Had a guy crash into my car. Geico hooked me with this company. Took my car there for inspection. A week and a half later I got my car back, looked like it came from the factory. Crash Champions Collision Repair fixed my car gooooood! Customer service was prompt. Hit me up with updates and even called me a day before and prophesied when theyd finish it up fixing. As per his word from (Mr. Luis Rivera), his prophetic word came true, I had my car back the way he said it would be. Even followed up 3 days after, to make sure all was well (these guys are Saints). All I could say was thank you, thank you. I love this company. Pictures below before and after. Even they gave me a new wheel package (new tire, new lug nuts, and brand new Rim (as a bonus)).

Thank you guys for taking the time and fixing my baby 2019 Honda Accord (pearly white) back to her original conditions after someone hit me. Izamari and the manager was absolutely wonderful and provided the best customer service. After my car sat for almost a month with out the other driver insurance even contacting me back, I was very frustrated. This was my first accident, so I didnt know what to expect. Crash champions made this process very easy for me and I will definitely refer friends and family over to this great establishment. The work they provided came out so beautifully, one can not tell pearly white was even in an accident. Thanks CRASH CHAMPIONS OF NORTH MIAMI!

Had a hit and run with my brand new 2020 E53 AMG. Caesar the manager of the shop took a look at my car and told me all would be ok. Within days and even during the Christmas holiday his team worked on my car and delivered it on 12/31 in perfect condition, like the day I got it. Thrilled with this business and highly recommend. Was given an Outrageous estimate. Im not an insurance company that they can just throw a crazy number at. When i offered to buy the parts myself they refused to do the job. Lets see, a 2015 chevy tahoe tail light online is between $250 and $300. they said $511. Bumper cover online $300. They said $737. So basically they werent cool with just charging me to install it and paint it black. I only went to them cuz in the past some lady hit my car and her insurance sent me there. I figured i would go back since they did a good job before. But they seem to not like walk in customers. They prefer insurance claims for some reason.

Cesar and his staff performed miracles on my two month old 2019 Lincoln Nautilus. My car was involved in a hit and run. The other driver ran a stop sign resulting in him loosing his front bumper and an initial estimate of over 15k on my car. With several obstacles due to Lincoln not having parts available and sending the wrong ones, Signature Collision returned my car physically, mechanically and smelling like a brand new car off the showroom. With Geico’s guarantee all work is good for the life time of the car. I would recommend Signature Collision hands down with no reservations.Nine months ago, I wrote my first review for Signature Collision. Unfortunately, another car hit my car in the front fender. Previously another vehicle hit the rear driver side fender. Both were in parking lots with no witnesses or notes to let me know who the owners were. The rear fender also affected the back door. Initially, the estimated time of delivery was the end of the following week. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call after Memorial Day that my car was finished. The next day I went to Signature to pick up my car—no surprises or discrepancies. My vehicle was again showroom perfect. I can not say enough about Cesar and his staff. In today’s world, it is rare to find a company and individuals like Signature Collision and Cesar.I can unconditionally recommend them.

I would so recommend this place to a lot of people. The manger Ceaser Gonzalez was very helpful when it came to helping me fix my car. Roberto did an amazing job on my car. The paint job was outstanding. The staff was super helpful as well, always keeping me updated on my car. what amazes me the most that it was done super fast. They gave me an estimate date and was done four days before the estimate date. I for sure will give this place a five star rating.

Im sorry I didnt read the reviews sooner. Geico recommended us to take my car there after a collision. I dealt with Elvis and it took them 6 weeks to fix my car MUCH longer than promised.Oh and they dont accept American Express. Super shady place, what reputable company does not accept American Express?Take your business elsewhere, I hope my review saves you the headache.

Long overdue for this review.I got rear-ended almost a year ago. The other persons insurance, Geico, covered the damages and pointed me to Signature Collision Centers.The work has been great and had no issues.Staff was very nice.

Geico sent me to Signature Collision to have the fender liner on front bumper replaced. One week later after I picked up my car every time I turned the wheel there was a grating sound. I looked under the car and the liner was dragging and grating against the wheel. I took it back and they said the clips fell out or the mechanic forgot to put in the clips.

Just got my car back from this place I will not recommend them never avoid them. If you need a good body shop use Allstate body shop and imperio body shop. Probably the two best body shops around big mistake taking the car here hopes it get fix correctly ones it does I will change my review

Very poor customer service. They have my car in their shop for over 3 months now, never call to update me on the status of my car. Each time I stop by they give me some none sense excuses. They were supposed to pay for my rental car, come to find out that enterprise took back the car saying that they do not pay their bill according to branch manager Luis Solorzano. The North Miami signature manager Spencer Gordon has no customer service skills, he thinks that your problem is not the shop problem but how can it not be when you have someone car in your shop for over 90 days and never once pick up a phone to call them about the repair. Region manager Garry Swanson is nothing but talk, making promises that he never keep up to, not even a return call. Spoke to their boss Michael who supposed to call me back... still waiting. I only went to them because of Geico, now I know better and hope my review will help you on your next decision to make sure you don’t go to them. Very bad experience and still dealing with it.Hope you make a better decision than me next time you have to take your car to a shop.Good Luck

This place is the worst. I wish I had read the reviews before getting sent there. the adjusters dont give a rats a.. if youre happy with the service or not. They never return your calls. sent me a text, i reply faster to texts yeah, 2 weeks later im still waiting for a response. avoid this place at all costs and save yourself a headache.

Pros. Painting job was done in one weekCons.:They order the wrong proximity sensor three times (wrong part number), then they try to program the sensor and they could not, so they had to send it to VW to calibrate the sensor(This was extra Weeks and half):They try fix (paint)one of the wheel rings they paint it 3 times (This was two extra Weeks). They have the same problem with a Lexus from another customer.They try to save money doing things the quick way. If you have European car just take it somewhere else.

My car was at the shop for almost 4 months before I was able to get Geico to transfer me to a different shop that actually fixed my car. After a little over a month of my car being at the shop, and many nonsense excuses, I finally went in and said I needed my car and they were in the middle of trying to find my keys. They had lost my car keys and need another few days to get new ones made. They were very unprofessional and I would not have found out about it if I didn’t come in that day. After I got my keys back, I got in to drive home and my car was not fixed. The whole steering was wrong. Had to go back and they took my car back in. 2 months in I come back to pick it up again and it has the same issue as if they never even tried to fix it. Took it back again and after almost 4 months, I got in contact with geico and took my car somewhere else in which I had it back within a week.Throughout the whole experience, no one called me with updates and when I did call I was always on hold or always with the same excuse. It was 4 months of stress and without a car that I hope no one else has to go through.

Do not bring you car here. They don’t know what they are doing. I had to come back and forth 3 times because the repairs were so sloppy that were completely unacceptable. Pieces of the car falling off, pieces not properly replaced...My impression is that they try to save themselves as much time and money as possible. It has been a nightmare.** guess what? After writing this review, I will have to come back for the 4th time. The light that they replaced does not work. I have been driving with that light off for a week. God knows what could have happened to me.The Mr. Bob Ellis who responded to my review, did abslolutely nothing for me other than apologizing, so he and the company look like they care. They don’t. I’ve had to request time off work 4 times in less than 15 days. Who compensates me for that? That is the way Geico treats their customers. I’m switching insurances and so should you.

The worse place you can ever take your car to for service. Incomplete and low quality repairs, extrahigh price, staff is not responsive at all. They will never give you a call back, and will take 3 months to work on your car. When I finally got the car back, it stopped working only two from them. Just a nightmare!!!

They tired to steal my halo rims and tires. When I came to pick up my vehicle so that I can file with the other insurance, I found my car in far worse conditions than it was when I had my accident. No one could tell me where my tires or rims were and I have not been reimbursed for the additional damages to my vehicle. I reported them to my insurance company but nothing came out of it. Whole bunch of crooks !!!!

If there was a guy named excuses and he owned a shop, this would be it. They would give you every excuse on the book to delay even the simplest of things. Made me waste several working days due to no sense and after 3 months I got my car. There were 2 things wrong with it, the back wipers, which they fixed soon after, and a dent inside the drivers door, and scratches. I figured it was too late for me to go there and claim that plus I dont trust them after noticing they didnt even paid for the rental as it was agreed upon by Geico.If Geico ever sends you here, think twice. They never call you, so its all on you, and you never know when youre getting your call, and if you dont notice stuff, just forget about it.Literally afraid of asking them to fix some minor damage since they might take an extra month trying to fix it and for me to notice something else is wrong with it.
