The car we were interested in was completely beautiful inside n out n we were ready to pay cash. UNTIL WE WENT TO TAKE IT FOR A TEST DRIVE!!!! It was beyond messed up! I tried to talk to the owner and he was beyond rude inconsiderate and so forth. The car had not 1 drop of gas in it it was 4 quarts low on oil there was a suspension problem n the owner wanted 2 raise the price rather than drop it n lets not forget that the. Overflow coolant was completely empty!! When William the very nice honest salesman went to speak 2 the owner he was too busy for the deal so these 3 women left! If you are a women dont be a fool n go there!

What a gem Biltmore Motors turned out to be. After terrible experiences with dealers, this is the first time that going into one was all but a pleasure. The salesman, William Davis, was very knowledgeable as well as so patient and wholeheartedly honest. I was dead set on one specific car which in reality would not have met my needs, he took it upon himself to do research and find something that would truly benefit me longterm. He also meticulously broke down the whole financial process where there was never any confusion because it was in the fine print, no surprises. Before asking what I could give down, he made sure to ask where I was comfortable and how I could get there instead of throwing unrealistic numbers. The whole environment was very inviting, professional, safe and the cleanliness was on point. If you ever are in need of a vehicle I more than highly recommend Biltmore Motors, make sure to ask for William “Willie” Davis.

Only good about this place is that Margo was very kind and knew how to speak on the phone. At least I was allowed to test drive the vehicle I came to see. I went to this dealership yesterday. I called and over the phone I was told by Margo that 14 GTI had a very negotiable price and dealer fee. That dealer fee was $999. Henry was the worst sales man. Not only was he un-knowledgeable about the vehicle, he didnt even try the slightest to convince me to buy the car. I started and drove the car and this is how the dashboard was lit up with warning lights.(photo below) The next day I was told by Henry that neither the price nor dealer fee was negotiable, case closed.

The absolute WORST experience Ive ever had with a car dealership. None of the paperwork was sent to my bank like they said they were going to and then said it was my fault.A few weeks later they finally get around to sending it but dont send the payoff check for the car I traded in. I was told it was going to be sent the next day, 2 weeks later, after many conversations with clueless sales people who couldnt even tell me the status of the check, it was finally sent.THEN it took 2 more weeks to get them to transfer my tag. Oh wait, they had no idea where the tag is (That was left on the car) so they order me a new one.I am finally finished dealing with these incompetent people after nearly 2 MONTHS!Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Not worth the hassle.

I went a year ago. I bought 2016 Chrysler and Honda accord same day. Customer service was excellent. Guy in the back office e is positive and is deeply Involved in customer service here.Im not so happy about my Honda. Its only one thing Im not happy about the Honda cause everything else about is 100. My oil pan has a leak cause where the oil pan and engine block meet, its some type of adhesive separating the oil pan and engine block. Im told its suppose to be a rubber ring similar to an gasken to help seal air tight. So Im here now and I just want my car fixed right and Im happy. No love lost and I still will purchase from biltmore.

I bought my new Tacoma from Biltmore Motors back in 1998. Ive always had them service the vehicle for everything from oil changes to scheduled maintenance. Theyve always been very professional and accommodating.

Walter is a crook!!! They give you a price on a car and once the bank calls you the numbers are completely different!!! Frauds!!! THIS ISSUE IS GOING TO GET RESOLVE ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.

I would advise not to do business with this dealership. I contacted them about a vehicle that i was very interested in. The salesperson informed me that the vehicle was still available for sale. I immediately told him that i lived out of state but was very interested in purchasing the vehicle and asked if they could hold it for me if i put a deposit down. He told me that no deposit was needed and that they would hold the vehicle. I informed him that since i was out of state, that i would be sending someone on my behalf to inspect the vehicle for me. After i paid to have the vehicle checked, i asked the dealership what i needed to do to make the purchase. I asked if i could put a deposit down again, and it was refused. I was given the run around for days. I called frequently to attempt to purchase the vehicle before someone else displayed any interest. After numerous attempts to contact them, i days later i received a message saying that they sold the vehicle to a different customer! Needless to say i was and still am very upset and disappointed with the way this was handled. Not only did i lose out on money but i also lost the vehicle. I would not recommend doing any business with this dealership.

Very very rude and short. I can’t remember the guy’s name either Frank or Luis. 6’2”had an attitude. I don’t know about the other guys maybe just my luck. Anyways, $1000 dealer fee in case you don’t ask. That’s even if the car is in the $7000 range. A car is in that range is usually a trade in so it’s not like they had to bid on it. They also need to learn what “immaculate”means because I’m pretty sure it doesn’t mean let’s cover it up with touch up paint and some tape. Well, anyways not worth the trip. Too much attitude and not enough service.

This people have marked pretty low priced some of their inventory, it looked to me too good to be true. I decided to call first before going to avoid wasting time. When I asked about HIDDEN FEES/DEALERSHIP FEES they refused to disclose any info over the phone. Then I read more reviews and noticed previous buyers complaining about the dealer marking low the prices to attract people and jacking up high the fees to compensate. Dont go there.

I am an ex employee and customer of this company back in December I traded in my 2007 BMW for a 2015 BMW little did I know that the vehicle had legal problems so back in May I had to bring the vehicle back they sent me my old car back of the 2007 BMW missing my carbon fiber hood missing my 20 inch wheels the oil cap broken the radio broken on a tow truck and the vehicle does not start please don’t do business with these people I’m very upset They did nothing for me I was without the car from May until today which Is August 17 and still not having a car because the car does not start does not work I’m charging the battery as we speak which one I traded the vehicle in it was a brand new battery so were the tires on the 20 inch rims which they took off and now gave me some stock 17 inch wheels for the vehicle the vehicle is now all scratched up which it was not either I would definitely never recommend anyone to go through this please

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I specifically asked for the cash price vs. financing and the gentleman I spoke to (Fernando) told me there was no difference. Right before signing the purchase agreement the guy added an extra $1000 saying that there was a disclaimer of an extra fee for financing. I told the owner I was pretty disappointed and he was extremely rude and told me he didnt want my business. Unbelievable. Fernando and Alex are your typical used cars salesmen (all lies and deceit) and the owner has THE WORST business ethics Ive ever seen. Also, $1488 dealership fee? Get out of here! I ended up getting the same exact car but newer at my local Acura with exceptional service and a MUCH more reasonable price without hidden fees.

I bought my car over 3 months ago from here, besides the other challenges I had with this place (no return calls, things they said were fixed that were not fixed, delay in delivery, not even having the car detailed when I received it, etc....) I still do not have the plates or title in my possession. Over a MONTH after I bought the car and I was trying to follow up on the plates, they sent my paperwork that they needed immediately (I do not live in FL and bought the car online, so I had to express ship paperwork back to them) That was back in September, and i still dont have plates or title.....they keep telling me its coming.... How do you run a business like this? This is unacceptable. I feel like I have been cheated and taken advantage of .

Apparently whoever it is that answers the phones(aida I believe)is incapable of transferring calls or even assisting me with an answer to a simple question. Person answering the phones also sounds like they hate their job so good luck calling this place.

If you want to get scammed then you found the right place. Watch out with what they say because theyll turn it around on you.

I would recommend this place, because they have excellent customer service. They also, go above and beyond to assist you into getting into a vehicle. Roger is a great salesman and bobby is a great finance manager as well!!!

I got a Chevy Cruze from here, they looked out for me the best they good. Especially Tony, he stayed in contact with me and was so patient. Only complaint I have is its been 4 months since I bought it and I am getting a oil change right this minute. the filter was black and broken apart. The mechanic says it seems as though this car has never had an oil change. I dont know much but I am pretty sure dealerships are suppose to complete such things as oil changes before selling the vehicle. They should pay for my next oil because my engine is going to have to pay for that.
