I want to first thank Barbie,Jose and Tony for going above and beyond my expectations on the repair of my mothers car. I have had my mothers car repaired on a previous occasion and was satisfied with the repairs from the start. It is not easy to have your mother hand over the keys after her accident and tell you its better that she doesnt drive anymore, now that she is in her twilight years. I asked myself if it was worth fixing the car and it was a no brainer the car never had any issues and ran great. So when i picked up the car after the repairs I was extremely happy at the work that had been done. This family owned Body shop cares about its customers and they are honest! I highly recommend Precision Paint and Body Shop! They have excellent customer service, work quickly and have reasonable prices. I brought in my 2019 Mercedes C300 after the front bumper was dislodged and they provided a quote that was priced lower than most other places I looked at. In addition, I asked Tony if the job could get done as quickly as possible (within a day) as my schedule and availability is extremely limited and he assured me that he would do everything possible to help me out. Sure enough, the next morning I called in and they had received all the parts overnight and were able to complete it by the afternoon. If I ever need any paint or body work done in the future, they will be the first ones that I contact!

I recently took my Safe Fe to Precision Paint & Body to have work done. When I first started looking I had a short list that included Precision, however they were not the first body shop I visited. While the other shop I visited first appeared well qualified, the timing for the repairs would not have worked for me. I ended up visiting Precision Paint next and never looked elsewhere. The staff, service and the work was exceptional. In particular the owner showed genuine interest in the work of the car and my time. He cares about his business, the work and the overall satisfaction of his customers. Not to mention, I was very impressed on their lifetime warranty of their work. Overall, I could not be more pleased or happy I chose Precision Paint.

Took my car in last week after some damage incurred by debris...they returned my car in excellent conditions, not only did they do an amazing job detailing it, the car was washed and clean when it was returned today. Jose and the Precision Paint & Body team made my Mazda3 look like a brand new car. Before going to Precision, I went to four other body shops to get estimates for scrapes and dents on my car. Precision not only gave me the best price, they were also the only shop that said I could keep my original bumper. All the other shops told me I would have to purchase a replacement . My Mazda has a tricky soul red color to match and Precision was able to do it perfectly. You cant even tell that I had work done on the car. I hope I dont have to go to a body shop again any time soon, but if I do, Ill head back to Precision Paint & Body without hesitation.

I chose Precision Paint & Body based on their great reviews. After getting rear ended in a parking lot, I needed bodywork on my rear bumper. Jose guided me through the whole process and explained every detail. Everything was smooth, fast and extremely professional, which isnt something I expected from a body shop in Miami. Its almost impossible to find body shop that has honest employees. I cant thank Jose and his team enough for helping me out with my car. I was extremely satisfied with their bodywork. Job got done fairly quick considering the inconveniences the at fault insurance company caused. The job done was nearly impeccable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Most importantly they always answer the phone so if you have any questions they will assist. Barbie and Tony are awsome and they made this rather unpleasant experience a pretty good one. I highly recommend anybody looking for a job well done!

When youre dealing with customers that have been in car accidents its imperative to be as understanding, detailed, and communicative as possible. The process of dealing with the police, your insurance company, a car rental company, and lawyers can be quite exhausting and take up a large chunk of your time post-accident. As someone who recently had someone t-bone my vehicle, I found the team at Precision Paint & Body Shop to be very informative, pleasant, and helpful. They also made my car look brand-spanking new - I honestly dont think a professional would even be able to tell the difference unless they looked at the Carfax report!

Very good auto shop, was directed to them by Progressive Insurance for a repair job. Their customer service was excellent particularly with Jose Rendon helping me through the process and keeping me updated with the delivery date. Barbie at the front desk was very professional too. I recommend Precision Paint and Body most definitely.

The staff of Precision Paint & Body go out of their way to help you! I got there frazzled after a car accident and not only were they patient but went out of their way to make sure I was aware of my insurance rights. It took a while for the insurance companies to figure it all out but the staff at Precision were so helpful! Barbie even called the insurance company for me and she did not have to do that! She even showed me where to go to download the police report. Words cannot express how thankful I am for this place! And of course my car looks brand new again! THANK YOU! José, the manager, took on my special job of painting cowlings for a very special, vintage, limited edition Ducati motorcycle (Paul Smart 1000le) and produced perfect results in the promised 5 days. Extremely satisfied with paint job! My dad owns an 07 Silverado and has always been super picky with his automoviles. He usually doesnt trust body shops in town until he met Tony at Precision Pant & Body. Tony and staff were very thorough and professional and the price was reasonable. This is the place where we will take our cars for future body work needs!

After being in a car accident I went looking for a place to take my car for repairs and came across Precision Paint and Body Shop. When we arrived we met with Jose and he already had everything ready with the insurance. He went over everything with us and took care of the tow truck fee right then and there and gave us an estimated time of when the car would be done. We dropped off Thursday 8/6/15 and first thing Friday 8/14/15 he called letting us know that the car was ready!My car looked like I just went and picked it up out of the dealership all over again looking great washed and waxed and even took care of a scratch here and there! Great place highly recommended and great service!

This is an amazing body shop with top-notch customer service. My car got rear ended a few weeks ago, and these guys made the back of my car look like new. They not only took great care in replacing what was damaged, but also threw in some minor details which I appreciated. I work outdoors a lot, and I tend to track in mud or plant debris into my car. I was planning to clean up my car some more after the body work was done, and to my surprise they shined up my car both inside and out.. Overall, I plan to take my car back here for any body work/paint job in the future.

I bought a 2017 Malibu, love the new chevys. A drunk driver hit my parked car on the passenger side door and dented it severely, you could only imagine how pod I was. I spoke to Jose and explained that I wanted my new car as if it left the dealer. Said and done, a week later I had my new car back flawless. If it isnt for the paper trail you would never think this car was in an accident, brand new door, excellent paint match, I couldnt ask for more. Any body repairs you may need, and if you love your car like every guy I know, I would bring it back to Precision, hope I never have to again though. If I could rate 100 stars I would. I cant believe State Farm uses this body shop!! They dont only tell you the car will be ready in ONE week and they take TWO weeks, but also their repairs are extremely faulty! We had to come back and then, again, they take forever. Customer Service? Forget about that. Jose, one of the employees, CERO MANNERS dealing with clients, he prefers to say its the clients fault than to recognize they messed it up. Due to the lack of professionalism, I am calling State Farm to inform them the situation we have gone through so another customers dont waste their money nor their time.
