I am so grateful for the service I received here. Long story short- the parts werent going to arrive from the manufacturer until October (3 months without a car..can you imagine?! Me either). There was a shop in Orlando that had the parts but did not deliver. Expo sent one of their mechanics to pick up parts from Orlando so my car can be ready sooner. Yuri is the best and one of the many nice people working here. She handled GEICO and was able to set me up with an awesome rental car. They were also really consistent in calling me with updates. The job was done beautifully and my car came back cleaner than I left it. Overall, amazing experience with this body shop. Pics include before and after.I know some of the reviews are terrible but, its my understanding that theyve been working on customer service and I can honestly say theyre doing an astounding job. Highly recommend.

If this place is even still around. Run away. Took 6 months to finish body work from a collision. Said I was a week or so late picking up my car. They charged my insurance $14,000 for repairs and then wanted thousands in storage fees from me. Total crooks. Total insurance scam going on there.

I am not fond at all abut this Collision group. WATCH OUT!!! I took my car in for a front number to be replaced I walked out with a broker Radiator. Took it back for the radiator came back with even more problems. While I took it in for the radiator my I POD was stolen from the car. I get nothing but excuses excuses. They promise the world but everything comes back half ass. Of course they want the money from the insurance companies. Now I am stuck with a broken brand new car.... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL GO ELSEWHERE.... Not only that they managed to blow the gasket on my engine..

THE WORST EXPERIENCE Ive ever had.My car got into the flood in August (brand new Honda Civic 2014). TPicking up the car yesterday was a mission. Instead of a deductible of 1000$ They took $1895 from me, saying that I was late to pick up my car thats why they put a lean on it. I NEVER received any notifications from Infinity or Miami Collision about what is going on with my car and when I need to pick it up, and what is going to happen if I dont pick it up. Miami collision agreed to show me my car only after I paid that amount in cash. After I inspected the car, parts were missing (like the tray in the middle compartment, CDs, etc). But moreover the car was not in a condition to be driven. The stirring wheel didnt turn at all;It had 0 gas (which may cause damage to the vehicle);engine, tire pressure signs were on on the dashboard;both computers didnt work. Moreover they didnt even bother to clean the car from the flood. Not only it had terrible smell, but the carpets were totally dirty and look the way I left them after the flood.A 6-month old car looks used. I wouldnt be surprised if they changed parts, because the leatherette seats look old and all scratched, who knows what they did to the insides. The car gives noises when you start driving and when you hit breaks. It is in terrible overall condition. And I cannot understand how the appraiser could give a permit to give it back to me like that.I had to call for a tow truck (AAA) to take the car to the dealership (Braman Honda, 7000 Coral Way). I am seriously frustrated not only with Miami Collision, but also with Infinity, since this body shop is authorized by my insurance. I had to follow up with Infinity and body shop, and I hardly ever got any feedback.Today I am going to visit my doctor for the heart condition and panic attacks that were caused by my stress in Miami Auto Collision. I am claiming my $895 back and I filed a claim with BBB of Southeast Florida & the Caribbean. I really hope they will help me get the money back and moral compensation.

This is the MOST unprofessional body shop I have ever dealt with in my 55 years living in Miami. They LIE about what it takes to repair the damage, they dont write it on the work sheet or the invoice, and later, when the customer realizes the work is not done right & the dis-assembly & re-assembly labor they said it would take was NOT done they tell the customer they have no possible claim since nothing of that was specified in writing; therefore, the customer is out of $$$$$ cash, since credit card payments are increased by 3.5 % & checks have to be received & processed at least 1 day before delivery, which means you pay before the service is rendered.

Worst body shop ever!!! My Insurance made them a check of 14k, my car has been there for about over 6 months now my car has a problem they cant even figure out. Everyday its a different excuse they are all a bunch of liers. They told me they where switching owners but the manager was going to stay. I show up today & the whole body shop is closed even the office. The only car in the lot was mine. Take your car here & it will be your worst nightmare.

Was on business travel from Tampa, FL and got into a wreck on 88th / Kendall Drive. Tow truck driver was there 30 minutes before police had arrived already pressuring me to take my car to a reputable collision and auto body mechanic. Long story short, he took me to Miami Auto (Which learned he gets a kick back), Progressive was onsite the next day and wrote the estimate at 12K and cut them a check. It took them THREE months to repair my vehicle .. if you want to call it a repair. Recieved excuse after excuse why it wasnt....They JB welded on broke parts, including oil pan, did not replace under splash guard plastic, did not fix crankshaft, Did not replace fan and radiator etc. etc. Biggest scam ever ... Had to put in $2000.00 of my own money when finally getting back to Tampa to ensure the major things were repaired properly.AVOID AVOID AVOID

Customers beware!I was in a car accident last week and met the shop’s tow truck driver Laz when he stopped to chat with the woman writing the accident report. He seemed alright when he first approached me and offered to look at the damage done to my car. He was quick to offer to take it to his “father’s” shop and said I would love it there and he would take me home for free if I didn’t like it. He also said that the shop wouldn’t charge me the $500 deductible required by my insurance, saving me money. Sounded good to me.I am appalled to have seen another review on Ripoff Report stating that the “family business” bit is a flat out lie. When the FIRST THING you hear about a shop is a lie, no matter what it is, thats a RED FLAG.When I got to the shop, everyone there went along with the family business thing as Laz kept talking me up about the shop and telling me what to say to my insurance agent so that I could leave my car there. Honestly, the guy that rides with Laz in his truck seemed so shifty, he might even be uncomfortable with this guy running lies out of his mouth all day.Foolishly, I did end up leaving my car there for the weekend. I will give them this-- they were cool enough to lend me a car for the evening until Laz could take me to pick up my rental the next morning. This instilled confidence in me that these must be good people, and maybe this was a genuine gesture, but I’m not 100% sure what to think of it today.Anyway, after talking it over with my mom, she decided we should take the car somewhere else. She had a bad experience with a shop that offered to work on her car without charging a deductible and it got me worried. The decision to move the car was in our best interest as customers, even if only to reduce our stress in case the shop might actually be alright despite the scam-ish offer. When my insurance agent called to ask about releasing the car, they INSISTED that my mother needed to be present to personally sign the release for the car (with proof of identity) because it’s under her name. The secretary said it was very serious to release a vehicle to just anyone and they would need to take a copy of her driver’s license and everything. It certainly wasn’t convenient, but I was determined to get my car out of there so I brought my mom the same afternoon to sign the release. When we got there, they HAPPILY handed over the form to my mom and told her where to sign. They didn’t even ask for her driver’s license or anything. I woke up my mother from her peaceful sleep after working a graveyard shift the night before for this... they could have at least checked her super important ID.Today I come to find that they charged my insurance OVER $1,000 for letting my car sit in the sun in front of their shop for 4 days.If they get this bitter about losing present business, they won’t have any future business from me either. Pz~~~
