the front super nice too! My experience was phenomenal. Iβm big on being treated nice. They treated me super nice and most importantly great job my my windshield. Such a good experience I want to make sure I leave a review on all platforms! I scheduled appointment to change broken windshield glass on my vehicle 3 day prior, for am (8-12) and was informed that someone will call me half an hour prior.No one called me but by 1 pm I got a message that my appointment now from 12 to 5 pm. After waiting for 45 minutes I spoke with a manager but he had no answer why time was changed and did not care about this. Since I wasted 4 hours I decided to wait until 5. By 4-30 technician arrived but he told me that he cannot do the job because company did not gave him a helper and this job requires 2 people. He left. I called office and the same manager told me that they will come next day by 10 am.The next day I got a call from technician that he is on his way but in 10 minutes I got a message that my appointment changed again to 4-15 pm.I called manager again but he had again no idea what happening.By 11-45 I was leaving my office (where they suppose to do the job) and saw them parking. Now I am not even sure they do the job.I DO NOT recommend this company. Apparently they heavily advertise on TV and a lot of suckers, like me, fall for this. Be aware.

Great and quick service! Staff extremely nice, my car was vandalized and my entire windshield was destroyed. The top of my roof was dented very bad. Insurance covered the windshield but nothing about the dents. Service took the exact time I was told, and they were courteous enough to even fix the dent. (Which was very deep and big)Rolando showed us they were able to fix that and even tried adjusting some small dents around with me there.Left very happy and content. Would recommend and come back

I was really pleased with my experience with Safelite overall. Started on their website where I was able to get a free quote, make an appointment, and make a payment ahead of my visit. Mark was my technician and he was great. The whole process for windshield replacement took about 40 minutes.
The replacement was not a Honda product it is for the use in Honda autos. Although a tide fit I can tell is not original.
Happy with the result. Technician was quick and explained everything.

I made an appointment for a windshield replacement on a Thursday through my insurance (Geico). I received several text messages confirming my appointment for the following Monday between 12-5. On the day of the appointment I got another text confirming my appointment. No one came or called. I called at 4:30 for status and got a recording saying they are closed and then got a text at 5:30 pm telling me my appointment is cancelled and to reschedule online. Next available appointment is next Thursday. I am going somewhere else. They donβt value your time and obviously donβt care to keep appointments or communicate if they canβt make it. Simply cancelling my appointment and throwing me into the back of the line for scheduling is not acceptable.
Within one minute of arrival I talk to the man in the office he came and looked at my car 25 minutes later I was on my way home excellent friendly staff excellent workmanship I recommend it

Tony is the best. Literally, I took my Audi to 2 different dealers/Audi certified mechanics and they advised I would need to replace the whole wind shield in order to fix the rear view mirror. Safelite had it for 30 minutes and it was fixed. More than fixing the issue, they were professional and overwhelmingly courteous. This was a refreshing experience, and I will go to this spot forever for any issues relating to windshield. Customer service means more to me than many other areas. Thanks for being great!
After waiting 8 days for an appointment to have my cracked windshield replaced, the tech showed up on time and completed the job in just over an hour. upon completion, he informed me that hed noticed a wiper blade needed replacing and had done that for me at no charge. I found this suspicious, as the car (a 2013 New Beetle R Line) requires special wipers that should come from VW. I then noticed that the passenger side wiper didnt fully hide like before when in the off position. The next day i drove the car and immediately notice a loud wind noise. I stopped and inspected the area the noise was coming from and it was the rubber seal around the windshield. It was noticeably crooked and the windshield was not seated properly thus letting in air. I called customer service and was told that was normal that if i give it about 7 days it would seat itself. Giving the benefit of doubt i accepted that notion until the next morning after a good rain i opened my car to find the drivers side floor soaked with standing water. They are coming to redo the windshield however rather than make it a priority i have to wait another 7 days before they can squeeze me in they say.. real nice customer service and so much for prioritizing a job that was previously done wrong. now what other issues will arise from the water running thru my dash down to the floor..
We wanted to express how happy we are with their service and professionalism. We had to order windshield directly from the Maserati Dealer. When we arrived Juan, the Venezuelan Manager took care of us right away. He sent for one of the installer to service our car immediately. He told us it would take about 2 hours, so we decided to go across the street to a small plaza to have a bite. Before we were even done with our lunch they called and said our car was ready.We highly recommend them. Great Customer Service!!!!
The technicians are wonderful and do a great job with installations. The office staff are not the greatest. I live about an hour from the facility so logistics are very important when planning my service. My pregnant wife and I were at a doctors appointment in the area after my truck had already been there for a day. I called to see if it was ready to be picked up and the receptionist said, It has been invoiced already, so you can come pick it up. When I got there they informed me that it would only be 20 more minutes to recalibrate the cameras. 3 hours later I left with my truck and it still wasnt fixed properly due to using an after market windshield. I set up an appointment to have an OEM windshield installed for the following Wednesday. They called me Saturday to tell me that I missed my appointment, so I informed them that it was scheduled for Wednesday which they had no record of. After getting it scheduled, again, I was able to drop my truck off and they covered the cost of the Uber ride to get me back to work, which I was very appreciative for. I received a call that afternoon that it was ready and the cameras were working properly. They kept it overnight and I was able to pick it up the next day. The technicians explained everything to me and did an excellent job, but the communication with the front desk needs improvement.

Tech crashed wrapped my window which was broken into, quickly and vacuumed my whole truck. By far the worst experience Ive had with any company. If I could give this review a zero I would. In the case of my experience Safelite brought the wrong glass to each of my scheduled appointments three times.. THREE TIMES. I felt that I was very understanding.I know that mistakes can happen, but no way should the same person experience the same outcome three times.When speaking with the agent I requested to speak with the manager, they took my phone number down and never returned my call. Im at utter disgust at this point. I then received an email saying that they would come out to repair my glass 7/15/2019....no one showed up or called. At this point I consider this company to be incompetent, unprofessional, and inconsiderate.... Ive wasted a total of 4 days hanging around waiting for them to do their one and ONLY job.Judging from my experience and those of others. STAY CLEAR from this branch!!!!!!

Every step along the process was horrific. I made the appointment online about 5 days before. On the day of the appointment which was for 8am-12pm I had to call the store center (2757 SW 8th St, Miami, FL 33135) 30mins before the end of the appointment to see why no one has shown up. I got a text from JC, who I find out is the assistant manager, that my technician called in sick and they couldnt reschedule me so I would have to call to reschedule for 2 days later. I called JC and he didnt answer. I then called the 8th ST store and spoke to Mercedes who was able to schedule me the next day in the morning 8am-10am and gave me a discount for my trouble. The next day I had to call AGAIN 30mins before the end of the appointment because nobody has shown up and I didnt get any update again. I called JC and he didnt answer again but texted me my replacement glass broke and the technician had to drive to their Ft. Lauderdale warehouse to pick up another one. I own a small business so I didnt schedule any customers for the first failed appointment the day before and had a customer scheduled after the glass repair for the rescheduled appointment day. This delay was not told to me until I had to call in and find out why. JC told me he would speak to the manager (Gus) of how to rectify this. I asked for him to give me Guss number so I can speak to him. He gave me the number and I called Gus. Gus didnt answer his phone either. Over the course of this whole disaster JC and Gus never answered the phone after I left numerous texts and voicemails, and the only answer I would get would be rare texts from JC. I then get a call from Manny the technician that he was on the way and would be at my location 30mins after the scheduled appointment. Finally the technician shows up and installs the glass. Manny was very respectful and worked fast. I called JC and Gus after it was installed to see what else was going to be done for the second appointment mistake. I never got an answer from them. I tried to call the Safelite main number on their website to remedy this situation. After a dozen calls and trying to navigate the auto-menu I still was unable to speak to a live person to get answers. I had to drive 45mins to the Safelite store to find out in person what was going to be done for such bad customer service and my missed customer appointments. Derrick welcomed me into the store when I arrived. Derrick I come to find out is Guss boss. I tell Derrick my whole horrific experience that Safelite gave me. He wholeheartedly apologized and without question gave me a full refund of my repair purchase. Derrick, Manny, and Mercedes were the only shining lights in the debacle. So thank you Derrick, Manny, and Mercedes. As for the rest of the Safelite company, if I ran my business the way you run your business, I would have been out of business years ago due to your atrocious handling of customer!
Definitely will never use this company again, ever! Please know that your insurance company has other options for window or windshield damage besides satellite. Unfortunately we are still awaiting service from here. The driver came out on Saturday and told us that they will have to order the windshield for our vehicle. While on speaker we were setting up an appointment with his dispatcher, who said they can come out Monday afternoon (12-5pm). Honorable mention, I was gonna opt for Tuesday morning around 8 am, but the driver said itβs too early for him when he was talking to his dispatcher. Anyways I digress! The driver arrived Monday but there was a βdrizzleβ, so he was gonna go to another location and be back later on. After a couple hours I contacted him he said he will try to make it back, but most likely not because he was in Florida City and still had another car after the one he was currently working on. The driver knew he was not gonna make it back because of the distance he went and had 2 cars to do, knowing that he should have made sure that my vehicle would be prioritized for the next day. Instead they waited for me to contact them when it was too late to get another shop to come out via my insurance company and get it done the next day. Unfortunately, I have to wait until after the New Year to have it done. Canβt drive my vehicle, which is the vehicle used for transporting the family around due to fear the windshield will shatter more while on the roadway. My issue is that they shouldβve communicated with me early and setup for the next day, given that itβs been since Saturday it shouldβve been fixed. Just going the extra mile for a customer makes a huge difference. I for one will make sure if any of my friends, family, co-workers, and whomever ever has a damaged window/windshield know that their insurance company has other options for repair or replacement of a window/windshield; satellite is not your only option. If anything, by just using another company, know you are more than likely helping out a local mom and pop shop.....

I made an appointment here a week in advance to have my windshield replaced. After an hour of waiting, Iβm notified that they donβt have the pieces to complete my repair and that I would have to come back another day. The manager didnβt care and was very nonchalant and didnβt offer to fix the solution in any way. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Go elsewhere and save your time.
Made appointment to take my car in and glass wasnβt at the place the day of my appointment, nobody called to cancel my appointment. Re schedule and went back, again the same thing after waiting for an hour, and getting ugly and started complaining a glass appeared. Wasnβt impressed with the customer service side but the gentleman that did install my glass was very nice and professional.
It was a wonderful experience I pulled up at approximately 729am and a gentleman came right over and guided me to the Office and said I will take care of you right away which he did in a very professional and friendly manner.

Shady operation with inexperienced installers. Needed a simple windshield replacement, but was left with a new windshield with a much bigger crack. After the botched job, which was from improper technique and tools (according to a new company), the tech told me he would get me a new windshield as if this never happened. Nice guy, but I got screwed. And unfortunately as a consequence, upon me calling corporate to make sure my rate would be reduced, they had no idea what happened. This sketched me out, and frustrated the heck out of me as I had to explain the story numerous times to numerous people. Ultimately, after the botched job, the shady communication from the tech and his boss over the phone, and the ordeal I went through with corporate, I opted not to bother with Safelite. I wanted to like them, I really did, but this store truly screwed me over and was no longer worth my time or money.

My first experience with Safelite was a little frustrating because the technician was supposed to come at a certain time and they had came a bit earlier than I expected because I was still in bed. which I dont mind at all the earlier the better I say. But also unfortunately it was a rainy day so the tech had warned me about the weather but his attitude was like whatever you wanna do so i decided to meet him at their warehouse so he can work on my windshield. After he finished replacing my windshield the work looked awesome like nothing happened to the glass. When the tech explained everything he had done he also said that my car looked like it was in a accident because one of the clip molding wasnt connecting right so he kept on insisting that it was in an accident me knowing my car pretty damn well. Anyways when I sit inside the car is when I got upset! Since it was raining he didnt bother to vaccum the inside of my car, left the panels completely dirty from putting his feet there my A pillars completely dirty as well from his hands and last but not least dripped some of the silicone sealant on my arm rest and some had dripped to where my shifter is.. I didnt complain because I was already in bad mood and just wanted to go home already... Now my second experience with them was I had a water leak coming from the windshield and i had them come to check it out and the other tech insisted to say to take it to the dealer because it looked like it was coming from the sunroof. So I said okay I took it to the dealer and the dealer confirmed that there was no water leak and actually found where it was coming from so I took the car back to Safelite explained everything to the manager that was there, and from the managers attitude and demeanor looked like he didnt want to deal with the problem and said that its coming from the firewall. So that right there showed me that they are lazy and trying to cover each others backs because when u call for a warranty on workmanship the tech who worked on the car loses points. So the manager saw I got frustrated and then he said he will re-seal the window out of courtesy so therefore he did me the favor and problem was solved but I still see a time leak from the A-pillar during heavy rain fall but I will fix that myself because I dont want to deal with these people anymore!!!
My review is for the technician called Manny. It was a mobile service, he came over to the house, super nice guy and he was done with the windshield replacement in an hour. If ever anything I would recommend safelite and the young technician Manny.
Its been two years now, and I still have no issues with the windshield or its seal.
Courteous staff. Though they did not have the glass at hand they vacuumed the car and covered the broken glass.
They were able to get me an appointment the next day and were very pleasant. However, a month after the work was done, I am still finding pieces of glass from the old window in my window frame, which is probably scratching the new window. It makes a bad noise when the window is rolled up or down, so while I have a new window, I am afraid to use it because the old glass will scratch the new window.
Service was beyond expectation. Had to replace a window from a break in the other day and hadnβt had time to thoroughly clean all of the glass out from the interior. When I picked it up every bit of debris was cleaned and vacuumed. Not only was my interior cleaner than how I gave it to them but it was cleaner than before the incident. I literally never write online reviews but I hope management sees this and commends whoever worked on the silver Hyundai on 4/17.

Thank God that ALLSTATE my insurance cover the cost because any other way I would have had to save at least $300 to do the work out of my pocket. I set an appointment online, sent the exact location of my car, wrote detailed notes on how to get there to avoid confusion. The technician never showed up for the appointment and didnt call or text to explain why he didnt show up. Go with another windshield replacement company.
Honestly, its ok. What made it okay was the customer service, the quality however was not the best. They left some of the panels loose or out of alignment making it look like it was definitely done in a hurry so I went home and decided to fix it myself instead of taking it there. Other than that, very good customer service.
To bad I couldnβt leave zero or negative stars. This place is the worst ! Do not waste your time and visit any other store possible. The front desk is clueless passing people with appointments that were after mine and telling wait times that were unrealistic as others were complaining each time I visited
Not professional. Made an appointment, the technician showed up late. He took one look at our truck and just drove away without even telling us he was leaving. I had to search for a customer service phone number and waste 15 minutes to find out that the Safelite technician had determined that since the hood of the truck is rusty, they are not capable of replacing the windshield.I just took it somewhere else and they fixed it at a lower cost than Safelite had quoted. I donβt think the problem is with Safelite as a company. Itβs just this Miami branch that is unprofessional. They really donβt care about their customers.

I was BLOWN AWAY by Safelite. From the first phone call forward every part of my experience was well above what I expected. This is exactly what a professional company should be all about. I cannot say enough regarding my positive experience.
I didnβt use this place because they were super late to a 4 hour slot appointment.
They have a national reputation...they refused to fix my windshield citing the frame had a slight bow. It rained. My car was totaled. They screwed me up but good.
Scheduled windshield repair at home. FiRst mechanic NO SHOW. NOBODY EVEN CALLED AND INFORMED WASTED MY FIRST DAY. 2ND APPT NO SHOW WITH REASON NEW WINDSHILED WAS CRACKED. MECHANIC PROMISED TO SCHEDULE APPT NEXT DAY BUT THEY CANCELLED ALL APPTS AND NOBODY IS ANSWERING CALL TODAY. You want me to call customer service to waste few more days. LOLZ
There is nothing professional about this place, may as well go to the small mom and pop shops. Was told on three separate occassions that the glass I needed for my car was there for me and ready, everytime I came in I was told no one ordered it or it was unavailable. βLeoβ ensured it would be there. Even was sent the wrong price quote twice. Donβt waste your time here, nothing but overpriced same quality glass and a promise of a warranty that is awful if you actually read the fine print.
I called my insurance company to have my front windshield replaced due to the fact it had a small crack that was leaking on the edge where the crack began. The Safelite employee got there. I showed him where the car was. As soon as he looked at it he told me that it had rust and that he could not do the job. Well it is a 1998 Toyota 4 Runner and it is 18 years old. What 18 year old car does not have rust? You new what kind of car I had when we talked on the phone. Why did you not warn me. Hay please note that your truck is 18 years old we might not be able to do the work due to rust. At least I would have known and would not have done so much to make this happen. I had to write a letter to my company so that they would OK as the job was going to be done in the lobby of my job. Then I had to call my Area Manager and let him know that we will be taken up 2 parking spaces. After getting to OK from them I called my insurance company to have the work done. They informed me that the first open scheduled that Safelite had was on Friday the 9th. I said OK and changed my schedule at work to fit the day. All that to have a 5 min conversation with the Safelite employee to say oh your car has rust, we cant change it out. God forbid I have an accident due to the crack. I am so glad I called the professionals to fix my glass. That is not customer service.
Very professional and very fast
Total disaster. Geico contracted them to change our back windshield. On the first appointment, they came with the incorrect glass, on the second appointment (for which, again, I had to make a lot of arrangements to be home for them), the guy showed up just to tell me that the glass is scheduled to be delivered at the shop in the afternoon, while the appointment was in the morning of that same day.They rescheduled another appointment for the following day, nobody showed up and havent heard anything else. That was Tuesday last week (today is Monday)I just called again, and was told that theyre working on getting payment approval from Geico... seriously???!!!!!Calling Geico right now. Over 2 weeks on this, and the glass is still broken.

This place is terrible on there guarantee. Had them change my windshield on my Ford Expedition, and had a leak a year after. they refused to fix the weather strip leak,, be careful with follow up from them. Would choose a company that stands behind there work.
What ever you do donβt use this location. I waited from 12-5 only to have a tech show up to tell me he has to leave by 5 (he showed up 3:40 pm and couldnβt finish the job. When I called to reschedule I was put on hold and they never got back to me or ever called me back. Worse customer service ever!!!!
They tell you that a crack in your windshield is fixable but when you get there they tell you your windshield will explode so I guess there commercial on TV is just a lie .. unfortunately in Miami they just want more money is sad because they just loss a costumer
