Extremely rude. No manners. Not sure what happened to the previous person that attended this shop before but I highly do not recommend it. Poor customer service skills and many times hung up phone on you sometimes after talking to you and sometimes just pick up and hang up the call without even talking to you.

Unfortunately here works super non professional guys. I got flat tire. They broke my tire and said me about my irresponsibility. Do not trust this service. Price of new tire Continental 255/40 r19 is $250.

These guys are very honest and helpful. My dealership told me I needed 2 new tires. My husband took the car over and they had a look at the tires and said we didn’t need new tires that we could get 3000 more miles on them. A few days later I had a flat from a screw that had already been repaired once last year. We decided to go back to Adventure. They ordered the tires and they came in the next day. The price was fair for 2 Perilli run flat tires. I would highly recommend them

Got a wheel alignment and tire rotation, and they ended up breaking two of my wheel bearings. Thankfully my dealership was able to replace them for me. Never using these guys again

Went in originally to have my connectors on my battery checked out because I was losing power. Wasnt told i was gonna get charged for an expensive oil change or a $25 battery check.Told the guy on the phone I already had aaa check my battery and it was good ! Had an oil change when I had my radiator changed and thermostat. I think they saw old car but I have had mine 23 years and have every repair receipt . Even had my alternator changed there after that incident, and then my AC doesnt work all of a sudden.I make an appointment, bring the car in and the ac guy didnt show. Wasted morning ! Went out of town came back and now they want to charge $150 to have my ac looked at 😑After over $2000 work at this place over the years and a year warranty on my last work and cant even check my ac without charging wow 🤦🏾‍♂️ Never again at this place !Thats OK another shop will keep my family car running till 200,000 miles 🙌🏽✌🏽Updated just lost my alternator belt bracket and bolt. Called them up because after the alternator was put in the bolt loosened the next day so they should have known the bracket needed to be replace. Would have saved me a extra $500 to have it all replaced 🤦🏾‍♂️

These guys are the worst. They never keep appointment, and they are always trying to upsell to new tires, always. Stay away. It’s a waste of time.

Pretty good place to get your car fixed. If you need a quick fix. Change of Tire, Battery. This Is The Place To Go. Oil changes as well. Also tune-ups. They can also fix tail light headlight problems. Managers are nice. Employees are pretty cool people. Only three stars for this good year. But all in all its not that bad.

I had a slashed tire and the front desk attendant (also happens to be the manager) was beyond helpful. Their crew was extremely fast and professional. Would definitely come here again for any car maintenance.

This place was just a nightmare. I had a explotes tire, the guy who told me that was his shop try to make me buy four tires, When I said that I just want a regular tire he assure me, because he’s a professional, that all my tires where of another kind (have the receipt of the other tires in the car). Finally he told me that he had the legal obligation to tell me that my life was in risk. When I told him that I would sign a release he got a tantrum. The experience was so bad that I filed a complaint before the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Be careful ladies!Happily I went to Tire Choices in 8291 Biscayne Blvd. and the service was superb!

Do not come here on a Saturday with an emergency. They do not have enough staff. The last thing you want to hear from a mechanic is them tell you they’re booked the entire day and they don’t have time or staff to service you.

For the past 6 months I have been using Tilden as my go to mechanics. They are honest and explain why things are wrong and why they need to be addressed. They help me prioritize what is most pressing and needs to be done first. Marc and Kevin are both extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable shop that they can count on.

The worse oil change I’ve ever had. They twist it too tight, the next store would not able to change the oil unless we fix the parts. It end up costing $500. I called them, they are not willing to take any responsibility or not even show the interest to give solutions to us. Pls do not waste your money here. I don’t want you end up spending 500 like me for oil change.

Jaime is very honest. I took my dad here for a tire( good price), wheel alignment and brakes. Toyota dealer wanted my dad to change the brakes right away but Jaime was honest and told us that he still had a couple of months left before a change of brakes. I highly recommend them. Get there early because they get busy.

Went to the store, to get help with a flat tire, they give me prices first, and then the guy told me i had to change the 4 tires, when i refused he said he wont be able to help me with my flat tire, he said he wont touch my tire, and also he was saying bad words against us bcse we didnt want to replace the 4 tires, also no mask! Really? Dont come over here bcse they all want is money, they dont know what is a customer!

Been Going to These Guys for 6 Years. Always Done Great Work and If theres a Lil Wiggle Room theyll Try to Help you out on Pricing. They Work Pretty Fast but if you have a Big Project for em Get there Early so they can Knock it out for you in a Timely manner. Theres only about 5 Ports and There almost always Full, Good Places are always Busy. And One thing thats Always Great with these Guys is that they always Show you and Tell you about other Problems that May Occur with your Car while their Working on your Vehicle so Nothing Surprises you Down the Line

Its not too often you encounter an honest place to get your car fixed. These guys went above and beyond my expectations. This is the second time I visit and the service remains excellent!!

Needed a tire looked at. They took the car immediately didnt try to sell me on anything unnecessary and fixed the problem all in about ten minutes. Its associates like Eddie and Yaniel that truly make a place. Waited a month to write review to make sure everything was done right, and have not had any issues! Great place to take care of any minor needs, especially last minute.

Why is one star missing? First why the four stars. The provider offered a Groupon bargain for an oil change. They do not, do not, take reservations and it is a first come first serve service center. I got there early and I drove away in 20 minutes. Unlike some oil service centers that identify dirty filters, blades and such that need to be replaced, this place did not. Six people were sitting in the waiting room and the phone was ringing or being answered. He repeated on the phone twice that they did not take reservations and how they would honor patrons. He did say, call me back, I have to get rid of these customers instead of saying I have to attend to customers here in the store. Otherwise, he was friendly. Now for the missing star; I asked for the serviceman to fill up my spare. He did not saying the tire had the air stem turned up. Turn up your nose to my request, you get turned down a star.

Great company! They were all very honest about the work that needed done on my car and they were able to get me discounts on the tire. They have great service and even changed my oil for free while they changed the tires!

I recently moved to Miami Shores from out of state and was looking for a good place to take my Toyota. I looked at several different places and decided to come to Adventure because of their amazing reviews. I was not let down. The oil change was done quickly and they had a small waiting area that did the job. The staff let me know of a few other minor issues to be mindful of and offered to do the service to fix them right then. Though I declined I know that they would have done a great job (I can install my own windshield wipers ;) ). I think the best thing was the manager was very mindful of his customers. There was an older gentleman that was waiting on his car to be completed (an oil change I believe) when it was done, him and the manager shared some car talk and the older man tried to tip the staff, this went on for a bit and by the end of the conversation the manger let the gentleman know that his next oil change was on him. Way to go above and beyond for your customers, this is what will make people come back and create a successful business. I will be returning in 5,000 miles!

Thiefs $40 for a tire patch ?I drive 10 blocks away and paid $15 .Guy tried to hustle me and claimed place is under new administration.I highly recommend north Miami tire & auto around the corner, very honest and professional shop.

Very bad experience at this place very dirty shop no one there is professional the manager is very disgusting. Not well dressed, I would not recommend this place to no one this place should be closed, I was just there about 2 days ago I am very unhappy, anyone out there with any common sense would not go there !!!

DISHONEST. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!. The 23 point inspection was not done and they tried to sell me new brakes because my brake fluid was low. When I got home I checked to see if they had filled the reservoir with brake fluid. They didnt and my tires were not rotated. You do not get what you pay for! Keep away from these scammers!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I bought a oil change groupon for $19 here and when called to make appointment the owner said he does not have regular oil and I have to pay extra $22 for oil upgrade.

After a good deal on tires, the previous manager got me fooled. I thought this place was one built on honesty, until I paid for new brake pads, only to discover they had put the old ones back. Very dishonest business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I brought in my Navigator with a flat tire and for $22 they fixed the tire and had me done in less than 30 minutes. Im fairly sure Ive never had a better experience with any tire shop than these guys. Thank you for getting me out the door so fast and back on the road.- A

I do not trust those people, I went there to change my tires for the first time when my Toyota Camry was one year old. They did a good job with the tires but they broke one of the air censors, I went back to get the censor fixed and was told by the manager that it broke by itself and I had to pay around $250.00 to fix it. I have also seen a few customers having very bad argument with the manager, he is not a very good customer oriented.Please be very careful with those people, I have gone there a few times and do not think they are trustworthy...M. I take my Escalade in for an oil change ok nice people no problem.. so I notice oil on my driveway the next day . So I go back and they tell me sorry but it’s not. Lose filter it’s your rear main seal it will be 1650 to repair I don’t remember the exact number, they put the car up On the lift to show me that there’s oil everywhere.. I have a fleet of trucks and cars and I had to insist then to tighten the oil filter . The sales pitch was great and I have been meaning to leave this review for a year and didn’t get to it .. but every time I go getme car washed I think of all the other People that have no clue they are getting ripped off ... or how many people they scammed since .. shame on you guys

I had an appointment and upon arrival they tell me nobody scheduled it. I had to wait 30 minutes to be taken in, and it’s been over an hour now and my car still isn’t ready (they said 30 minutes). Very unprofessional. And this is covid Times and not all workers wearing a mask.

Great service, fast, and reasonable price

I spent $ 2,490.72 in this place to fix two different issues in my Audi.The first issue was the front suspension and the second the manual shifter.For the front suspension I spent $ 1,732.09 and these guys really screwed up big time. After replacing strut mounts, lower control arms and new set of tires I took it back several times because the car was pulling to the right and was making awful noises.Every time I took the car back for the guarantee on the service, they always had some explanation not to assume the responsibility.i.e. the car has been in a crash before (never), you need a new set of tires ( which I bought it from them), it’s an old car and never is going to be good, pulling to the right is normal, it’s a small car and the noises are normal. REALLY??!!!I guess because I was insisting and didn’t buy that crap they gave up and told me to take the car to another shop which I did.And guess what? The second shop fixed it for one quarter of the price. Now I’m trying to get some of money back and you guessed it right… …they don’t want to….It’s been an f-ing nightmare dealing with these people.Are you asking about the shifter?? Well, the shifter is working ok but I still can’t figure out how they managed to disconnect the airbags and why the doors lock when I switch the headlights on… CRAZY ..$ 2,490.72 spent on your car and still as bad as it was before….what a rip off!!!!!

Very easy and convenient. Was pretty cheep and there is a lounge in busy bee that has couches to sit on. You can go to aldis and kmart while you wait or have coffee served in the shop. They do good work and great sirvice. Kind staff and a tv running the entire time.

Went in to repair my brakes, charged me $30 to inspect the car. After waiting about half an hour, they show me a list of things I need to repair with the bill at $1,400 (all brakes related). I left went to another place who charged me $250 for the same job and free inspection/diagnostics of the car. Adventure Tires included things on the list to replace that did not need replacing. Scammers

I have tires installed on a corvette, I paid the entire bill the day before including the alignment of the wheels which was a priority since the tires had not used the right way.The next day I see them finish the installation of the tire and take out the car and tell me your car is ready. I tell them you have not even entered the car in the door alignments.He told me that if I wanted an alignment it would be an extra until I showed him the bill that scored an alignment and the price.Ok the benefit of the doubt he did not remember that I had bought the alignment of the wheels, even in this case he would have had to propose it to me seeing the old worn tire of side.WITH A FRESH AIR HE ENTERED THE AUTO AND DID THE ENLAYMENTI HOPE THAT THE WORK WAS GOOD BUT BUT I WAS NOT OFFERED NO EXCUSE AND MY DOOR HANDLE WAS FULL OF VOLUNTARY FAT OR NOT?
