I was T boned in my truck. These guys wait for people to get into car accidents for them to run up to you and try to help you. Then they drag you too the shop having you sign and say it will only take a couple weeks to repair. I ended up waiting 3 months. In the end it was very shady work. Some items i kept in the truck were definitely stolen. Please stay away at all cost.

The experience was great. The staff was very professional and kept me updated with the status of the car. They stayed in contact with the insurance company as well. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they fixed my car. I dropped it off on a Thursday afternoon expecting to be without it for a week and then got the call on Monday morning telling me that it was ready for pick up. The best part, it looks fantastic! Thank you!

Lux AutoWorks definitely did a great job on my vehicle. One of things that stood out was their patience and willingness to always be helpful. Their staff was good as well Sara made sure she stayed on top of the insurance company. Nick was always communicating with me, I recommend this place if your looking for quality and professionalism.

Honestly, I cannot see why they have these bad reviews. I got my car in and out of there in no time. The communication between the staff and myself was to highest standard. The best part is my car looks like new! It had severe damage and you wouldnt even tell if you look at it now. Highly recommended!

Took my car there for a job that should have taken only a couple of weeks, they took over 2 months, not only that but after waiting for so long i get in the car and start finding a lot of imperfections that were no my there before, the job was very sloppy, my cars interior was covered in dust and dirt, they didnt bother cleaning it up before handing it out to me, The owner Nick will act as a very nice and honest person once you first get there, then when youre hook everything changes, he tries to evade you, he lies to you, he will say Ill be ready tomorrow I promise and you can bet your ass it wont be ready by then not the next day or the next week, you have to continuesly go there and put pressure on them to get them to work on your vehicle . Secretary is clueless, never knows nothing about anything and you better check your car for missing pieces and things on the interior before you take it because there will be . Overall horrible horrible experience., do your self a huge favor and dont take your car there.

I had my daughter’s Lexus repaired here and it was a GREAT experience ! Communication was good . It took a little longer than they told me, but it was due to parts issues and communication between my insurance and them . I recommend them 100%

The only reason Im giving a 1 so I could comment.Lux auto works. Do not go there. Im 19 years old. They made me sign papers I didnt know and made me leave my car at the shop.. And I ended up paying a storage fee to get my car back which I didnt know when I asked why I cant take my car. They made me sign those papers when I was on the phone with my insurance, rushing me throughout the process, so I wouldnt notice. They are liars, disrespectful, and unprofessional.. Because of everything they did to get me in..how they tricked me, I didnt want to deal with them anymore. I had to call the cops to get things situated, that didnt help much, only got a discount. I ended up giving them half of my tuition, they didnt even touch my car. The best thing to do is run from them. They got free money from me which was almost 700 bucks .. They only good at scamming and tricking people. The good comments are probably them writing good things about themselves lol.

Stay away if you have to get something mechanical!My car spent over 3 months in the shop, and it wasnt too much damage. They gave me back the car with 3 lug nuts missing, and a USED CRACKED TIRE, AFTERMARKET parts (not even new)!Always lying about when the car is going to be ready - Do not trust their instinct. Rude and unprofessional, the secretary has NO idea of whats going on. We had to get the supervisor involved.Mind you, my car has only 800 miles - Its practically BRAND NEW.I said ok.. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt. They said the error light will go away by itself, it didnt. The car barely turned to the right, I almost got into an accident because the car itself swayed to the left so bad at 50 MPH. I took it back for them to have it for another month.I got the car back with a new sensor. Still after all this time, it is not fixed. I have now to take it to the dealer so they can try to fix it. Fact of the matter is, these people are scam artists. Used parts, unprofessional, and definitely do not get the job done!I gave a 2 star because theyre good at body work. But thats all theyre good at.

I was in an accident earlier this week and as a result, my Dodge Charger a is gonna need some work. Lux Autoworks made a lasting impression by picking me up at the scene, towing my car, and staying long after their shop closed to walk me through their process, show me around the shop, and wait for my ride to pick me up.So far, theyve been kind, professional, and seemingly honest but, like many, Im hesitant to leave my car my anyone because...well...its my car of course!The insurance company has already started their process and is working directly with the shop. With any luck, my car is in their bay soon getting some quality TLC.They expect the work to take 2 weeks at the absolute most so, Ill be updating this review during that time with updates on any meaningful interactions and in doing so, hopefully set the record straight on Lux Autoworks.

Worst place. They told me they worked with Geico and they didn’t. They kept my car for two months after I was told it would be ready in two weeks. The lady on the phone has the worst manners. I️ managed to get it back by writing to the BBB and hiring a layer. Finally picked up my car and the AC stopped working a few blocks down and the passenger door lock is jammed. Not going back though. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

What’s place to come to I thought it was a good place to come to and I thought it was legit I didn’t pay attention to the comments about the company supposedly taking your money but it’s true I had my car repaired there, paid 3600$ waited 3 almost 4 months to get my car back and it was just something simple to fix, every time I called they changed up there story with excuses . So 1-2 month after getting my car fixed I call them back to get my back bumper piece I been waiting for 6 months they tell me come in next week it should be here so I come today witch is next week an they tell me they changed owners that there is nothing I can do to get my bumper piece I already paid for or money back

If I can give this place a 0 star I would. Super rude people and they always lying about when the car is going to be ready. They say your car is going to be ready within 6 to 8 days BIG LIE. They are usually known for keeping the customers car for more than 2 months. If you dont mind having you car for more than 2 months then come here. BTW their work quality is very poor.

Worst place ever . They showed up at the accident scene towed my car then gave me a bogus receipt. My Insurance will not accept it. Whenever i call The woman who answer the calls keep lying to me . She said she would have the si called manager a Daryl give me a call and i have Been waiting for over a month now . Thank God i didnt Let them work on my car . They tried to trick me into signing an estimate that i couldnot even read the prints were all black . I am Still waiting for a receipt that shows that i paid 180 dollars for my tow bill .

Terrible service! If I could give it zero stars I would! Out side of being a complete rip off and over charging insurance companies for half the things their not even fixing they make you wait extremely long to get your car back and then steal pieces off your car and belongings in the car....not to mention the worst of all swapping car parts! I took my car there for a rear accident received my car back only for three weeks later(not even a month)to be experiencing transmission problems and to be told by 3different mechanics now I need a total new transmission! When I keep very high up to date mantinence preserve my cars life span! And after getting my car fixed now this? When I just left jiffy lube (as routinely) 2 months prior to the accident and never was informed nothing about my transmission going bad or needing service! Complete rip off!!! Don’t go and don’t recommend anyone!

This place is the worse you can choose, they are looking for people on the road that have an accident, appear to you like a person that is going to help you inmediatelly call a towing truck that they know take you to their place and make you sign a contract where you autorize them even for receive the check the insurance pay to you for to fix you car, but behind all this is all about to stole you money because they do horrible job even using used stuff for to put in you car (used ring and tire) and not only these they took more than a month with my car and when i said to them my insurance only pay me for a rented car 25 days and the last day is going to be in two days, they said to me do not worry we will cover the diferent we will let know to the rent a car company that we will pay to them and guess what? after having my car for a extra week, they said no we never pay for car rental.

WORST place you can possibly take your car to. they are liars and thiefs. they make nice with you at first and pretend to be your friend & then they rob you. had my car since january 8th there and it was considered a total loss and when I came to pick it up they wanted me to pay a storage fee of 1400 after telling me that they got me and that not to worry about it and that i wouldnt have to pay any storage fee. had to call the cops & they still got to keep the car. BEWARE of these people they are sneaky!!!!!

WARNING WARNING. Avoid at all cost.They got my car on August 5th 2016, and I got it back March 9th 2017, I had to take it to BMW after and spent $6000 out of pockets to fix the broken car they gave me. I did not have an option because they made me sign a document that gave them the power to do whatever they wanted with me.Below my painful history.Do not go here read full review please. Dont go to this chop.They got my car 3 months ago, insurance said it was a 2 weeks job. Do yourself a favor and go to any other car shop. Please find live updates of this people that for all I know have stolen my car and sole it for parts.Updates:August 5th 2016: lux autoworks receives my car.August 12th 2016: state Farm pays lux autoworks for the repairs. And they tell me is going to be ready in 2 weeks.Several lying in the middleNovember 7th 2016: yaser (the new person in charge of my car) calls me from the chop and promises to deliver the car by Friday.November 10th 2016: Yaser confirms that my car is going to be ready Friday. (The next day)November 12th 2016: yaser contacts me to tell me that everything went as expected but the car was not ready and its going to be ready on Wednesday. I get angry and tell them that they have been lying to me and that I know that most likely is not going to be ready on Friday.November 16th 2016: The promise day was a lie again. I call yaser to ask him if the car was ready and they tell me that it is not ready. They promise that is going to be ready on Friday.November 25th 2016: They said that will need another week. They said that they are only going to need until December the second. Which happens to be my birthday, plus on December the first I am going to be travelling to Europe for work.November 30th 2016: They tell me that the car is going to be ready 100% sure within next 2 days.December 2nd 2016: happy birthday for me. They started to refuse my calls both in the office number and their own phone numbers, ( the manager Yaser, and the owner Nick)December 3rd 2016: I am force to threaten to call the police on them if they do not answer. What a surprised, they answered right away. I ask them for pictures of the cars because I had to leave the country for business. They say that they will send the pictures.They tell me that they are going to need until December 15th 100% sure. Sure.December 15th 2016. They tell me that they will need another week. Just imagine my frustration. They did not send the pictures. I ask them for pics from proof that they are waiting on some part (see the pics to show what they send me, its laughable)December 22nd. I went to see statefarms website and they got $638.53 on december 6th and $3437.44 on december 8th. I call them and now they tell me that something came up and that is going to take longer. The owner promises me that the car is going to done next week.December 28th 2016: I spoke with the owner and ask him to please give me an actual date no matter when it would be, he said that he did not know anything about my car that I had to call yaser (store manager.) I call the store manager and asked him sincerely to give me a deadline no matter how far, he said he is confident is going to happen next week (by January 6th 2017.) Lets pray on thatJanuary 3rd 2017: I spoke with Nick and ask him if the car was going to be ready this week as promise. He said that he was going to call yaser and ask him to be sure. After that he started to ignore my calls, I call Nick and Yaser over 40 times each, they ignored all my calls.Januart 4th 2017: I started calling Nick over and over again until he texted me to call Yaser, He told me that is going to take an extra week....March 9th 2017: I got my car they burned the back bumper therw were missing pieces on the motor. The protection on the bottom of the motor were missing. They left a problem with the gas tank housing. I had to take the car to BMW official chop in pompano beach Florida so they can fix what LUX could not fix in 7 months.P.S. BMW FIX THE CAR IN 3 DAYS.

Lux Autoworks was the collision repair company that showed up at the scene of my vehicle collision 11/14/15, and towed my vehicle 2010 Dodge Challenger Se, to there business. There Nick Quesada, owner of Lux Autoworks and I filed all proper insurance claim procedures for Geico. Nick stated they were a certified Geico collision repair business, later I found out by my Geico insurance repair adjuster that they are not. I did my part getting the check generated by my insurance adjuster sign over from the bank to Lux Autoworks, promptly. After my 30 days was up on my rental, my car still wasnt finished. I made Nick aware of this and he said dont worry I will cover all additional expenses for your rental, car will be done soon. Finally I was made aware on 1/6/16 that my car was complete. The rental was kept, since the original 30 days expired, for an additional 24 days coming to a total of $674.13 in which I paid and Nick credited it towards my $1000 deductible and charged me $200 on 1/6/16. I stood in waiting room for about an hour before Nick showed me to my vehicle, which he mentioned it was being polished and cleaned up and it was not. As we approached the vehicle Nick asked if my A/C in my car was working and I said yes it was, everything in my vehicle was working properly before the collision, he said that was the only issue that they couldnt repair. As I was already beyond frustrated at this point, I got into the vehicle and left. While I was in my vehicle driving home, I noticed that the A/C control light and air circulation wouldnt even turn on, and thats an electrical issue which I didnt have before the collision, also driving on the highway when I reached 60 mph the front of my vehicle would start shaking, and my front passenger turning signal light was not working, plus some under the hood components. The following day 1/7/16 my vehicle wouldnt start, after a few attempts I stopped and tried again the next day 1/8/16 this time I didnt get anything. I made Nick aware of the all the issue with my vehicle, and it became a back and fourth game. I would call and no answer, leave messages and also send messages. I texted him so he at least could read what was going on. This went on ‪until February 11th‬, when he finally sent a tow truck company, Express Towing, to pick up my vehicle. Then the back and fourth continued, were it was me doing most of the calling and texting and not receiving any response, for weeks. I was told the mechanic was checking my vehicle and I would be receiving an update about it, and I received nothing. On 3/1/16 I was told that Friday 3/4/16 I would be sent my vehicle, and then Nicks mechanic couldnt finish and I would be sent my vehicle on Monday 3/7/16. I didnt hear anything back from Nick until Tuesday, 3/15/16, were he said, that he didnt have time to finish and would be giving me cash that I can use towards my vehicle and he needed until that Friday, 3/18/16. Then on Tuesday, 3/22/16, he said he will update me in an hour, and that my vehicle is almost done. Next day he texted me saying he was putting it back together and would deliver it on, 3/24/16. I didnt get a response until 4/1/16, saying his driver would deliver it around 3, then he said he would send it when I get off of work around 6. He assured and guaranteed that my car was done and perfect, and driver would be there around ‪6:30 pm‬., Express Towing didnt show up until ‪10 pm‬., and that was a hassle to deal with. The next day 4/2/16, I examined my vehicle and noticed the under hood components e.g. ; under hood pad, plastic cover over headlights, screws loose on hood bracket, and my air intake system was missing. Turing signal on passenger front was not working still and my A/C was still not working properly.

Never take your car there, they work super bad, it took 3 months to deliver my car when in reality it could take no more than 15 days, apart from the final work it was bad the color was totally different from the original they did a bad job it took more than the normal. And since the insurance took so long, I rented the car for only 2 months and they told me to keep that car that they were going to pay the car rent until mine ended and they did not do it, they are liars, I do not recommend this place they are bad people and bad workers.
